"Ice Shield!"
"Earthbound!"
Standing in the deepest parts of a dungeon, surrounded by skeletons and large rats, two wizards fired their most powerful spells, blowing away the horde of mobs in front of them.
"Nice going you two!" A knight, clad in steel armor without a helmet, stood in the frontline, pushing the horde back with the swing of his sword.
Another warrior stood beside him, who appeared to be female; she carried a lance, cleaving across the mobs of monsters without a second delay.
"We have to get out of here while we still have the chance!" Shouted the lancer.
"I'm well aware. It was a mistake coming down here without a cleric!" Responded the knight, cutting down an undead.
"We'll aid you from the back!" Said one of the wizards.
"Yes, just rely on us!" Shouted the other.
The party continued their assault and quickly gained ground, marching through the dungeons with an artifact they managed to capture on their adventure.
"We have to get this artifact to the surface at all costs! This is our duty!" Said the knight.
"Yes, for the sake of our Holy Order, we must restore peace and tranquility to mankind!" The lancer coated her weapon in powerful magical energy before throwing it forward and mowing down the horde of monsters. "Move forward!"
The swarm of enemies was greatly diminished, giving them the chance to escape.
The group of Holy elites rushed forward until they could see a set of stairs leading upwards, outside of the dungeon.
"We've made it!" Proclaimed the knight before sprinting forward and slashing the leftover monsters. "Let's get the Sacred tablet out of here, we have no time to be wasting."
They all nodded before running upstairs, escaping the dark dungeons before other monsters manifested in their presence.
"I-Is this the last Sacred tablet?" Asked one of the wizards.
"I'm afraid not." Said the knight. "Yuki is currently retreating the last one in a village of demons, so we'll have to wait."
"A village of demons?" Asked the lancer.
"Yes, it goes by the name, Algrodia. They worship the Demon Goddess, Alistoria, who seeks to wipe out mankind and claim the entire country of Arcana as their own."
"Are you serious? Why haven't I heard of this until now? I could've aided Yuki in his objective."
The knight frowned.
"Yuki is level 7, he's beyond our need for aid. We'll just get in his way."
"Level 7? Wow, we're only level 5." Said one of the wizards.
"Indeed. It's best we wait for his return back at the Sacred Empire of Arcana. We deserve a rest, don't you think?" Asked the knight with a smirk.
"Hahaha, you can say that again!" Proclaimed the lancer.

I decided that I wanted to revive Yuki, but there were risks involved that might screw up the story.
Akemi Sato, the author, is still writing the plot line for Telltale Chronicles' new volume, but there's a problem; I'm an error in his script.
I'm not meant to exist in this world, nor was it his intention to give me some overpowered gift compared to everyone else's. I don't know what sort of magic, or spell he used to transport people into this world, but there is one thing for certain; I'm screwing up his story.
Every action I commit will go against his narrative.
If I create a religion, he'll probably wonder why he added something so absurd.
If I unite the world, he'll probably wonder why he wrote this narrative.
I had to be careful with every action I made unless I wanted to contradict his story and create flaws within his work. That's the only solution I had right now until I found another way around this problem.
"Hmmm."
I walked outside the village, crossing my arms as I gazed at the sky in thought.
"If I revive Yuki, there's a chance I might mess up Akemi's preplanned lore."
Goddamnit, what a pain in my ass.
Yuki was probably meant to die within Akemi Sato's script, so if I revive him, the author is gonna throw a fit and probably think he has dementia or something.
There had to be a way around this.
"It's obvious Akemi is still retconning everything, so maybe I can get away with necromancy."
I was speaking my thoughts out loud with an open mind.
There are solutions for me to get away with screwing up the author's lore, but I had to play my cards carefully, unless I wanted Akemi to create characters meant to kill me off in his story.
"Aaaugh, this is gonna give me a headache! I should think about this later, just give me time Yuki, I swear I'll revive you!" Releasing a deep sigh, I suddenly stopped in my tracks to hear a voice behind me.
"Goddess Sable, it is your humble servant, Alcrowma. I've come to speak to you about matters regarding this new city you wish to build."
Turning around, I faced the Village Head who walked with a cane, smiling at me with eyes of joy. He was the most loyal demon by far, and he showed great promise when it came to dependency.
"Yes, Alcrowma? Speak your mind."
He nodded.
"Yes, well… it's about our resources, we seem to be running low on wood, stone, and various other building materials needed to create Brawnheart City. What should we do?"
Resources? Ah, right. This never crossed my mind in the slightest.
What was I thinking about building a city when we don't even have the resources required for such a feat?
"Hmm…" Averting my gaze, I looked to the side with a nervous sweat. "That is troubling indeed, we'll need to fix this little problem."
Alcrowma nodded.
"Yes, so what shall we do?"
Placing my hands on my hips, I tried to remain boldface, but it wasn't working; there were still signs of panic.
"Uhhh… perhaps we can obtain more resources from other kingdoms if that's possible…"
"Other kingdoms?" The Village Head widened his eyes. "Our village belongs to the Kingdom of Gehenna, ruled by King Beelzebub. He's our only option."
Wait, this village belongs to a kingdom? Crap, I didn't think of that! Of course, a village belongs to a nation, what was I thinking?
This just made things a lot more complicated.
