In a world of cybernetic upgrades, Leo takes a different path—mastering external gear and stacking skills like Sword Mastery LV10, Physique LV10, and Dodge LV10. With sheer skill and cutting-edge tech, he outclasses even the most deranged Cyberpsychos.
-------------
System, Cyberpunk 2077 game and Edgerunner, Male MC, The Mc hasn't played the game-so doesn't know the plot. The System is similar to "Gamer" genera and is more focused on Perks.
-------------------------------------------
Since I've noticed some misunderstanding on the reasons behind Leo's strength, let me clarify:
The system used in this novel is comparable to that of the gamer genre. Leo is a pure human who doesn't rely on cyberwar; instead, his power derives from System-driven advancement, primarily from Perks and gradually leveling up skills.
Leo's growth is entirely internal, in opposed to the majority of Cyberpunk 2077 characters who gain strength through implants. As part of the System, his body changes, and when he reaches specific milestones, he unlocks special Perks—a very common feature in Gamer-style settings.
Also, Leo creates weapons, armor, and gadgets that are so sophisticated that even elite corpos struggle to match them, further enhancing his skills.
I hope that clarifies things for anyone who was confused, didn't notice the "Gamer" tag, or simply doesn't understand how that genre operates. Also while it is a Gamer-eks system it really just gives some skills and perks. Nothing like the actual Gamer system. Does are to OP and often boring in my opinion.

Started of interesting but then just decided to copy the game for 10 chapters straight. Hope this doesnt continue in the future story. Also MC seems suicidal, i mean deciding to fight a chromed out cyberpsycho with a katana is just stupid.
Mediocre at best. Mc is just plain stupid, taking risks without any reason. System is unsystematic, its here because author need "reason" for mc's unreasonable power, but you cant really see why he got power and even mc's statistic aside skill levels. Skills doesnt show for shit, mc can pull something that would be impossible on his skill level. System should be reworked right from the start, and at least have explanation what levels in skills mean.
Not bad at all and unlike some comments say it does not copy the game and only does a two prologues and tweaks them a bit. while it may not be for everyone I think it is a ok book to read. Also as of right now (CH.33) the MC is very cautious of cyberware but not full against it (I would not trust the corps and the things they make that I need to put in my head either).
Hello everyone! Its been a while I know. Been in talks with Webnovel about reinstating the bleach book (you can check my P@tron for more info) So I didn't want to post before that got sorted out. Anyway, This is another universe witch I am passionate, I mean who doesn't love a cyborg with 4 arms hacking and slashing. Only for that cyborg to be defeated by a pure human! That is the draw to this story. Leo wont install any cybernetics to his body and will rely just on external tools he made as well as pure skill. I hope you enjoy it!
Man, what can I say...Firstly, there is a problem with the protagonist's appearance, since in 31 chapters there was not even a vague description of him. Secondly, What do the levels in skills represent? It's all so vague, there's no comparison, besides, what's the maximum level? What does a LV 5 skill do? All of this makes this book average, without the minimum of necessary details. Of course, this is not the translator's fault, but the original author's.
Just read on. Worthy of 5 stars. Especially for webnovels. [img=update][img=update][img=update][img=update][img=update][img=update][img=update][img=update][img=update][img=update][img=update][img=update][img=update][img=update][img=update][img=update]
There are a few issues mentioned in other reviews, but it is still well written and much better than most webnovel crackfics and translations
Well just recently i was playing some cyberpunk Got an ich for a fic of that type and damn not bad at all they only real complain is the updating frequency It isnt as bad but compared to this author other works (Strongest Zoldyck and Bound by aizen) is a bit underwelming Thx for reading
I like how much world bulding there and how sceans and events from the game is incopurated into the story. The Mc is fine and not to passive (willing to kill for personal growth) but still hold good relationships with his friends. Still to early to this story but I hope it expans outside of just Night city.
It’s a interesting take on the game and I kind of like it normally when I see stories like these, everybody normally gets completely chromed up but he’s deciding to stay full flesh but a crafting tech strategy going for him is interesting I like how you fleshed out the domino effect it had on the glitter bomb to take out Kirk though nice background filling for the world
the story is great i don’t know why i didn’t review til now probably because i was absorbed into the story so much i forget. The story goes above and beyond to keep it engaging and wanting to know what happens next.
Its decent and one of the better Cyberpunk story out there and it feels like a good tabletop storyline. It seems to have gotten a bit better and there is more IRL "in story" development. Like action of the MC has actual affect on the city. Results of what they do. So I'd say give it a read.
I am on my knees, this is such a good novel. I see a lot of bad reviews and stuff saying it’s a “copy of the game” but I’ve never played the game before, only seen the show and I am loving this fic. The Mc is strong and the fight scenes are decent. Don’t get out of by bad reviews, just read and see for yourself. Thankyou for your hard work author! Fem V (✅) in crew. Lucy (✅) in crew. Really great story so far. Justifiably slow. Not that much has happened but i still felt drawn in and engaged while reading, a hallmark of good writing. Can't wait to see more
Good story. I like the complexity of the idea, the way the mc thinks aren’t like the typical Chinese young master. The guy is always one step ahead and doesn’t complain about anything. The guy actually cares about his friends and don’t chase and get in every girl’s skirt left and right. He takes care of his crews. And always create contingency plans if shit hits the fan. over all it’s all good. It’s actually one of my fav Chinese ff which is only surprisingly few since I always can’t stand those stories cuz it’s no brainer( expect for some story that actually worth reading). And that just says how immersed I am to this story. Though I’m just a little concern since the romance take ages to progress. It’s past two hundred chapters already goddamnit😭😭. P.S he doesn’t know about the game that much or the show. Still he cooking real good
