The river of blood with sky-piercing malevolence stood in front, its tumultuous waters filled with countless evil ghosts struggling to escape.
Sun Wukong stopped at the edge of the Blood River, watching those evil ghosts being devoured by the ferocious beasts with sharp fangs in the water.
"Save me!"
"Save me!"
The crying and screaming of those evil ghosts terrified two children into shivering.
"What river is this?"
The girl asked.
"I don't know."
The boy, pulling his sister, didn't know what this river was, but he knew that not even birds could fly over it.
He had seen with his own eyes a strange bird flying over the river surface, fall into the river like it had lost its wings, torn apart and eaten by the monsters inside.
Sun Wukong lingered for a moment, then stepped into the Blood River.
Flames burst forth from the soles of his feet, spreading over the Blood River, forming a pathway composed of magma.
He walked steadily towards the far shore.
