Evelyn woke up from her long hours of sleep, Nala wasn't by her side so she guessed the butler had taken it away to care for it. She yawned and stood up to open the curtains which illuminated sunlight into the room making her smile. But the smile soon faded as soon as she remembered her date with Xavier. Today was Thursday and it was meant to happen tomorrow. Her dad would have left for California.

Sighing, Evelyn had her bath and put on some shorts and a baggy top with the inscription "just being me". Feeling hungry and not in any mood to cook, she decided to go out to eat at her favorite diner, a cozy restaurant owned by a lovely couple, Maria and Eddie. Evelyn had known them since she was a kid. They were basically like her other parents.

Deciding to walk to the restaurant she grabbed her phone and left the house after information Matt, her father's butler where she'd be.

A car zoomed passed and stopped at her side, Evelyn squinted her eyes wondering who that will be when the windows of the car was brought down and too her surprise and disappointment, it was the rude human being she had met earlier.

Xavier stepped out of the car with a smirk on his face looking all hot and fresh with his casual outfit. Evelyn scoffed internally and cursed her stars for letting her met him at this particular point, seems her day was going to end badly...she sighed.

"We meet again Evelyn" Xavier said Still with a smirk

Xavier smiled darkly, "so..where are u headed to?" He asked

Evelyn frowned and replied "how is that your business"

Xavier gaze turned dark but still with a gentle voice he said "answer me now while I'm still being nice"

Xavier immediately felt frustrated at the little human at his front, for her age she was short, no one had ever managed to rile him up with words but this little vixen here had succeeded without even trying. Evelyn continued her walk totally ignoring Xavier as if he wasn't even in existence.

This action riled him up. Grabbing Evelyn's hands, he made her face him and she looked at him with a death stare "what!" She sighed exparetedly.

"Where are you heading to Evelyn?" He asked again calmly but with a firm and commanding tone.

"Where I'm heading to is none of your business Xavier!"

Xavier had enough!, he lifted her up In his arms and walked towards his car.

"What do you think you're doing Xavier!, put me down!" Evelyn thrashed and squirmed in his arms.

Xavier paid no attention to her words and dropped a fuming Evelyn carefully on to the passenger seat, he then walked to the other side of his car, entered it, started the engine which brought the car back to life and zoomed off!!
