The First Demon of the Chan Sect

Li Qingming squinted his eyes at the enormous Flame Toad before him, a pale azure Yuqing True Essence emanating all around him. He slightly lifted his right index finger and pressed down hard in the air towards the Flame Toad.


Caught off guard in mid-air, the Red Jade Toad let out a mournful cry as it was pressed into the ground by Li Qingming. The fiery blaze scorched a pit deep enough to reach a hundred zhang into the earth.


It was unknown how much time passed before a frog croak suddenly emanated from underground, the muffled roar nearly bursting one's eardrums.


Suddenly, the pit shone brilliantly, the scorching flames turning the soil around the mouth of the pit into gleaming glazed tiles. The Red Jade Toad's body was bubbling with Fire Essence, vaguely containing an endless scarlet flame from the Heavenly Dao which transformed into billions of Divine Lights piercing through.
