Chapter 74 - Shock

Keifer's POV

Why? Why am I so afraid? I have never been scared like this before. My heart is beating so fast like I'm ready to kill someone.

"Keifer.." Yuri called me. ".. I need to ask you something."

I didn't answer. I wait for his question.

"...What happens back in Amusement Park? I know Jay-jay was with you when we were at the Horror House."

I... I don't know and I don't want to know!

"Before I answer that... Let me ask you first." I said.

He looks at me the same way he does when I used to ask him about Ella in past.

"...Do you like Jay-jay?"

He looked away. Honestly, I don't want to hear his answer. I feel like his answer will be poison to me.

"I-i do... And I think I'm starting to fall for her."

My grip on the steering wheel tightened.

Fuck! No! Not Jay-jay, please!

"Are you planning to fight me? You know that I need her for my plan." I said calmly.

I don't want Yuri to feel my tension.

"N-no..." He struggled to answer.

I stopped the car. We were here at the old and abandoned factory. But before I got off, I said something to Yuri.

"Good... You know where you will be picked when you fight me."

I went out and he followed. Felix arrived just in time with Yuri's car. We both stopped at the gate of the factory. Waiting to open. Actually, my body was warming up for a long time during the match.

Jay-jay's POV

"Do you want to eat?" Ram offered me while smiling.

"Do I look like this, can I eat?" I answered him sarcastically.

He chuckled and walked towards me. "..I'm going to feed you!"

"I don't want to! It might have some poison in it!"

Suddenly, the door opened and one of the men I punched earlier in my struggle entered.

"Boss! They're here!" The man said and looked at me evilly.

Just get out of here, I'll punch you again!

Ram removed the rope from my back so I could leave the bench. But my hands were still tied behind my back.

"Come on! Let's take a peek at your guests!" Ram said and pulled me out of the door.

It's like we're on a terrace. Except we are inside the factory. The place we came from looks like an office, so it's just for household use.

"Jay!" Ci-N called me.

"Your guests!" Ram said and suddenly pushed me.

"Aaaaaahhhhhhh..."

"JAY-JAY!!"

We shouted at the same time. I thought I was going to fall but Ram grabbed me from behind. I felt my soul separate from my body in fear. Ram pulled me and tayo straightened me.

He laughed loudly. "Hahahaha.. Sorry! I lost my mind that we are up here! Hahahahaha!"

"You meant it! You animal!" I shouted at him.

I can't breathe properly. Now I understand the near-death experience.

"We're here! What else do you need?!" Keifer asked.

I looked at him. There's something strange about him staring straight at me.

I THOUGHT I'LL NEVER FIND YOU!

Argh! Why did I remember that now?!

"I'm hooked! I want to watch someone fight." Ram said and smirked. He signaled to our fellow staff.

"BOYS!" The man shouted.

Suddenly, a man came out of nowhere. Others were holding pipes and baseball bats. There are only four Keifer's. They can't afford that much.

Keifer chuckled. "That's it? Just a little!"

Is he dumb?

At that age of almost over 50, is there still a little for him? Keifer is strange.

"Don't be arrogant! Just wait!" Ram said and suddenly pulled me inside again.

But before we could enter, Keifer shouted something that made my heart beat faster.

"JASPER JEAN MARIANO! WAIT FOR US!" ❤️🥹

Yuri's POV

As soon as we arrived Ram and his puppets closed the door. His people immediately rushed to us. There are too many of them, but they're all just peanuts to Keifer.

"Avoid the pipe and baseball bat!" I screamed.

I'm sure we won't be able to get up if it hits us.

"Aaaarrgggh!" I shouted while continuing to punch and kick someone.

It's up to whom it hits!

"Yuri! I'm going upstairs! Block them!" Keifer shouted and tried to approach the iron stairs.

We followed him and did not let others follow him.

"Closer!" Ci-N shouted while kicking with joy.

Ts Really young!

"Why did they take so long?!" Felix asked.

That's what I want to ask. Why does Section E take so long? I thought they were excited about the fight.

Keifer's POV

Up to the door were Ram's people. Bad trip! But I can handle them, I can't lose.

"Get out of there!" I shouted and tried to kick and punch them.

The others had fallen, but one just fell to the floor. When I opened the door, Jay-jay was standing near the window.

"Watch out!" She screamed.

Something hard hit my head. My body spontaneously fell to the floor and I felt like I lost my strength.

"Are you fooling me?! It's ready!" Ram shouted.

I can't move. I feel so heavy.

I looked at Jay-jay. She's is crying and I have no mercy.

No! Please! Don't cry!

My chest is heavy because of her crying. I thought she was brave but why is she crying even though she is not the one who is hurt?

She's a woman!

Yeah... Right! She's a woman!

Ram's hard object hit me again on the back. I couldn't even move because of the pain.

"That's enough... Please..." Jay-jay spoke.

No! Don't talk! Don't do that!

"You're talking to a human?!" Ram asked him.

"...Are you guys dating?!"

Jay-jay shook her head but I knew Ram wouldn't believe it.

I looked at her. She stopped crying for a moment. Something is moving behind her. She is trying to escape.

Fuck! Ram will catch her!

"You a coward!" I tried to shout at Ram and tried to get up but he kicked me in the stomach causing me to lie down.

"I don't care! You're too hard to fight! I have a lot of men but I can't take you down!" Ram said angrily.

"W-because you're weak!"

Ram swung the baseball bat he was holding. That's what he used to hit me. He suddenly punched me in the stomach.

"Ugh!"

"What are you-----"

Suddenly, Jay-jay pushed Ram hard. She immediately came to me and tried to stand me up.

"No! Don't!" I said her

Run away!" I ordered her. But she doesn't listen.

"...Jay! Go away!"

"I don't want to! I won't leave you here!" She shouted at me and suddenly cried.

I was stunned. Why? Why are you doing this?

I tried to stand up but suddenly Ram picked up Jay-jay by the hair.

"Argh! B-let me go!" Jay-jay shouted.

Ram growled in anger. "You have no shame!" He shouted and suddenly slapped Jay.

She fell on the floor. I know she was softened by what Ram did.

I couldn't control my anger at what Ram did. Even though I feel heavy. I stood up and kicked Ram in the knee but he recovered immediately when I hit him on the thigh with a baseball bat.

"You are affecting this girl too much!" Ram said and slowly stood up.

I just had a hard time like this. It was so hard that I couldn't fight anymore. I saw Jay-jay stand up. She was behind Ram so he couldn't see her. It's like nothing happened to her. We are straight forward. Her lips were bleeding but she wiped them with the back of her hand. Something seems wrong with her. Her eyes are lifeless. She looked directly at Ram and suddenly smiled. A smile that would kill a man. Ram noticed what I was looking at so he looked too. Just as he was facing Jay-jay's strong kick in his face. I thought she was going to stop there, but she immediately rushed at Ram and punched him in the face non-stop. At the same time as she punched, blood splattered. I don't know whose it is but with the strength of Jay's punch, that blood could be Ram's. Ram didn't move but Jay still didn't stop.

"Y-jay! That's it!" I screamed and tried to get closer to her.

I didn't pay attention to it.

"YES!" I shouted.

She stopped and looked at me for a moment but returned to punching Ram. I tried to get closer even though my knees were shaking from standing up. Ram's face was full of blood. His eyes are wide open looking somewhere.

She might kill him if she doesn't stop.
