Headache And Weird Veins

In a parallel universe on an alternate version of Earth known as Thern in the cultivation universe, Takin—a university student—had been suffering from an excruciating headache. For three whole days, every minute and every second had been dominated by the relentless pain. Desperate for help, he went to the hospital for a checkup. After numerous scans and tests, the doctors discovered a pulsating green glow emanating from his brain. They tried various tests and medicated him to ease the pain, but nothing worked—in fact, some treatments seemed only to make it worse. In a moment of bleak resignation, Takin thought, My days are numbered. I'm gonna die soon. Realizing the gravity of his own thought, panic set in. He began screaming at the top of his lungs:

"I'M GONNA DIE. DIE...DIE...DIE. NOO. I CAN'T DIE. BUT I'LL STILL DIE. DIIEEE...DIIEEE!"

Suddenly, his headache intensified a hundredfold. He collapsed onto the ground, rolling into a ball as he clutched his head in agony and continued screaming. The doctors rushed in to see what was happening. They soon witnessed a bizarre sight: green veins crawling all over his body. Then his body went limp and the screaming stopped.

Hundreds of miles away, in another hospital, a girl suffering from the same severe headache clutched her head and let out a piercing scream as similar green veins began to appear on her skin. Moments later, she, too, slipped into unconsciousness.

In the same country but far from that hospital, an underground facility housed an isolated room guarded with tight security. Inside, a man lay on a bed, seemingly drawing his final breath. A doctor attended him, trying everything to ease his pain while his eyes remained closed. As the treatment continued, the man let out a wail that gradually escalated into a piercing scream. Security guards rushed in to investigate, only to find the doctor cowering in a corner, covering his ears. Approaching the bed, the guards saw green veins spreading all over the man's body. Stunned and unsure of what to do, they watched as the man eventually fell unconscious.

Elsewhere, a solitary hunter lay in his shed, confused by the sudden, intense headache. He had no memory of encountering any dangerous substance—no toxic leaves or poisonous gas that could cause such agony. Grateful for reaching the safety of his shed (or he might have become a meal for predators), he was already very lean from hunger. All he wished for was for the pain to end, though he wasn't ready to die. As happened with the others, his headache worsened dramatically. He screamed so loudly that it scared away every bird nearby, and, like the rest, green veins started appearing on his body before he collapsed into unconsciousness.

In a very poor household, a young girl had been complaining of a headache for three days. Her parents initially thought it was nothing serious and expected her to get better soon. But the pain only grew worse. Sitting by her side, her parents watched in horror as she suddenly let out a piercing scream. Green veins began crawling over her body, and her scream was so loud that her parents had to cover their ears. Soon after, she too fell unconscious.

In another part of the country, a gang leader—already in critical condition—knew that if rival gangs discovered his weakened state, they would immediately attack and seize his territory. Realizing his end was near, he left a will naming his eldest child as his successor. As he lay on a hospital bed, his headache intensified suddenly. He screamed out, and green veins appeared on his body before he fell unconscious.

In a well-decorated room, a very handsome and famous artist experienced the same fate. On his way to visit his mother, he had developed a headache so severe that it nearly caused him an accident. After being rescued and brought home, he continued to suffer. On the third day, as predicted, the severe headache struck again—bringing with it screams and the appearance of green veins that eventually rendered him unconscious.

An infamous thief, while surveying a house for a potential heist, was struck by a sudden, debilitating headache. With no one to care for him, and already living on the fringes like the hunter, he barely had enough to eat. The headache intensified drastically, and he screamed as green veins appeared on his body—shortly after, he lost consciousness.

Deep under the sea, aboard a submarine speeding toward an important destination, a soldier named Nancy fell critically ill. They were on a mission so important that returning to base was not an option, leaving the medic to do everything possible to help her. Despite their efforts and calls to HQ, nothing worked. As the medic's attempts proved futile, Nancy screamed in agony, green veins appeared on her body, and she fell unconscious—all while the crew could only wait in helpless despair.

In a busy hospital, a dedicated doctor discovered, to his own horror, a pulsating green glow in his brain during a routine examination. "What the hell?" he thought, unable to remember any dangerous exposure in recent days. Three days later, true to form, he screamed out as green veins began to pop up over his body, and he too fell unconscious.

In a middle-class home in the city, the man of the house was taken to the hospital after falling seriously ill. Despite receiving a variety of drugs, nothing helped. Now on his sickbed with his breathing slow, his daughter and wife wept by his side. Suddenly, he let out an unexpected scream that startled them. Clutching his head in pain as green veins crawled over his body, he soon went limp and lost consciousness.

In an underground science lab, one of the scientists fell ill. His colleagues—who doubled as medical personnel—tried everything to treat him, but his condition worsened. Realizing his time was near, he entrusted his top-secret research to a trusted friend. The moment he did, he screamed at the top of his lungs, grabbed his head in agony, and green veins rapidly appeared over his body before he collapsed.

Finally, in a wealthy household, a set of twins began to experience severe headaches right after returning from school. Their father initially suspected a minor allergic reaction. But as their condition deteriorated rapidly—prompting their mother to rush in from another country—both twins let out a simultaneous, piercing scream. Green veins formed on their bodies, and they too fell unconscious.

(All these instances of screaming and fainting occurred simultaneously.)
