CHAPTER10: Harsh

It's 4 in the morning and my bell rang, I was not expecting someone at this time but, I just went and opened the door , the moment I opened the door I was lost in those dark brown eyes , THE GIRL! whom I wanted to have a conversation with was there standing right in front of me, I became a little bit cautious but , didn't lose my calm, so I just asked her politely "What are you doing here?" She answered eagerly " I need your help, can I come inside?". She didn't wait for my answer and entered my apartment hurriedly. She closed the door she seemed to be a little bit frightened, I think because of her parents. She said politely my name is "Saru" but, I just replied to her "Let me complete my exercise", she answered with a confused look" I didn't expect someone can exercise at this time", I answered, " I also didn't expect that you will visit me at this time". She ignored me and said in a soft voice " I need your help", I didn't answer that question and carried on with my push-ups, she said hurriedly " CAN YOU PLEASE GIVE MY RECOMMENDATION TO YOUR GIRLFRIEND? AS I'M IN ABIG MESS !", I answered "GIRLFRIEND?" I was confused that why does she want Ruby's appointment but she carried on explaining her problem, " I want to have a makeover and now you can help me get the appointment so, pls can you get back to her ?. No chance I was going to patch up with Ruby but, by seeing her innocence and purity I couldn't refuse her. Before I could say something both of us heard a voice it was Ruby fully drunk and having a bottle of wine in her hand, not able to even walk properly entered my apartment calling me " DEAR HARSH, MY LOVELY HARSH, I'M SORRY ". I knew it was going to be a mess now. Ruby entered and saw me with Saru shirtless and sweating, she gave me a terrible look and came near me. " You have done enough exercise not in the gym but, ON THE BED," she said whispering in my ear, I answered her in anger " She is here to get a recommendation for your appointment ", she answered in rage " I'M I A IDIOT STANDING HERE, she is here for a recommendation at this time ". Saru started crying and I saw tears rolling down her cheeks, I asked Ruby to apologize " Ruby say sorry, she is here for you". Ruby answered and shouted, " You're asking me to apologize to this aunty, YOU'RE REJECTING ME FOR THIS MUSEUM PIECE". I answered yelling at her " IF YOU CAN'T APOLOGIZE SO, YOU CAN GET OUT OF MY APARTMENT ", she was pissed " You know what, GO TO HELL !" she replied and threw her wine bottle towards both of us, I grabbed Saru in my arms and saved her from the pieces of broken bottle. Ruby left and Saru said in a trembling voice " You go and say sorry to her " I answered her in pain " I HATE SORRY", she saw me in pain and looked at my shoulder which was bleeding as pieces of glass penetrated my shoulder. She looked terrified and asked me to go to the hospital.

She took out some of the pieces, her eyes were wet and I could see fear in them so, I just wore my t-shirt and she gave me a piece of rough cloth to press on my shoulder to stop the blood flow. She insisted me to visit the hospital immediately but, I will never visit a hospital for such a small hit. We both came down the building and she followed me I kept on telling her to go back home but, she refused to do so. We both went to a chemist's shop I collected some cotton and an ointment but she kept on telling me to go to the hospital but, I just ignored her.
