When Takumi heard Keqing talking about this, he also considered it.
"I understand. When the time comes, I will ask Ningguang about it. If you go back first, take Qiqi to your house to inquire about the genealogy. As for Ningguang, I'll handle it myself."
"Klee, you will go with Qiqi as well. I have something else to do."
Takumi arranged for Klee to accompany Qiqi. Hearing this, Klee nodded quickly.
"Okay, Brother Takumi."
There was no problem. She could just play with Qiqi.
After thinking about it, Keqing agreed. "Alright."
So, it was decided. When they returned to Liyue Harbor, Keqing would take Qiqi to check the records while Takumi and Shenhe would meet with Ningguang.
After a while, they arrived back in Liyue Harbor. As always, the city was bustling with activity. But now, the roads were more organized. Pedestrians walked on designated paths, while the central lanes were reserved for vehicles. Railings had been installed to prevent people from crossing into traffic.
Takumi's off-road vehicle attracted curious glances from passersby. Although regular cars had become more common, off-road vehicles were still rare in Liyue. Many businessmen had purchased cars, and public buses were now in use. However, only a few people knew about off-road vehicles—Hall Master Hu and the knowledgeable Zhongli among them. Even Ningguang didn't have one.
Hu Tao usually traveled at night, often driving to Wuwang Hill. Zhongli, on the other hand, drove to the teahouse to enjoy plays and tea. Since people had seen their cars before, Takumi's vehicle, which had a different color, sparked curiosity.
When they recognized the driver, the mystery was solved. It was Takumi.
Takumi parked near the General Affairs Department. Once the car stopped, Keqing stepped out and turned to him.
"I'll take Qiqi to check the genealogy first. I'll find you later. Qiqi, Klee, let's go."
With that, Keqing left with the two girls.
Meanwhile, Takumi and Shenhe walked towards their next destination.
"Shenhe, do you want to meet Ganyu? She's probably working at Yuehai Pavilion now. It's not far from here."
Shenhe's expression shifted slightly. "Alright."
Since they were already here, she thought it would be nice to visit Ganyu. She hadn't seen her senior sister in a long time.
"Let's go then. I'll take you there first. You can catch up with Ganyu, and I'll go find Ningguang."
Arriving at Yuehai Pavilion, Takumi approached the guard at the entrance to confirm Ganyu's presence. Then, he turned to Shenhe.
"You can go in alone. This is Shenhe, Miss Ganyu's junior sister. Please escort her inside."
After informing the guards, Takumi saw Shenhe off. The Qianyan soldiers at the entrance did not hesitate and immediately guided her inside.
Takumi didn't linger and instead headed toward Yujing Terrace.
Unfortunately, Yujing Terrace was inaccessible by car, so he had to walk the rest of the way. However, that wasn't a big deal. Yujing Terrace housed Liyue's high-ranking officials and was a popular spot to admire the scenery.
As he arrived, he glanced at Granny Ping's usual stall, but she wasn't there today. Not dwelling on it, he proceeded directly to the floating elevator leading to the Jade Chamber.
Bu Yun, the guard stationed there, recognized Takumi and stepped aside.
Standing on the floating stone, Takumi slowly ascended. Anyone afraid of heights would likely feel weak at the sight below.
Takumi glanced around and smirked. "This design is really impractical. How does Ningguang handle bathroom breaks? Does she have to descend every time? That seems troublesome."
Despite the Jade Chamber's grandeur, some facilities were inconvenient. He shrugged and stopped thinking about it.
Before long, he reached the Jade Chamber.
As he approached, the gates opened. It was clear that Ningguang already knew he was coming. Baiwen was waiting at the entrance.
"Master Takumi, please follow me."
Takumi wasn't surprised. He followed Baiwen inside and soon found himself face-to-face with Ningguang.
"Sit."
Ningguang greeted him with a smile, gesturing to a seat. Takumi took a seat across from her, and a secretary quickly stepped forward to pour tea.
"What brings you here today?" Ningguang asked curiously. "You returned from Shimen and stayed at Wangshu Inn for a night. Now you've come straight here. You must have something important to discuss."
Takumi took a sip of tea before answering.
"Yes, I came to discuss a few things. First, the school project. Second, retrieving an item. Third, setting up a power station in Liyue Harbor."
Ningguang was already aware of the last two matters, but the mention of a school piqued her interest.
"A school? Are you planning to build one in Guiliyuan?"
Takumi shook his head. "No, not just in Guiliyuan, but also in Liyue itself. Don't you think Liyue's education system is outdated?"
"Right now, if someone wants to study, they have to either join a sect or pay for a private school. Wealthy families can hire tutors, but there's no standardized system."
"While I was in Shimen, I saw children from Qingce Village who had no access to education. They had no chance to learn from a teacher. I think this is something that deserves attention."
Takumi's tone was serious as he looked at Ningguang.
Hearing his explanation, Ningguang also became solemn. In truth, she had thought about this issue before.
After all, she had a fondness for children.
