Selene Vale's first life ended trying to protect her twin siblings, the only people who had yet to abandon her. That was her end...

Due to her sacrifice, Selene Vale awakened her system and innate power and was given another chance at life and survival. And this time, she vowed to free her siblings from their parent's cruel influence. If she was able to do that, then she would be happy with that.

But unfortunately, that was not all she did. She also ended up attracting the attention of the big-boss of the Apocalypse, the only L-ranked hunter and the hope of humanity....and also, a long time friend she would rather forget about.

The Spare’s Second Chance in Apocalypse

By the time Zara and Ethan returned from their dungeon run, the scent of dinner filled the air.

Selene had spent the afternoon finalizing her research and had shortlisted a dungeon she wanted to take Orion into.

It had been a little tough to find the next dungeon, but Selene did remember a few ones that could be used at the moment.

She was confident in her choice, and she intended to tell the others about it during dinner.

As they all sat around the table, enjoying the warm meal, Selene cleared her throat and spoke.

"I've decided on a dungeon for Orion's training."

Ethan raised an eyebrow as he took a bite of his food.

Selene pushed her tablet forward so they could see the details.

"This one has no combat-related activity. There are no monsters, making it relatively safe."

Orion, who had been quietly eating, looked at her with wide eyes.

"A dungeon without monsters? That exists?"
