Sophia felt heartbroken.
As someone who had a tragic childhood, she understood Anthony's insecurity all too well.
That's why when she found Anthony last night, she was determined to help him with his autism.
He was still a child, and he had a long future ahead of him.
He needed a healthy environment to grow up in, where he could open up his heart and not be trapped in this mansion.
"Baby, the first time I saw you, I told you that I liked you and that I wasn't afraid of you," she kissed Anthony's forehead gently. "You're my little angel, and I truly like you from the bottom of my heart."
Anthony's eyes welled up with tears, and he hugged Sophia tightly.
"From now on, you're my mommy, and you can't abandon me no matter what happens, okay?"
"Mummy promises you that I won't abandon my baby," Sophia said firmly, with tenderness and indulgence.
At least until Anthony's biological mother came back, she wouldn't leave him.
