Tanya's fight

After a week of traveling, I finally returned home. I felt warm again after six years of suffering in the mountains.

When I arrived at the palace, I was surprised by my parents, my two brothers Ashley and Albert, who had returned in their academy uniforms, the king, Diana, who had grown a lot and looked like the queen, my parents, and also a girl with red hair and blue eyes who looked like my mother. I knew at that moment that she was my older sister, Tanya, She was wearing white armor and a red coat.

When I got off the car they were surprised at my growth as I was almost as tall as Albert and taller than Ashley and they all welcomed me and my father told me with a smile

"It seems like your grandfather's training really changed you so much that I barely recognized you."

And the king told me

"Mr. Adrian is a disciplined person, so don't be surprised Isaac. Hahaha."

And Ashley said.

"This isn't fair you're getting taller than me this fast,"

I started laughing at her words and my mother was very happy for my return and suddenly Tanya came to me and said

"Welcome Aaron you may not have seen me before but I'm your big sister Tanya I was in the academy when you were born and now I'm a war general and I've come to welcome you and also face you in a duel"

I answered her with a confident look and tone.

"I agree to your challenge, sister."

We met in a battlefield near the palace and she took out her sword and I threw the sword I was holding and they were surprised and she said to me

"Why did you throw the sword"

I told her I didn't need it.

She was shocked when I suddenly appeared in front of her and quickly swung her sword at me and pushed it with two fingers, so she got angry and attacked me with the second claw.

Everyone was shocked by my disappearance. The first to find me were my father and the king. Then everyone turned to me when they found me at the top of one of the columns in the square, looking at them from afar. They were all shocked by my speed.

As I was putting my hands on top of each other and looking at her with confidence, I gathered myself and jumped towards her quickly, clenching my fist and placing the sword in front of her to reduce the damage. When I reached her, I grabbed the ground and threw my leg towards her. She pushed her hand away, but she flew from her place from the force of the kick.

Everyone was shocked and she was still shocked but she gathered herself and fell on her feet and ran to me and I was running towards my sword, I attacked with the second claw and the attack did not reach me, I grabbed the sword and attacked with the tenth fang and defended with her sword from the rest of the attacks

And she asked me

"Why are you attacking the sword and not me?"

I answered her

"Because I don't want to hurt you in a friendly competition."

But I was lying because I was hitting her sword in sensitive areas so it would break and she would be defeated quickly.

But she was stubborn and also her attacks were stronger than mine with claw and fang due to her experience and constant participation in war which causes a difference in strength

She started attacking quickly and I responded to her until my sword almost broke, so I activated the lion's sword and broke her sword in a moment. Everyone was shocked and she withdrew because her sword broke and she said

"The Lion Sword is one of the four Sword Pavers techniques. With my little knowledge of you, I think you could have learned them all."

I smiled and we shook hands as a sign of respect and everyone started clapping for us.

They started praising me for my mastery of the sword-blade and I told my father that as an heir I allowed non-heirs to use the sword-blade and he agreed and I gave Tanya, Ashley and Albert a copy of Alexander's book The Sword-blade.

My dad asked me about the lion shield. I told him my limit was two hours.

Then they had a little party in honor of my return.

Then Diana came to me and said

"I finally found time to talk to you."

I smiled at her and we started talking a little. I told her that after graduating from the academy we would get married. Everyone was shocked by my decision. I blushed and agreed to it.

Then my father and the king called me to my father's office and told me

"You are so brilliant that you did not complete a year in the annex and now you are also the heir of the family so you chose a position to work in for these years until you enter the academy"

I was shocked at first, but then I asked the position about the most sensitive thing in the empire these years because of the war, and he answered me:

"The empire's budget is in a deplorable state because of the war, as all the money goes to war expenses while the people live in extreme poverty."

I told him to leave me the position of Minister of Finance of the country and I swore on the honor of my family to improve the conditions of the empire.

He hesitated at first but agreed because he had no hope of dealing with such a sensitive issue while my father watched in silence.

A position like this puts you under a lot of pressure to either save the country or drown it, especially during wartime.

I also told him that if the war continued, I would join it too.
