Hmmm, what do make? Akemi went back upstairs to change and now im in charge of her breakfest. Well since we are still young we need alot of good nutrition. To be precise, We are both in our last year of high school, and it's getting very close to time for the entrance exams. It's been rather stressful but it's nothing a relaxing run doesn't fix.
Now back to the issue at hand, what should I make? Omurice? Na that's a crazy option for breakfest. Let's keep it simple, eggs and miso soup.
I started the frying pan and added eggs and oil. As I did, the little bell connected to the door chummed which signaled that someone had entered. When I looked at the door, I saw a senpai of mine, he worked part time here.
"Good morning, senpai"
"Good morning akimitsu-kun, did Shiro-san forget breakfest again?"
"Unfortunately yes"
"Hahah, so typical. How will she ever manage this place by herself"
I looked back at my senpai while the eggs sizzled on the pan. Tomori-san looked at me and moped his black bangs out of his eyes.
"So how's the exam prep going? it's been awhile since you've helped out here hasn't it? You look a bit bigger too" As he spoke, he put on his apron and began to tie it behind him.
"Exams are fine I guess, and maybe I look bigger cause i've been doing some exercise recently"
"Whatever it is, it certainly looks good on you" He gave me a thumbs up and winked but then he made a reminiscing face and fell deep into thought.
"Entrance exams huh"
"Got any advice , senpai?"
"Oh you know the usual, study hard, don't leave it till the last moment bla bla…. do you have anything specific in mind?"
Had i planned out where I wanted to go? Well I have been doing a lot of thinking and narrowed it down to a few options. What's for certain is the last thing i wanted to be was a typical salary man. Tomori-san seemed to understand my situation thoughts.
"Look whatever you choose, make sure you researched it thoroughly and if you did, don't let anyone tell you it won't work out. Everything has its own sort of application you get me?"
"Yes, senpai. Thank you"
Tomori got a mop and started wiping the wooden floors. I finished making the eggs and got to work on the soup. Thankfully the shop is practically never busy in the morning excluding a few exceptional days.
It was sudden but I was far to use to it to care. Slender hands with pink nails found their way around my waist and enclosed themselves. Next, i felt a clothy object putting pressure on my lower back. Akemi was now embracing me from behind.
"How does it feel?" She spoke in her usual pleasant voice.
"I can't feel your tits through the bra"
"Pervert, do you only think of boobs all day"
" No I also think about butts sometimes"
"Naughty naughty" She continued to tease me. She chose this time specifically. Because we were in the kitchen and Tomori was wiping the floors, he didn't see us and of course we had the sense not to talk in loud voices.

"Mhmmm, this eggs are great, the soup needs work though" Akemi was now enjoying her meal
"Stop complaining and be grateful I pick up after you"
"Hey hey, I'm helping you approve you know, If you take my advice at heart, your cooking will please your wife in the future. Women like a good cook you know."
"Who doesn't?"
"…So, you wanna marry someone you can cook right"
"Yeah"
"What else does she have to be?"
I was slightly puzzled at Akemi's new questions. She began twirling her spoon in her empty bowl and averted her eyes as she spoke.
"Someone who's nice and understanding obviously, someone who's willing to support me instead making me follower her selfishly. And I guess most importantly, someone who cares how I feel."
"So you don't just wanna marry someone with big boobs? Thats hard to believe."
"Boobs are great but they doesn't make someone a good partner."
For some reason, she didn't seem satisfied with my answer, she wanted me to say something, I know it, but what that is I'm not certain of. She continued to look at her bowl with a unreadable expression.
"…..can cook", she muttered
"What?"
"N-nothing"
I was gonna probe her more but then the doorbell chimed again signaling the arrival of the first customer of the day.
