In the Dream, It's All Lin Wan

Huo Tingxiao looked at her, but in his mind, he couldn't help but picture Lin Wan staring at him stubbornly, tears hanging in her eyes, though she didn’t want to let them fall.

The two of them were so different.

Lin Wan was like the brightest, most dazzling red rose, while Song Yunyi was more delicate and fragile.

Huo Tingxiao suppressed his anger and spoke slowly, "Is there something you need from me at this late hour?"

---

Song Yunyi was relieved to see that he seemed ready to move on from what had just happened. She turned around, quickly found the tray, and walked over with the bowl of noodles.

The noodles had already clumped together by now, and it was clear the cook was a beginner. There was a salt block stuck to the noodles that hadn’t fully dissolved.

Huo Tingxiao didn’t have the heart to eat the bowl of noodles in front of him, but he didn’t want to disappoint her either. He was about to take a few bites when the bowl was suddenly taken away.
