31.Bloodline and Racial Talents

"It's not very clear, but you should have utilized blood magic or something like that to obtain a noble status in the Arminian Kingdom before transferring to our relatively stable Kingdom of Ivysu, right?" William inquired.

"I didn't say I was a noble in my self-introduction." Narin looked at William with interest.

Was this little guy still this smart?

"You really like to play." William shook his head, "What I left in this textbook is a secret order of the military encryption method of the Kingdom of Ivysu, if you can even read it and come over here, the truth of what it represents is already self-evident, right?"

That's right, the reason why Narin came over was largely because of the message William left in the textbook he lent her.

But with the character that Narin showed, I'm afraid that he was the one who would definitely sneak along to read it even if he didn't leave it.

"Sure enough, then your name shouldn't be the WEILIAN signed on top of the textbook either, if I remember correctly it should be called ... William Lendl right? The special front for the last name of the royal family." Narin laughed slightly smugly.

If that Duke Noble little guy, knew that the little guy he had been insulting the pariahs was a Prince Noble, I wonder what kind of expression he would have to have? It seemed like it would be fun too!

"It's really thanks to you that you were able to guess from this information." William was a bit impressed.

William also had a rough idea of how she guessed it.

First of all when initially locking eyes, William wasn't much surprised that she could appear here, clearly having the feeling that he had seen her somewhere before. Coupled with the fact that the message was purposely left in military encryption, it was a clear indication that she had transferred from the Aiens Military Academy

Then, even if Narin hadn't seen it before he left Aiens in the first place, he could roughly know from the rest of the instructors that Prince Ersha's grandson, had just graduated from Aiens.

And there was only one grandson of Prince Ersha, and that was William Lendl.

Plus, during class, he also knew that she had actually been watching him, and had apparently picked up on a few things.

That is, knowing full well that Connie, a duke and noble, had his eyes on her, William sitting next to her didn't have the slightest worry about that sense of composure, not a disguise or nervousness at all, but a true peace of mind from the inside out.

It is not difficult to guess that William's identity is completely greater than the so-called Duke, that do not know how many grandchildren of Connie to his shoes are not qualified.

One of the contemporary princes of the Kingdom of Aivisu, and also the grandson of Prince Ersha who has only one grandson in particular, William Lendl.

...

"It's true that the guy who can sneak into a strange kingdom alone and go to school peacefully is smart." William couldn't help but comment so.

"I have a proper identity." Narin said smugly.

"A disguise is a disguise after all, more capital is naturally more at ease isn't it?" William asked rhetorically.

"What are you trying to say?" Narin keenly sensed that something was wrong.

"I won't beat around the bush, looking for you to talk in a place like this, but it's not a simple idle chat."

"The purpose is simple, I want to learn your vampire's unique blood magic. In exchange I can provide you with more protection and convenience in the capacity of Prince Ersha, and you can even exchange some substantial benefits for directness."

"What do you think?"

William asked bluntly.

As soon as he internally determined Narin's identity, he quickly clarified what he wanted!

Just like the unexpected appearance of Ms. Mavis earlier, he was able to think of the first idea that he could try to draw in and provide practical benefits for himself.

"What level are you at now?" Narin did not directly agree.

It didn't seem to be a surprise that William was a Magician, even if he still only had the aura of a Fighting Warrior.

"Fifth-ranked Magician, the mainstream seven elements can master at least three types of magic of the third-ranked attack, defense, and assistance, the same goes for the wood element passed down by the Elves and the ice element passed down in the far north, as well as in terms of reinforcing magic." William untied the hair band at the back of his neck and released his own magic power to briefly introduce himself.

"So that hair band that appears to resist mental attack magic is used to suppress and hide your magic." Narin was puzzled.

Trying to recruit me, deliberately disguising my own strength and identity, and being a Prince and Noble.

Perhaps ... is more interesting!

And this level of indication, even if I'm on the king's side, I can't catch him with much evidence, and a good grasp of proportion, really interesting little guy.

"If there is a strength requirement for learning blood magic, how about this level?" William asked.

"What? There isn't a requirement, I'm just asking." Narin laughed.

"It's true that you have a terrible personality, but it doesn't matter." William didn't feel bad about revealing his strength on that point, at least for Narin, perhaps showing more strength would make for a better deal with him.

Narin, on the other hand, smiled and didn't care about William's comment.

...

"But since you want to learn blood magic, wouldn't it be better to go back and ask your grandfather or father to help you find stronger bloods?

My current strength is only at the level of a sixth-ranked Grand Magician." Narin said.

Sixth rank Archmagic Magician disguised as a third rank advanced magician to enroll in school?... it was a little too much.

"With the magical talent I've shown since I was a child, if it could be easily found, grandpa would have already helped me find a relevant teacher." William said bluntly.

Grandpa? That means the mixed blood originated from grandma? Narin also quickly understood.

But ...

Since he's aware of his own bloodline and also wants to find me, an outsider blood, it looks like this little guy also has something else in mind.

"There's nothing wrong with trading, anyway, my scummy dad didn't say I couldn't pass it on, but are you really okay with it?" Narin asked.

Like if his family didn't approve of him touching blood magic or something?

There was also the fact that blood magic was something that wasn't regulated in any clear way in the Kingdom of Ivysu, and there wasn't any discrimination.

But in the general perception of the continent as a whole, especially the powerful empires, there was an extreme aversion to blood magic. Some countries even classified it as "evil magic", an absolute heresy!

"I asked my grandfather about it before, because I know that blood magic is convenient in many ways, and his behavior was as bland as my learning curse magic." William said.

"You even learned that stuff ..." Narin couldn't help but be a little speechless.

Curse-based, in a way, that stuff was on par with, if not better than, blood magic.

"Since I'm not sure if I'm cultivating magic to its peak, then it's naturally good to at least equip myself with more magic." William's goal was clear in this regard.

He was a realist.

After crossing over there was bound to be strange encounters, chances, and all the elements that would help him get to the top?

He wouldn't be foolish enough to gamble on something that had only a slight probability.

Instead, the knowledge he possessed to mold a powerful country or even an empire of his own was more realistic to him!

In terms of enriching his own strength, it was naturally best to diversify, and more knowledge would also allow him to see the world better. If he wanted to achieve something great, mastering more would naturally be more advantageous!

...

"That ... honestly if you want to become stronger, I think you hurry back and let your grandfather help you awaken, then learn the warrior aspect of the ability I think it may be better." Narin said straight away.

"Why? Even if my grandmother is a pureblood, I'm only a quarter hybrid." William queried.

"Human's magical talent is limited, although there are many Fa God level existences among the human powerhouses, but that was only born out of the huge population base of humans. Compared to the blood race's innate blood magic advantage, and the elves' innate natural elemental affinity that breeds strong people, there is a huge gulf in growth talent." Narin explained simply.

"Is that so." William seriously thought about it.

It seemed like talent, something like bloodline, was a great advantage in this world.

...

It seemed like originally, too, an artistic genius learning to create something in a few weeks would likely be something an ordinary person wouldn't be able to achieve in a few years.
