Chapter 64 - Father

Jay-jay's POV

"Answer me, Jay!" Angelo shouted.

"That's not even mine!" I answered, crying.

I thought I couldn't cry. When I didn't get a response, Aries immediately ran to my brother with the pregnancy test that showed two red stripes. Those red lines!

"The same goes for the people who don't want to admit it," Aries said with his arms crossed.

"It's really not mine!"

"Then whose is it?!" Angelo's brother asked angrily.

Jusme! My brother was deaf. I said no!

"No one!" I replied, almost begging.

"Jasper Jean Mariano!" My brother called my full name.

My body shook with fear. There you go! It may be a waste of time.

"There's absolutely nothing! Just listen!"

"Well, if it's not yours, then whose?" Aries asked.

Whose, indeed? I didn't know if it belonged to the same girl, and I wasn't sure if what I saw on the stairs was real.

"S-to my classmate."

"You don't have a classmate, Jay," Aries said, making my brother's anger intensify even more.

"Tell me who the father is! Don't wait until I lose my patience!" he demanded angrily.

Then I cried. They even tried to convince me I wasn't real.

"Yuri or Keifer?" Aries asked again.

"Why Keifer too?" Angelo turned to Aries and asked.

"They kissed. Who knows if they did more?" Aries answered.

My eyes widened at what he said. Angelo's brows furrowed deeply.

"They aren't! Hello? They're not my boyfriends!" I said.

Suddenly, they fell silent, making me feel even more pressured.

"Is it Cyrus?" Aries asked seriously.

I didn't want to hear his name, but Aries had already mentioned it. I shook my head.

"H-no! That man is in the hospital!"

"We've been at this for a while, and you've just noticed," my brother said.

My head pounded at his words. I understood that they 'kinda didn't trust me,' but this was too much.

"You want to know the truth? It belongs to a doctor's dinner guest."

But my brother didn't move. He just looked at me and picked up his phone. I was about to talk when he turned and walked away.

"We're going, but we need to know who the father is," he said, walking out of my room.

I followed him. "Brother! There really isn't one! Don't you trust me?!"

He stopped walking and listened. "You want me to answer that?"

I froze and shook my head. I didn't want to hear the answer. My brother resumed walking, and I followed again. We arrived at the living room.

"Sit down," he commanded.

I did as I was told. Aries stood in front of me. There were a few minutes of silence before we heard a car pull up outside. Aries went to check, and when he returned, he looked like he had seen a ghost.

"You sent them here?!" he asked Angelo.

"I need to know who the father is," my brother answered.

Suddenly, two men entered. Who the hell were they? That king of vipers, Keifer, and Yuri.

"Do you have to?" Keifer asked, clearly bored.

My brother didn't hesitate. He stepped forward, his eyes dark with anger.

"Which one of you is the father?" he asked seriously.

Yuri arched a brow and looked at me. Keifer had his usual poker face.

"Brother! There isn't one!"

"Shut up, Jay!" Aries shouted at me.

Keifer glanced at the pregnancy test, then at me.

"My student. We're jumping straight to conclusions?" Keifer said, raising his brows in surprise.

Aries' fist clenched. My brother's eyes darkened further. I saw the disappointment and rage building.

"Keifer... Are you saying—?" Yuri began, but Keifer cut him off.

"Yes... That was the best day of my life," he said and smirked.

Is he serious?! Beast Keifer!

"KEIFER!" I screamed in anger at his name.

"What?! Don't tell me you're ashamed of me now?" he asked.

"...While you're so good at it—" he added.

"Shut your mouth!" Aries shouted.

"You're going to die! You know that?!" I glared at him.

He gave me his usual playful smile. Even Yuri looked like he couldn't believe what he was hearing.

My brother took out his phone. I wasn't sure who he was calling because I was too focused on the chaos.

"Jay... Get in the car. We're going to the doctor," my brother ordered.

"Brother..." I called, but he didn't pay attention.

"You two, follow us," Angelo commanded Keifer and Yuri before walking out.

I also walked out, still crying. I wanted to punch Keifer in the face. I felt sorry for Yuri. I didn't know if he believed Keifer or not. I got in the car with my brother and sister-in-law. I didn't speak anymore. I'd let them find out the truth themselves.

The car pulled up at a clinic. It was closed, but a woman stood outside, waiting. She looked familiar... Like—

"Mrs. Peralta," my brother called.

Ci-N's mom?! I thought she only worked at the hospital, but she had her own clinic too.

"Mr. Fernandez. Is this the one?" Mrs. Peralta asked.

My brother just nodded and opened the clinic door. We all walked in.

"Sit down first. I'll get everything ready," she said before disappearing into a room.

"You're 18, and you're getting married," my brother stated.

We were all shocked, except for Keifer, of course.

"Sure," Keifer answered, turning to me.

"...I'm excited to see our baby," he added with a smile.

"You're crazy!" I shouted at him, laughing bitterly.

No one spoke after that. The doctor came back and called me in. I followed her.

Yuri's POV

Sometimes, it's entertaining to watch someone dig their own grave. I didn't know what got into Keifer's head, but he completely fooled Jay and Angelo. I knew he was lying. Aries and Angelo believed him so easily. Did they really not trust Jay?

"I'll talk to you tomorrow," Angelo told Keifer.

"Please," Keifer replied, bored.

"Did you mean it?!" Aries asked angrily.

"No... We just had the opportunity," Keifer answered with a smirk.

He's seriously messed up. "...I'm good at kissing," he added with a nod.

Aries' fists clenched. Angelo was lost in thought. Stupid Keifer!

"How far did you go with Jay?" Aries demanded.

Keifer chuckled. "Do we have to be in a relationship for that to happen?"

Aries was fuming. Then, the doctor emerged from the room and faced us.

"Mr. Fernandez... Jasper is not pregnant. In fact, she has been getting her periods regularly."

Angelo and Aries were obviously surprised. It is not known how they will react. The doctor asked Angelo to come and whisper to him. I can't help but secretly listen to them.

"There is no sign of sexual activity. Jasper has never been with anyone." The doctor added.

He noticed that I was watching them and listening. I quickly turned away. Mrs. Peralta went back into the room and Keifer's laughter closed just right. It almost fell off the seat.

"Hahahahahaha... I wish I could have seen these reactions! Hahahahahahahaha Priceless!" He said, and there was a slap on his knee.

I've already made my own bow. The power of the brain is real.

"You think this is funny?!" Angelo asked angrily.

"Well... yes! Hahahahahahahaha..." Keifer answered and laughed out loud again.

"Unbelievable!" Angelo said and was caught in the trap.

Aries immediately approached Keifer and held him in the collar. Keifer still laughs as he looks at Aries. The temple was destroyed. The door opened again and Jay-jay and Mrs. Peralta came out. Aries went out of his way to hold Keifer.

"I want to go home." Jay said and left the clinic.

I followed her immediately. They're going to have to talk to Keifer.

"Jay!" I call her.

She looked at me, but she was clearly upset.

"I'm sorry, that happened."

"So, you know?" Her question

"I know that I'm lying, but I didn't tell you anything." I explain.

"You still know!" Suddenly she started crying.

"... Did you see my brother's face?"

"They'll look the same way when they get to them." I approached her, but suddenly she walked away.

"I'm sorry... I'm sorry for what Keifer did."

"I don't need your apologies!" she said.

The door to the clinic opened and Angelo and Keifer came out one after another. No one speaks in the mirror. Only Keifer was happy. Suddenly, Jay-jay ran towards him and... Black eye
