Zhongli shared his thoughts, and Takumi answered truthfully, explaining the curriculum they planned to establish. 

The school would be divided into elementary school, middle school, high school, and university. The subjects would include alchemy, engineering, cultural studies, and even business management.

Listening to Takumi's explanation, Zhongli nodded. If the school was established, it would provide a steady stream of talent for Liyue. Becoming its principal didn't seem like a bad idea after all. With that in mind, he had no further objections. Since Hu Tao and Takumi had already settled the matter, he simply accepted it.

As the headmaster, he wouldn't have to personally teach classes.

Seeing Zhongli's acceptance, Takumi was relieved. The next step was to establish the school.

At noon, they all had lunch together. After finishing the meal, Takumi said goodbye to Hu Tao and left with Qiqi and Keqing.

After leaving the teahouse, Keqing turned to Takumi.

"Klee, you should go with Qiqi. I'll be busy for a while."

Takumi patted Klee's head.

Since he would be occupied, Klee should stay with Qiqi.

Klee nodded in agreement. She didn't mind playing with Qiqi.

Takumi and Keqing parted ways, and he headed straight to Yuehai Pavilion.

As for the power station, he needed to discuss it with Ganyu.

Ganyu was in charge of the project in Liyue.

When Takumi arrived at Yuehai Pavilion, it was bustling with activity. Many people were coming and going, most of them female members of the Qixing. Some people greeted Takumi in passing before hurrying on their way, showing just how busy things were.

Takumi went straight to Ganyu's office.

"Takumi? You're back."

Ganyu stood up and greeted him warmly.

Takumi stepped inside, smiling.

"The high-voltage towers are already under construction. We estimate they will reach Liyue Harbor soon."

"We've built a storage power station near the Golden House, which will be operational soon."

Takumi took the document and reviewed it.

The plan outlined in the report detailed the process of channeling power from the massive waterfall behind Mt. Tianheng. The power lines would follow the route toward Qingxu Pool before connecting to Liyue Harbor.

Some battery storage facilities had also been built. Now, they were just waiting for Takumi to return and finalize the generator setup.

After reading the materials, Takumi pointed to a section on the map and suggested:

"This area should be developed into a full-scale power station."

"We should also construct additional high-voltage towers and implement phased electricity generation."

"There are several waterfalls here, and one power station alone won't be enough to supply Liyue Harbor."

"In the future, this entire area must be utilized."

The waterfalls behind Mt. Tianheng were like natural power sources. If utilized properly, they could sustain all of Liyue Harbor's electricity needs.

The mountain had a natural spring that had been flowing for hundreds of years. It was an endless source of water that continuously fed into Qingxu Pool. It seemed like a perfect opportunity to harness hydroelectric power.

It was even possible to repurpose the water system to provide clean running water to every household in Liyue Harbor.

Takumi even wondered if a water-related Adeptus or entity might be sustaining the continuous flow.

Hearing Takumi's plan, Ganyu hesitated momentarily before nodding in agreement.

"Alright. If you handle the modifications, I'll arrange for the work to be done."

Takumi nodded and immediately began revising the plans.

The single power station was expanded into three, and additional high-voltage towers were designated for future construction.

The main task now was extending the high-voltage network to accommodate the growing demand.

Ganyu didn't interfere with the power generator setup, as she wasn't familiar with it. She had been waiting for Takumi to finalize those details.

Once Takumi finished modifying the plan, Ganyu reviewed it and signed off on the changes.

She then called in a Qianyan soldier to deliver the updated documents for implementation.

After completing these arrangements, Ganyu returned to the office to continue discussing Liyue Harbor's reconstruction with Takumi.
