INT. TEMPLE OF ESINMIRIN – NIGHT
The air is thick with mystery.
Torches flicker. Shadows dance along the black stone walls.
Akin stands before the Oracle.
Her blind eyes see through him.
Her presence is unnerving. Powerful.
Akin's fists clench.
He has journeyed far. Fought enemies. Endured pain.
Now—he demands answers.
AKIN
"You said you were expecting me."
The Oracle smiles.
ORACLE
"Because your path has already been written."
Akin's brow furrows.
AKIN
"I make my own path."
The Oracle chuckles.
ORACLE
"You believe that now."
She leans forward.
ORACLE
"But tell me, Akin… Have you not wondered why you survived when others fell?"
Akin's breath catches.
He thinks back—
The battles. The impossible victories. The whispers in his mind.
Something has always been different.
And now—he demands to know why.
AKIN
"What am I?"
The Oracle's expression darkens.
She lifts her hand.
Suddenly—
The torches flicker wildly.
The room grows colder.
The shadows shift.
And then—
A vision erupts before Akin's eyes.
VISION: A THRONE OF BLOOD
The world is in flames.
The sky—dark with smoke.
Mountains crumble. Rivers boil.
And in the center of it all—
A throne.
Carved from black stone and bones.
Seated upon it—
A warrior king.
Draped in shadows. His eyes—burning like fire.
He raises his hand—
And the earth trembles.
A sea of warriors kneel before him.
Worshipping him. Fearing him.
And then—
Akin sees his own face on the throne.
He gasps.
The vision shatters.
INT. TEMPLE OF ESINMIRIN – NIGHT
Akin stumbles back.
His chest heaves.
Sweat drips down his face.
His mind races.
That throne. That power.
That monster in the vision—
Was him.
AKIN
(whispering)
"No… That's not me."
The Oracle's face is grim.
ORACLE
"Not yet."
Akin's heart pounds.
He refuses to believe it.
AKIN
"You lie!"
The Oracle sighs.
ORACLE
"Believe what you wish. But the truth remains."
She stands, her robes flowing like mist.
ORACLE
"You are chosen, Akin."
Akin's jaw tightens.
AKIN
"Chosen for what?"
The Oracle's blind eyes lock onto him.
ORACLE
"To rule. Or to destroy."
Akin's stomach tightens.
The words hang in the air.
A prophecy. A warning.
ORACLE
*"Power is a gift… and a curse. What you do with it—"
She leans closer.
ORACLE
"—will decide the fate of kingdoms."
Silence.
Akin's fists tremble.
His mind swirls with questions.
But before he can speak—
The Oracle raises her hand.
ORACLE
"You must leave now."
Akin frowns.
AKIN
"Why?"
The Oracle's voice is urgent.
ORACLE
"Because… they are coming."
EXT. TEMPLE OF ESINMIRIN – NIGHT
Akin bursts through the temple doors.
The cold wind hits his face.
He scans the dark forest—
And freezes.
A dozen figures emerge from the trees.
Clad in black armor.
Their eyes glow red.
They are not human.
They are hunters.
Akin curses under his breath.
They have found him.
A deep voice booms through the night.
???
"TAKE HIM."
The hunters charge.
Akin draws his sword.
He is outnumbered. Outmatched.
But he will not run.
Not tonight.
Not ever.
And so—
the battle begins.
EXT. TEMPLE OF ESINMIRIN – NIGHT
The cold wind howls.
Akin stands alone.
Before him—
A dozen hunters clad in black armor.
Their eyes burn red like cursed embers.
Their movements are unnatural.
Silent. Precise. Predatory.
A deep voice booms from the darkness.
???
"SEIZE HIM!"
The hunters lunge forward.
Akin's grip tightens around his sword.
He has no time to think.
Only to fight.
THE FIRST STRIKE
Akin ducks.
A blade swings over his head.
He rolls to the side—just as a spear plunges into the ground.
CLANG! Sparks fly.
The hunters move like shadows.
Fast. Precise. Merciless.
Akin swings his sword—
SLAASH!
His blade connects.
One hunter stumbles back, wounded.
But the others do not stop.
They surround him.
Trapping him. Closing in.
Akin's breath quickens.
He is outnumbered.
But not outwilled.
UNLEASHING THE STORM
A hunter lunges.
Akin sidesteps— slashing at his ribs.
SHRRKK! The hunter collapses.
Another swings a war hammer.
Akin leaps back— the hammer slams into stone, cracking it.
He lands—
And suddenly—
His body moves on its own.
Faster. Stronger.
A hunter charges—
Akin twists, dodging.
He sees everything.
Every movement. Every attack.
As if time itself has slowed.
The hunters hesitate.
This is not normal.
Akin himself feels it—
Something inside him is awakening.
THE WARLORD REVEALED
The deep voice speaks again.
???
"He is not ready yet. Do not kill him—BREAK HIM."
From the darkness—
A figure steps forward.
Tall. Towering.
His armor—engraved with ancient runes.
His presence—overwhelming.
His face—hidden behind a war mask.
Akin's chest tightens.
This is no ordinary warrior.
This is a warlord.
The hunters part, making way.
The warlord draws his blade.
Akin tenses.
This battle—just became a nightmare.
A CLASH OF TITANS
The warlord strikes first.
His blade—a blur of silver and death.
Akin barely parries.
CLANG!
The impact shakes his arms.
The warlord presses forward.
Each strike—brutal. Precise. Overwhelming.
Akin grits his teeth.
He is strong.
But this warlord—is stronger.
A strike slips past his defense—
SLASH!
Akin staggers back.
Blood drips down his arm.
The warlord laughs.
WARLORD
"Not so fearless now, are you?"
Akin's breath heaves.
But he does not retreat.
Instead—he tightens his grip.
He refuses to fall.
THE LAST STAND
The warlord charges again.
Akin meets him head-on.
Their swords collide—
The force sends shockwaves through the air.
Akin pushes back.
Something inside him stirs.
The whispers return.
???:
"Unleash me."
Akin's vision blurs.
His body burns.
The warlord swings again—
But this time—
Akin is faster.
He ducks—sliding behind him.
Before the warlord can react—
Akin's blade slices through his armor.
SLAAASH!
The warlord staggers.
Blood pools at his feet.
The hunters freeze.
Akin stands, his sword dripping with blood.
And for the first time—
The warlord looks at him differently.
Not as prey.
But as a threat.
A WARNING GIVEN
The warlord steps back.
He wipes the blood from his wound.
Then—he laughs.
WARLORD
"You are indeed the one they fear."
Akin's eyes narrow.
AKIN
"Who are you?"
The warlord sheathes his blade.
WARLORD
"Someone who will return… when you are ready."
The hunters disappear into the darkness.
Leaving Akin alone.
The battle is over—
But his war is just beginning.
EXT. TEMPLE OF ESINMIRIN – LATER
Akin leans against a tree.
His wounds ache.
His mind swirls.
Who were those hunters?
Why did they come for him?
And why… did he feel something awakening inside him?
The Oracle's words haunt him.
"To rule. Or to destroy."
Akin exhales.
The road ahead is uncertain.
But one thing is clear—
He must prepare for what is coming.
Because whatever it is—
It will change everything.
EXT. TEMPLE OF ESINMIRIN – DAWN
The sun rises over the sacred temple.
Akin sits alone, staring at his wounded arm.
The battle with the hunters and the warlord still lingers in his mind.
His body aches.
His mind buzzes.
His power… is growing.
But he still does not understand what he is becoming.
A soft rustling.
A familiar voice cuts through the silence.
???
"You survived."
Akin looks up.
It is Iwa.
Her eyes—filled with concern.
A FRIEND'S WORRY
Iwa kneels beside him.
IWA
"You barely slept."
Akin exhales.
AKIN
"Sleep won't give me answers."
Iwa studies him.
Her voice softens.
IWA
"Then what will?"
Akin clenches his fist.
His power surged during the fight.
It moved through him like lightning.
Like something alive.
He looks at Iwa.
AKIN
"I need to find out… what I am."
Silence.
Then, Iwa nods.
IWA
"Then we must seek knowledge."
THE PATH OF KNOWLEDGE EXT. AJILOMI VILLAGE – MIDDAY
Akin and Iwa ride on horseback through the marketplace.
People whisper as they pass.
VILLAGERS
"That is him… the boy who fought Arogun!"
"Did you see how he moved? Like a spirit!"
"Is he truly human?"
Akin hears them.
But he does not react.
The truth is—he does not know the answer.
They arrive at a hidden hut.
The dwelling of Agba Ifa—the Seer of Ajilomi.
INT. SEER'S HUT – MOMENTS LATER
The hut is filled with incense.
Ancient scrolls line the walls.
Akin and Iwa kneel before Agba Ifa.
The old man's eyes are clouded with wisdom.
AGBA IFA
"You seek knowledge… but are you ready for the truth?"
Akin nods.
AGBA IFA
"Then listen, child of destiny."
The seer places his hands on Akin's forehead.
THE VISION
Suddenly—
Akin's mind is pulled into a vision.
FLASHBACK – UNKNOWN TIME
A massive battlefield.
Warriors in ancient armor clash in a brutal war.
At the center—
A figure wrapped in shadows.
His power shakes the earth.
Agba Ifa's voice echoes.
AGBA IFA (V.O.)
"Long ago, there was a warrior… unlike any before him."
Akin sees the warrior slaughter thousands.
Untouchable. Unstoppable.
AGBA IFA (V.O.)
"He was blessed… and cursed."
The warrior raises his hand—
A blast of pure energy erupts.
The battlefield turns to ashes.
Akin's chest tightens.
This warrior… feels familiar.
AGBA IFA (V.O.)
"He was given a choice—"
The vision shifts.
The warrior stands before an ancient council.
Their faces hidden in shadow.
COUNCIL MEMBER
"Your power is too great. Choose—serve the gods, or be erased."
The warrior clenches his fists.
A storm rages behind him.
His eyes burn like fire.
And then—
The vision shatters.
INT. SEER'S HUT – PRESENT
Akin gasps— snapping back to reality.
Sweat drips from his forehead.
Agba Ifa watches silently.
Akin struggles to speak.
AKIN
"Who… who was he?"
The old man's eyes darken.
AGBA IFA
"A warrior blessed by the gods… and feared by them."
Akin's heartbeat pounds.
Iwa grasps his hand.
IWA
"What does this mean?"
Agba Ifa exhales.
AGBA IFA
"It means, young warrior… that history may be repeating itself."
Silence.
Akin's mind races.
Who was this ancient warrior?
And why… did he feel so connected to him?
THE TEST OF FIRE EXT. SACRED GROUNDS – NIGHT
Agba Ifa leads them to an ancient site.
Massive stone pillars rise from the earth.
A bonfire burns in the center.
AGBA IFA
"If you wish to control your power… you must awaken it completely."
Akin steps forward.
The fire crackles.
Suddenly—
The air grows heavy.
Akin's vision blurs.
And then—
A shadow emerges from the fire.
A warrior.
Clad in black armor.
Holding a golden spear.
His eyes glow.
And his voice rumbles like thunder.
???:
"Are you ready to face yourself?"
Akin stiffens.
He grips his sword.
The warrior smirks.
???:
"Then prove it."
The warrior lunges forward—
And the battle begins.
