Takumi didn't immediately pick up what Albedo handed over. Instead, he stared at Albedo.
"What do you want?"
Since Albedo didn't speak, Takumi decided to ask directly. Hearing Takumi's question, Albedo shook his head.
"I don't want anything. I just hope that you can help take good care of Klee from now on. Klee has a great time with you. Those are my rewards to you."
"If you really want me to put forward any conditions," Albedo continued, "then I hope you don't block my research funding in the future, because I also have things to study."
Hearing this, Takumi was speechless. At the same time, he was puzzled. What Albedo said about taking care of Klee had a deeper meaning, but Takumi was too lazy to think about it. Regardless, he agreed.
"No problem."
With that, Takumi picked up the documents that Albedo had given him. After casually flipping through them, he was suddenly stunned.
"These are my alchemical insights," Albedo explained. "There's a lot of technology documented here, including the information you need on Ruin Guards. Besides that, there are also other research materials."
Hearing this, Takumi nodded. This gift was quite valuable. If he absorbed all of this knowledge, combined with his Herrscher power, Takumi could potentially become the strongest alchemist in Teyvat.
Thinking of this, Takumi looked at Albedo solemnly and said, "Thank you. I will remember this favor."
The things Albedo had given him were truly invaluable. Albedo simply smiled in response. After acquiring the documents, Takumi bid farewell. He needed to return and study these materials in depth.
Takumi spent the next few days in seclusion, studying the notes Albedo had given him. By the time he finished, he couldn't help but admire Albedo's incredible knowledge of alchemy.
With this newfound understanding, Takumi felt his strength had increased significantly. "Knowledge is power," he mused.
Takumi extended his hand and conjured a uniquely designed weapon—a fusion of alchemy and technology, resembling a laser cannon. After testing it out for a while, he stored it away and turned his attention to another project: his personal transportation.
He decided to construct a new kind of vehicle—one that could traverse land and air seamlessly. After meticulous work, a sleek black motorcycle began to take shape. As he worked, passersby stopped to watch in amazement, curious about what Takumi was building.
Ignoring the attention, Takumi continued his work until the vehicle was fully formed. He climbed onto it, slotted his Vision into a special compartment, and started the engine. The motorcycle roared to life, and he took it for a test drive around the area.
Satisfied with its performance, he activated flight mode. The wheels adjusted, transforming into propulsion jets. With a low hum, the bike slowly lifted off the ground.
Just as he was enjoying his test flight, Zhongli arrived. He glanced at the floating motorcycle with mild surprise and admiration.
"It looks impressive," Zhongli remarked. "Make one for me as well."
Hearing this, Takumi rolled his eyes. "Are you done with your work?"
Zhongli sighed. "I've reviewed all the textbooks. The others are making the necessary revisions. It will take some time before everything is finalized."
It was clear that Zhongli was overwhelmed by the sheer amount of work he had to do. Reviewing educational materials every day was no easy task, especially considering his meticulous nature.
Seeing that Zhongli was genuinely interested in his new creation, Takumi decided to make him one. He quickly assembled a second motorcycle, identical in design but with a dark gold color scheme to match Zhongli's aesthetics.
Takumi then took some time to teach Zhongli how to operate it. With his vast knowledge, Zhongli quickly grasped the controls. He tested the bike on land first, ensuring it functioned properly before engaging the flight mode.
Flying effortlessly through the sky, Zhongli found the experience quite enjoyable. Compared to traditional transportation, this was far superior.
"Shall we take a flight together?" Zhongli suggested, glancing at Takumi.
Takumi smirked and nodded. "Why not?"
Both revved up their motorcycles and soared into the sky, drawing the attention of many below.
Keqing, seeing them from the ground, frowned slightly. "Where are they going?" she muttered, confused by their sudden departure.
Meanwhile, Klee and the others were just as fascinated. "Brother Takumi's motorcycle can fly! It looks even more fun than Wind Gliders!" Klee exclaimed excitedly.
As they rode through the sky, Takumi couldn't help but feel proud of his creation. With these vehicles, traveling across Teyvat would be faster and more exhilarating than ever before.
