Chapter 78 - Festival Day 1

Jay-jay's POV

Hahahaha... I'm excited. Super-duper, it's only now that you can go to the school's Festival. According to Ci-N's story, the Celebration was really fun. So here, your grandma is excited. The parade starts at 8am. We cannot attend that. They say they won't find us. So, we will go before 10am. I looked at the wall clock. It's 9:30, but I still haven't picked up. I checked my cell phone to see if they had a text because there was still none. I left the house to look for them. Just as I was getting out, David's car stopped in front of me.

"Sorry it took so long..." Ci-N said, peering out the window.

I got on board right away. "Okay. Let's go!"

David started the car. It's still far away but I can already hear the loud music coming from the school. A little traffic, probably because of the number of people. The fiesta on the way was overpowered. We were almost at the school gate when David stopped the car.

"Let's stay here. There is no parking inside." David said.

We went down together. That's right, Ci-N is fun to watch. Many visitors from other schools are here.

People started walking towards the auditorium. Some chose not to watch like us. We chose to eat here at the sushi house. It's just a small stall and the sushi looks like it's only from a convenience store so it's not that good.

"Calix oh..." Ci said while pointing to a booth. "...I'm going there." He suddenly stood up and ran closer to Calix.

That Ci-N is really reprimanded. I'll bet; we'll fight again. Let's leave the two alone. They are dating.

"Would you like a drink?" David asked me.

I nodded and he immediately went to a stall selling shakes. I just rolled my eyes when Kiko suddenly approached me.

"Hi Jay!" He greeted me.

I smiled as a greeting to him. I was surprised, because my view of him changed after David told me.

"Are you alone?"

"I'm with Ci-N and David." I answered.

"Ahh... They're not there yet, maybe you want to come with me." Here it is.

Why does his ex-seem so angry now?

"Not anymore. I'll just be here. Your girlfriend might get mad at me." I replied.

Maybe Freya will suddenly pick me up while walking on the road. Kiko is also crazy. After I bastide, Freya was the one who formed it.

When he left, he was David's friend. He put down the shake he bought.

"Did Kiko do something bad to you?" He started the conversation.

David's cell phone suddenly rang. He pressed for a while before talking to me.

"Jay... I need to go. My girlfriend is already at the airport." He said.

He didn't wait for what I had to say. He quickly ran away. Nothing, the girlfriend is a tough opponent----Charot!

I also stood up to look for Ci-N. They have disappeared from my sight. He was just messing around with Calix and Mica earlier.

I walked around first. It was also shining in the booths until I was stopped. There is a stuffed toy like Snorlax.

He laughed again. "You're rude. What's your name again?" He asked me.

Hmph! I feel like I will say it. I have never been able to give him my name.

"Secret." I answered.

"Okay Secret... I'm Promise by the way." He said and extended his hand.

"Let's play!"

He laughed again. "I have no intention to play with you."

The feeling that he is the same as Keifer, Aries and Yuri. The same attitude and talking style.

"I don't know about you! What do you need?!" I asked him annoyed.

He stopped laughing. "Your name. We've met several times but I still don't know your name."

I don't want to say it. It's as good as annoying The Blue Eyes Brother.

He's arrogant. He feels that he can really get it. That's why I changed my mind because it's obvious that it's hard to get.

"All right." I answered arrogantly.

He smirks and walks toward the booth. He handed in his payment. Five pellets for 25pesos.

"Snorlax for your name." He said and pointed the gun at the target.

The way he holds the gun is strange. It's like he's an expert. He fired, the first shot was short.

Nothing... It's weak.

He turned it on again and aimed at the target. It hit but the target didn't move.

Putcha! I think the staff has glued!

He's on again. It's the third bullet. He aimed and hit again. Still didn't move.

Blood! Really glued!

It's his turn, it's the fourth time. There is only one bullet left. If it doesn't move, there is no hope. He lived, hit and moved!

It's the last shot. It was on him, and aimed at the target. I just bit my nails while waiting for the results. Blue Eyes brother is still a thrill. He took a deep breath and....

"Jasper Jean Mariano... Jay-jay for short." I said and grabbed Snorlax from him.

I hugged it. I also bit the ear.

"It's scary to bite.!" He's teasing me.

I hugged Snorlax even tighter. I noticed that he was looking behind me. I was about to turn to look at it but suddenly he spoke.

"I have to go. Nice to meet you Jay-jay." He said and started walking.

"Wait! That's your name!" I shouted at him.

He stopped for a moment and looked at me. His eyes were serious and as if it was a very important detail when I asked.

"Percy... Percy Mariano." He said and quickly walked away.

Percy Mariano?!

Percy and Mariano are familiar to me----We have the same last name!

I immediately chased him. Maybe he is my relative or maybe he knows my Papa. I have reached the gate but I can't see him anymore. Aries and I met and he immediately grabbed my arm.

"Who were you talking to earlier?!" He asked me firmly.

"Go away!"

"What did he tell you?!"

I removed his hand that was clinging to my arm. I looked at him badly. What does he want to know about the person I was talking to earlier?

"Nothing! He just asked my name!"

I can see that he is restless and seems to have some problem. He immediately walked away and seemed to be looking for someone. Aries is a nuisance. I lost what I was looking for.
