Of course, Takumi knew that Venti would give away his Gnosis.
And it would be done in a rather humiliating manner.
Although he was aware of these events, Takumi had no intention of interfering.
If Venti enjoyed being slapped around, that was his business.
Takumi had no interest in getting involved.
When he arrived near the Knights of Favonius headquarters, he clearly felt a strong ice elemental energy emanating from the tavern.
In other words, La Signora had already made her move.
After thinking about it for a moment, Takumi simply ignored it.
The guards at the Knights' entrance noticed Takumi approaching and immediately called for him to enter.
His car was fine outside.
Takumi stepped out of the vehicle and walked straight into the headquarters.
As soon as he entered, Klee ran over excitedly, followed closely by Yaoyao and Qiqi.
Diona was absent.
"Brother Takumi!"
Klee was overjoyed to see Takumi.
She ran over and jumped into his arms.
Takumi caught her easily, smiling.
"Little Klee~!"
"Hee hee~~!" Klee giggled.
"Brother Takumi, are you here to see Captain Jean? She's inside. And Sister Lisa is there too! I'll take you to them."
Saying that, Klee wiggled out of Takumi's embrace, grabbed his hand, and pulled him toward Jean's office.
Inside the office, Jean was already busy with her work, while Lisa sat nearby, quietly reading a book.
Seeing Takumi enter, Jean immediately set her work aside.
"Takumi, you're here. Please, have a seat!"
She quickly invited him in.
Lisa also put down her book and began preparing tea for Takumi.
Takumi sat down, pulling Klee onto his lap.
Seeing Klee's happy expression, Jean sighed helplessly.
To be honest, Klee was completely spoiled by Takumi.
"Mr. Takumi, you're spoiling Klee too much."
Hearing this, Klee immediately pouted in protest.
Takumi, however, didn't mind.
"Such a cute child deserves to be pampered. Right, Klee?"
Takumi ruffled Klee's hair.
Klee eagerly nodded. "Brother Takumi is right!"
Jean rolled her eyes but chose not to say anything further.
She knew how much Takumi adored Klee. Many of Klee's new gadgets had been gifts from him.
At that moment, Lisa handed Takumi a cup of tea, then turned to the girls with a smile.
"Little cuties, do you want some tea as well?"
The three little girls immediately shook their heads.
"No!"
They didn't like black tea.
Seeing their reaction, Lisa chuckled and relaxed, taking a seat beside Jean.
"Takumi, let's talk about our cooperation, shall we?"
Jean got straight to the point, ready to discuss serious matters with Takumi.
Originally, Takumi had come to Mondstadt to assist with the dragon crisis.
But now that the problem was resolved, his assistance was no longer needed.
So, it was time to talk about future collaborations.
One of Jean's primary concerns was bringing electricity to Mondstadt.
Many of Liyue's advancements had already spread far and wide—well-lit streets, easy access to hot water, and numerous other conveniences.
Jean had to admit she was envious.
It was a shame that Takumi wasn't from Mondstadt. If he were, all these advancements would have belonged to Mondstadt as well.
But that didn't matter much.
As long as they could bring these improvements to Mondstadt, that was enough.
Her only concern was that Mondstadt lacked the means to construct a hydroelectric power station.
"Do you think it's possible to build a power station in Mondstadt?" Jean asked.
Takumi shook his head.
"If you want a hydroelectric power station, that's impossible in Mondstadt. The geography simply doesn't allow it. However, wind power is your best bet."
"The winds at Stormterror's Lair are more than strong enough to generate electricity for all of Mondstadt. It's practically a natural power station."
Considering Mondstadt's terrain, Takumi quickly proposed a solution.
Unlike Liyue, Mondstadt had an abundance of wind resources.
If they wanted a hydroelectric power station, they could theoretically build one at the highest points of the region, but that wasn't ideal.
Instead, Takumi recommended using wind power.
Hearing this, Jean's eyes lit up.
"That's a great idea!"
Without hesitation, Jean pressed for more details.
"Takumi, can you explain more? If possible, could you help us implement it in Mondstadt?"
Takumi nodded and elaborated.
"The winds in Stormterror's Lair are extremely strong, making it the perfect location for wind turbines."
"If you set up a wind farm there, it should be more than enough to power all of Mondstadt."
"The best approach would be to run high-voltage power lines from Stormterror's Lair to Dawn Winery and then into Mondstadt."
"The distance is a bit long, but it's manageable."
"Additionally, there are some unoccupied islands on Cider Lake. Those could be used to house energy storage stations."
As he spoke, Takumi quickly created a simple model, displaying a massive wind turbine.
Jean studied the model before asking another question.
"Mr. Takumi, does power generation only require these windmills?"
"If that's the case, can we set some up on the city walls?"
"Mondstadt's walls were built to protect against the strong winds outside. Certain seasons make business operations nearly impossible due to the intense gusts."
Hearing this, Takumi raised an eyebrow.
With a thought, he activated his powers as the Herrscher of Wind, sensing the flow of air currents.
Lisa's gaze immediately shifted to him.
This power…
It was a bit terrifying.
And it carried a trace of the Anemo Archon's energy?
How curious.
Had Venti made some sort of deal with Takumi?
After finishing his analysis, Takumi nodded.
"The strongest winds come from Brightcrown Canyon."
"That means we don't even need to build anything in Stormterror's Lair."
"A wind farm on Brightcrown Canyon would be more than enough to supply Mondstadt with electricity."
With consistent winds year-round, a large wind farm there could provide Mondstadt with a stable energy source.
If that wasn't enough, they could always expand to Stormterror's Lair as a backup power source.
