Diona looked at the contract Takumi handed over.
She quickly started browsing through it.
"Look at the shares allocated to Klee and the others," Takumi said. "You can fill it in yourself. Sign your name and make a vow. Then the contract will be acknowledged by the Geo Archon."
"Anyone who breaks their word should be punished by eating rocks!" he added with a smirk.
Hearing Takumi's words, Diona nodded. She took a quick look at the contract and then made a decision.
"Hmm…" she thought aloud. "25% each for the four of us."
She was just about to write it down when Takumi stopped her.
"That's not how you do it, silly." Takumi sighed. "You should hold 70% for yourself, and Klee and the others should get 10% each."
Takumi looked at the little girl with an exasperated expression.
"You're the one who bought the house and will be managing the business. Why would you split everything equally? Business doesn't work like that."
"Oh, I see!" Klee nodded enthusiastically. "Brother Takumi is right! We only need a little share."
"Actually, Diona, you don't even have to give us anything," Yaoyao chimed in. "You can consider it a loan."
She understood business matters well enough after spending time with Ganyu. Their contribution was small, yet Diona was offering them too much in return.
Even though Klee didn't fully understand, seeing Takumi and Yaoyao's serious expressions, she quickly agreed.
"That's right!" she said happily.
Qiqi also nodded in agreement.
Seeing everyone's input, Diona reconsidered and finally relented.
"Alright!" she said. "We'll go with what Brother Takumi suggested."
She immediately wrote down the new terms in the contract: Klee, Qiqi, and Yaoyao each received 10% of the shares as pure profit shares, while Diona retained 70%.
She then signed her name on several copies of the contract and handed them to the others.
"Klee, come here. Sign your name," Takumi instructed.
Hearing Takumi's words, Klee immediately picked up a pen and carefully wrote her name.
Her writing was so crooked that Takumi couldn't help but sigh.
"This handwriting is terrible," he muttered.
It seemed like these kids needed to practice calligraphy. When the school was built, he would make sure to send them there for lessons.
A class for little Lolis—what an amusing idea.
After everyone had signed their names on the contract, Takumi gave them instructions.
"Alright. Don't lose these," he said. "From now on, you and Diona will run the tavern together."
"I'll help you find a shopkeeper and waitstaff as well."
Hearing this, the little girls cheered excitedly.
"This is so much fun!" Klee giggled. "It feels like we accomplished something big!"
Just then, Keqing walked in.
"What's going on here?" she asked, noticing the group huddled together.
Seeing Keqing, the little Lolis quickly greeted her.
"Sister Keqing~!" they called out happily.
"We just signed a contract!" Klee exclaimed, proudly holding up her copy.
Keqing blinked, confused.
"You what?" she asked, walking over curiously.
She read through the contract and was completely dumbfounded.
"You all… started a business?" she asked incredulously.
Takumi chuckled and spoke up.
"Keqing, find some waiters and shopkeepers for them," he said. "It's too risky to let a bunch of kids run a tavern by themselves. Make sure you pick reliable people."
Keqing sighed but nodded.
"Alright," she said. "Leave it to me."
Then she remembered something.
"Oh, by the way, the radio station is about to go live. Do you want to listen?"
She pulled out a portable radio.
"Of course!" Takumi said, nodding. "Turn it on."
"The food will be here soon. Xiangling is bringing it over."
It was only five o'clock, still a bit early before the official broadcast.
As they waited, Keqing updated Takumi on Liyue's progress.
"About the school," she said. "Some of the buildings are already complete. Should we open it now, or wait until the entire campus is finished?"
Takumi thought for a moment before answering.
"Wait until everything is done," he decided. "There's no rush. Once the Rite of Descension is over, we can announce it publicly through the radio."
"Especially in Qingce Village," he added. "Make sure the kids from there are sent here."
"Also, send some radios to Qingce Village. Provide one for every household for free. Don't charge them."
"And make sure there's a school bus service," he continued. "Let the kids go home every Friday afternoon and return on Mondays."
Keqing quickly jotted down all of Takumi's instructions.
"Got it. I'll make the arrangements."
While they were talking, Shen He returned—along with Lumine and Paimon.
Lumine had arrived in Xiangling's car.
Takumi was surprised.
"Wait, Lumine, can you drive without a Vision?" he asked curiously.
Lumine nodded.
"Apparently, I can," she said. "When I ride it, the car absorbs my elemental power directly."
"At first, I was surprised," she continued. "But then I realized I didn't need a Vision to control it."
Hearing this, Takumi was intrigued.
This car was turning out to be more interesting than he thought.
