Chapter 2: Get the bag and box

Birds of various colours gave evidence to the existence of an island in the edges of Xie Kingdom. A lovely couple running a bakery business could be seen through the glass windows.

"I still wonder how and where those flocks got the glass techniques from." A dirtily dressed lady spoke up to the latter.

"Stop it Minda, the kids are coming."

Two children, a boy and girl, came into the shop running. They called out to the baker couple in address of parents. The couple loved their children, Muye the daughter and Millan the son. Millan was so loved but Muye was concerned for by her mother Arshey and was rebuked.

One sunset on the island of Orchen's sea shore near the dock, Muye was sitting down crying while being comforted by Millan. Before they knew it, masked men in red and black uniform appeared from nowhere and held them forcefully in attempt to take them away. Their attempt was stopped by the couple in a fist fight with only a dagger as a weapon.

The fight was not a pierce of cake but the fighting skills of the pair was dumbfounding to the kids. The parents they had known for a long time, say their whole life were fighting like they had done it their whole life not baking. Arshey and Morden won the fight against five men leaving three men dead preceding the disappearance of the survivors.

Morden could not answer the queries of the kids instead they rushed them home to safety. When they reached home, Arshey kept on checking Muye and was so concerned about her than Millan making him feel bad and disappointed. He always thought that mother was favorizing her over him.

Once Muye was fully asleep, she walked into Millan's room and woke him up.

"Dear, I need to talk to you. It's urgent." Millan sat up straight and gave her attention. She smiled at him as she completely took in his features. He was turning into a fine man. Days back, the two had earned one more year and she was looking at her fifteen-year-old boy. She caressed his hair and cleared her throat to begin speaking.

"Well, my son, I did not mean to give you this task now because you are so young but I am sorry. It's now out of my hands. This journey has chosen you beforehand." She paused to catch her breath. "a time is going to come when it is going to be hard for you and I need you to be strong for Muye for she is still so young and if this time comes-." Muye walked in so she just continued. "If this time comes, you should get the bag and the box in the cupboard in the bakery."

After telling them all she had to say, she tucked them into bed.

"I hope you will guide these children just like you guided me." Arshey spoke to specifically no one as she closed the door behind her and left for her bedroom for the night.

The next day was cool and same went for the following month, but was it going to last if yes until when?

Well, the month was only cool for the lovely family but the survivors in the sea-shore-fight went back to their senders. The news of the men's failure did not sit in well with them. They had not yet found the whereabouts of the prince but at the very least they had located the witch's daughter after a trial of five years now and the good for nothing men just spoiled their chance.

"I feel like reaping those damn throats of yours. Can't you do that simple task? Now we might lose her forever." He fell into thought as he stood up from his throne chair and after a moment, he turned and looked at them with a wicked smile.

"Send my order to the first troupe and tell them to send the Grigonians and make sure she is dead this time I no longer need her alive. Her living distresses my wife. Anything that does that should just cease from leaving so get to it." Bowing their heads to him, they found themselves out to execute the order given.
