Chapter 52 - Truth

Jay-Jay's POV

Bad trip! I can't use my bike. I thought there was no difference when we fell off the bike. But Tito Julz saw that something was wrong.

That's it! Kalas kalas when there is time. I'm just walking in now. Aries is still asleep, I'm sure Tito or Kuya will force me to go with him.

I don't want to!

I don't want to go with him and I don't want to go in either. Because I'm getting tired of the students' whispers, obviously being listened to. Like now.

I just made them suffer. I'm not in the mood right now. I was not put to sleep by what they said to me Kambal.

I dropped my bag for a moment and went out. I felt, not far away I could hear men.

I'm not sure but I feel like it's them, so I went to the other side of the building. The part we don't go through.

I didn't make a mistake. They are behind the tree and are making a mess. I also heard a woman's voice. I came closer to be curious.

"What's up?" I asked one of them.

The person in front of me seemed surprised to see me and tried to cover what was happening in the middle.

"It's you Jay... It's your morning." He answered what I asked.

His name is Denzel. Next time I will actually list their names.

"What's going on there?" I tried to peek behind him. But he keeps covering it up. "..I'm going to hit you." I threaten

He still didn't budge.

"IT'S RIGHT!" shouted a woman.

I was suddenly nervous. I feel like a woman is being hurt in the middle. I immediately pushed the person in front of me and scrambled to get to where the voice was.

But I came across a woman who was not harmed.

Ci-N has a crush on a man. I couldn't recognize him because of the blood and swelling on the man's face. The woman shouting 'pleace enough', is none other than Imelda Maldita. Kit held her and tried to stop her.

"Ci! What are you doing?!" I yelled making Ci-N and others stop.

Ci-N couldn't answer. Looking at his companions as if asking for permission.

"Getting them admitted." Keifer answered bored while crossing his arms and leaning against a tree.

I looked carefully at the man who was knocked out because of Ci-N's punch. This is Imelda Maldita's boyfriend. The panis!

"Confess what?"

"For what they did to Ci-N." Keifer answered again.

"We won't admit anything! Stop beating boyfriend!" Imelda said crying.

Even though I was annoyed with her and wanted to slap her, I still felt pity.

Ci-N punched the man again. Its blood is splattering everywhere. I can't even open my eyes because of the swelling.

"Ci-N! Stop that!" I weaned.

He stopped and looked at me. I approached Imelda and tried to remove Kit's hand that was holding her. Imelda immediately took the opportunity and approached her boyfriend Panis.

"No! Can you hear me?" Imelda said.

Keifer approached me. "What are you doing?"

"Don't you feel sorry for them? One of them can't see because of the swelling of the eye."

"All-inclusive, right?"

"What if there is nothing to confess?"

"We'll confess!" Imelda shouted.

Keifer and I both looked at her.

I have to admit, I didn't think there was any.

"We were just ordered to do that to him.." pointing at Ci-N. "..He requested a lot so we did it."

"W-who ordered you?" I asked.

Imelda shook her head. "I can't say."

I held my own forehead. She said the truth, what did she teach the one who gave the order? Just a little twitch!

"You won't tell?" Keifer asked. Imelda didn't answer. "..Ci! Hold her! I'm going to hit her boyfriend!"

Ci-N immediately grabbed Imelda and Keifer was about to approach the man.

"Don't! Have mercy on my boyfriend!"

"Keifer!" Imelda and I shouted together.

"He'll just point out who it is! Don't want to!" He answered me.

"No way! I'm talking!" Imelda begged, still crying.

Imelda Maldita will also fold.

"Shh." Keifer ruffled his hair and twirled for a moment. "..Is that possible?" He asked annoyed.

I don't know if he is talking to me. He was looking in a different direction. I don't even understand his question.

Rakki appeared from behind the snakes. She has a camera in her hand, it's called a DLSR.

"Yes! That's okay!" Rakki said blessedly.

I don't understand anything.

Rakki and Keifer just fooled me. Imelda is still crying while taking care of her boyfriend.

Why is Rakki here? I used to think the E's were barbaric for her.

"What's going on here?" I asked them.

"They make them confess and Rakki takes that opportunity to post on Facebook." Ci-N explained who was close to me.

"Is this the plan you're talking about?" I asked Keifer.

Keifer shook his head. "This is not the original but because of what you did, this is what we did."

"And even though it's against my will to cooperate with the E's, I've come forward to help you." Rakki sighed and smiled at me.

I smiled at him too.

"Was that for Jay-jay only? Not for me?" Asked by Ci-N.

Rakki looked at him. But deep inside I know she is also concerned about Ci.

Keifer held the camera and watched the video over and over again. When he got fed up, he handed the camera to Edrix.

"I'll take care of it." Edrix said after taking the cam and leaving.

"Help that! Get to the clinic!" Keifer's order to the serpents.

They followed and helped lift Imelda's boyfriend.

I approached Rakki. I wanted to talk to her and thank her.

"Rakki.." I got her attention. "..Thanks for this."

"Welcome... I also wanted to help Ci-N. I wasn't here when the incident happened." She explained.

"What do you say? I'm sure Aries will make it. We have a suspicion that one of them is the one who did this to Ci." I asked worriedly.

All I know is that they are together. They eat together in the cafeteria.

"Maybe that's okay... I'm just forced to hang out with them. When did I realize that I was also infected with their behavior. My classmates are good and they tell the truth." I explained her.

The video of Imelda confessing was posted, with the caption 'There's really no thief watch the video.' and immediately there are thousands of views and reactions as well as shares.

Terrible! Does Freya have that many friends on Facebook? I looked at the comments. Most of them are angry with Imelda.

Someone is also apologizing to me. There are those who do not believe. The others are also angry and say which one is the truth.

"Wait... Why is it posted on Freya's account? Is it really her account?" I asked.

Aries's POV

"....If X is equal to 8 then Y should be-----"

"What the fuck?!" Freya suddenly. shout.

We all looked at her. Even our teacher who was solving a math problem stopped and frowned.

"Ms. Hidalgo! Language!" Our teacher shouted.

Freya looked at him evilly. "Shut up!"

Even though he was shocked, the teacher chose to remain silent. Freya's eyes glazed over as she repeatedly pressed her phone.

"OMG!" Said one of Freya's minions. She was also holding her phone. "..Is this your Facebook account?"

"Hell yeah!! It's mine!" Freya answered angrily.

I don't really understand what's happening. I looked back at the board. I don't care about Freya's drama.

My eyes caught Ella who was also looking at her phone.

"Hey... What's wrong?" I asked her.

She lookef at me and handed her phone. I played the video. I'm not sure who is the girl on the video but she looked familiar.

"We'll confess!" Said the woman in the video while looking at someone.

"We were just ordered to do that to him.." while pointing to someone close to her "..He requested a lot so we did it."

I think I already know who it is. It was the girl who claimed that her money was stolen by that Ci-N kid.

Then I heard a very familiar voice.

"W-who ordered you?"

It was Jay-jay's. It looked like they were trying to get the woman to admit what she did. I no longer want to play the video but I needed to know if she told them who's behind this schemed.

The woman shook her head. "I can't say."

The video stopped.

I feel relieved. I thought they would know the truth. I thought Ella was doomed.

I handed the phone back to Ella. "Let them go. It's too obvious if we take another step." I whispered to Ella.

She forced a smile and nodded.

Don't worry Ella. I will not let you perish because of this. I'm sure they will keep quiet.
