Elsa raised her hands, her fingers gliding elegantly through the air as snow and ice lifted from the rooftops and streets of Arendelle.
With a final motion, all the gathered frost spiraled into the sky, condensing into a shimmering, crystalline snowflake. It hung in the air for a brief moment, refracting light into dazzling colors before dissolving into mist.
A hush fell over the crowd for just a second, then an eruption of cheers rang through the city. The people of Arendelle clapped, their voices full of joy and relief.
Elsa exhaled softly, a smile forming on her lips. She had done it. She had finally brought the long winter to an end, the same winter she had unwittingly caused.
From the side, Anna bolted forward and wrapped her arms tightly around Elsa.
"I knew you could do it!" she cheered, beaming brightly.
"Anna…" Elsa murmured, touched by her sister's unwavering faith in her. Slowly, she returned the hug, closing her eyes in contentment.
A short distance away, Lioro stood with Kristoff, Sven, and Olaf, observing the sisters' reunion.
Kristoff turned to Lioro with an impressed look. "You're really amazing. You taught Elsa how to control her magic in just one day!"
"It was nothing," Lioro replied with a casual wave of his hand, though his thoughts told a different story. 'I have no idea how she did it.'
Somehow, Elsa had woken up and, without explanation, suddenly gained complete control over her abilities. It was almost ridiculous.
A genius was a genius after all.
Even when he had asked her about it, instead of replying she simply looked at him, smiled and changed the subject.
Hmm she might be hiding something secreat of quick learning...
Before he could dwell on the thought any longer, Olaf tugged at his sleeve, his twig arms shaking with excitement. "Mister Wizard, do you think I can learn magic too?"
Sven the reindeer perked up at the question, looking at Lioro with curiosity.
Lioro blinked, then, without much thought, reached into his inventory and pulled out a book, a basic guide to magic. He handed it to Olaf.
Kristoff's eyebrows lifted. "Did that just appear out of nowhere?"
"A magic book!" Olaf gasped, holding it in his stubby hands.
Kristoff and Sven leaned closer, their interest piqued. After all, who wouldn't want to become a wizard?
However, their excitement was short-lived.
"We… can't read this," Kristoff admitted with a frown, flipping through the pages.
Lioro blinked, then pulled out a magic ring and handed it to Olaf.
The moment the snowman slipped it onto his wooden fingers, his eyes sparkled. "Oh! I can read it now!"
Unfortunately, the same couldn't be said for Kristoff and Sven.
Lioro glanced at them before shrugging. "I don't have any extra."
Kristoff and Sven sighed in disappointment.
Before the conversation could continue, Anna and Elsa approached, standing in front of Lioro. Elsa looked at him, her expression softer than usual.
"Thank you, Lioro," she said sincerely.
"It was nothing," Lioro replied, waving his hand dismissively.
However, before he could say anything else, Elsa suddenly stepped forward and wrapped her arms around him.
Kristoff let out a low whistle.
Anna raised her hands and covered her mouth.
Sven's jaw dropped.
And Olaf… was too focused on reading the book.
Lioro blinked, looking down at Elsa in confusion. The hug was unexpected, perhaps even a little too unexpected.
More importantly, he could clearly feel two soft sensations pressing against his chest…
After a moment's delay, Lioro hesitantly placed his hands on Elsa's back, lightly returning the embrace.
Elsa trembled slightly before relaxing in his arms, her weight shifting against him as if she was completely at ease.
Lioro supported her. She was light anyway.
After what felt like a long moment, Elsa finally pulled away. Her pale cheeks had turned a faint shade of pink, but instead of looking flustered like usual she remained calm and smiled.
Then, without warning, she grabbed Lioro's hand.
"Come, Lioro," she said, excitement in her voice. "I'll show you around the palace."
Before he could even agree or protest, she was already pulling him away.
Seeing their retreating figures, Kristoff said.
"...you two are sisters after all."
"What does that mean!?", Anna rebutted instantly.
"Well both of you fall in love so quickly--"
"What?!?"
"Nothing...."
"Hmph!"
Elsa led Lioro through the grand halls of the palace, showing him various rooms with an enthusiasm that was new to him.
She took him to the royal library, where ancient books were stacked neatly along towering bookshelves. Lioro, curious, skimmed through a few and found something interesting.
"A grand desert kingdom..."
"A deep unfathomable ocean.. is that a mermaid picture?...."
"A faraway castle where a cursed beast dwells? .."
Lioro stopped.
His brows furrowed.
This… this wasn't just the world of Frozen.
He might have arrived at something like.a combined world Disney world or something.
"Is something wrong?", Elsa asked curiosly seeing Lioro's changing expression.
"It's nothing.", Lioro said as he closed the book and placed it back in its original place.
He made a mental note to check these places out later.
Next, they visited the grand dining hall, where an elaborate chandelier sparkled overhead. The table was massive, easily able to host dozens of guests. Elsa laughed, reminiscing about how empty it used to feel when she ate alone.
Finally, they arrived at Elsa's private quarters. The room was elegant yet serene, decorated in shades of white and blue, with delicate ice sculptures forming intricate designs along the walls. A large balcony overlooked the entire kingdom, offering a breathtaking view of Arendelle under the evening sun.
Lioro leaned against the railing, taking in the scenery. "It's beautiful," he admitted.
Elsa stood beside him, her expression soft. "It is, isn't it?"
A comfortable silence settled between them as they watched the sunset.
---
As evening descended, Elsa used her magic once again, this time freezing the ground in front of the palace, creating a large ice-skating rink for everyone in the kingdom to enjoy.
Anna, Kristoff, Olaf, and the townspeople eagerly took to the ice, laughter and excitement filling the air. Even Sven awkwardly slid around, his hooves struggling to find balance.
Lioro, simply stood on the side.
Showing no intention of participating in the event.
Elsa, who had been skating effortlessly, soon noticed him. With a graceful turn, she glided over and stopped right in front of him, tilting her head slightly.
"What's the matter? Why aren't you skating?"
Lioro shifted his gaze away. "...I just don't feel like it," he mumbled.
Seeing his reaction, Elsa narrowed her eyes.
Then a light bulb lit inside her head.
With a mischievous smile on her face she came close to Lioro and asked.
"Lioro..." she said, drawing out his name playfully. "Don't tell me, you don't know how to skate."
Lioro crossed his arms and huffed. "I'll have you know there are few things I can't do."
Her smile widened.
"So you can't skated?"
".....yes."
*puff*
Elsa covered her mouth to suppress her laughter.
Lioro gave her a silent look.
"Then I'll teach you.", Elsa said.
Before he could refuse, she grabbed his wrist and yanked him forward onto the ice.
Lioro barely had time to react before his feet slipped beneath him, sending him wobbling dangerously. Elsa caught his arm, steadying him as she laughed.
"Relax," she said, her tone both amused and encouraging. "I've got you."
Lioro sighed, allowing himself to be guided.
Maybe this wouldn't be so bad after all.
Well after a few rounds he managed to get a hang of it based on the support provided by his sword Master class.
And with that the day came to an end.
----
The day after the grand ice-skating event, Elsa wasted no time in pulling Lioro along for a proper tour of Arendelle. It was clear from the way she took in the surroundings, the excited way she looked at every little detail, that this was just as new for her as it was for him.
She led him through the bustling marketplace, where vendors eagerly called out their wares. Elsa paused at a flower stand, admiring the fresh blooms. "I never got to see these up close before," she admitted, brushing her fingers over delicate petals.
Lioro glanced at her. "You've really never walked through here before?"
Elsa shook her head. "No. Not like this."
The two continued on, stopping by the docks where fishermen hauled in their latest catch. Elsa took a deep breath, enjoying the salty air. Lioro, meanwhile, found himself being dragged to a bakery, where Elsa excitedly insisted he try freshly baked pastries.
"It's warm," he noted, taking a bite.
Elsa laughed. "That's usually how fresh pastries work."
The day continued in a similar fashion, Elsa leading Lioro to places that were mundane for most but completely new to her. She guided him up a hill overlooking Arendelle, where they sat together, watching the town below. It was peaceful, and for once, neither of them felt the need to say anything.
Later, when they returned to the castle, Kristoff, Anna, and Olaf found them and excitedly brought up an idea, horseback riding.
Lioro blinked. "I don't know how to ride a horse."
Anna gasped. "No way! You can catch arrows but you can'tride a horse?"
Kristoff looked at Lioro then smiled.
"Horseriding? Leave it to me--"
"I'll teach you!"
Elsa interjected with an excited look on her face.
Kristoff awkardly took a step back.
The next moment Lioro found himself being led to the royal stables, where Elsa eagerly picked out a calm, well-trained horse for him. She climbed onto her own with practiced ease, then gestured for him to follow.
At first, Lioro struggled, nearly slipping off the saddle before managing to balance himself. Elsa giggled but remained patient, guiding him through the steps with an enthusiasm that made it clear she was enjoying this.
With her instruction, Lioro gradually got the hang of it, and soon enough, they were trotting side by side through the palace courtyard.
"Not bad," Elsa praised.
Lioro adjusted his grip on the reins. "It's harder than it looks."
Elsa smiled. "But you're getting better."
Standing in a distance, Anna leaned toward Kristoff and whispered, "Are we just third-wheeling at this point?"
Kristoff nodded. "Definitely."
The days continued like this, Elsa leading him to new places, sharing experiences she never had the chance to enjoy before.
Whether it was trying different foods, exploring old streets, or simply sitting by the docks, Lioro found himself being pulled into Arendelle's daily life in ways he hadn't expected.
And with each passing day, Elsa's smile seemed to shine even brighter.
Everything was good until the 5th day.
When Lioro suddenly dropped a bomb.
"I will take my leave then."
Elsa's smile froze.
