THE SYNOPSIS

THE MARRIAGE BETRAYAL

Alex had arrived at his residence shortly after 10:45; the living room lights were on which meant that his parents were still wide awake. When he walked into the living room, he found his parents enjoying a glass of red wine while watching television as they were waiting for their son before going to bed. 


Alex: Hi mum and dad (kissing and hugging his parents on their cheeks) 


Mrs. Peterson: Hello my dear son how was your afternoon with The Andersons? Your father told me everything that happened this morning at the meeting and at the construction site. 


Alex: We had a wonderful afternoon and evening. I was at Jeffrey’s company working with Rose and her brothers preparing a draft proposal agenda, schedule and the speeches for the ceremony next week. 


Mr. Peterson: Oh and how is that coming along? Are you ready to present the draft proposal and the speeches tomorrow? 


CHAPTER 17: THE WEIGHT OF LOVE
