Kendrick and Zephany sat by the glass wall, waiting for their food when a car suddenly crashed through. Kendrick pulled Zephany to safety just in time, but both got small cuts from the broken glass.
"Are you okay?" they asked, checking each other.
To their astonishment, the cuts healed before their eyes.
Their minds raced. "Beside me, the only person I know who has that ability is."
"No! She can't be that loud, short-tempered woman!"
"No! He can't be that silent, obnoxious man!"
"Did I marry my secret partner in crime?" They both shuddered at the thought.
A few chapters in and you'd know you're in for some fun~ I really like how the characters are portrayed and the FLxML dynamic is entertaining to read about. This one is really a breath of fresh air (no pun intended) and if you wanna read something different from the usual urban romances, try this out!!
Only four chapters are out so far, but man has this story started with a bang! You don’t often find such spy-inspired intrigue and mystery in a romance, and I’m here for it! Writing quality is great, author is a very stable updator, and I’m excited to see what lies in store for Zephany and Kendrick. Will they solve the mysteries of their past? Will I get to learn all the secrets of their present? I hope so! Keep up the good work, Author!

You can see the potential even though it's just in its first chapters. Both the action and mysteries are well balanced and I can't get enough of it!

This is for the slow burn lovers who appreciate storytelling alongside the relationship building. I'd say this is a different kind of romance when you compare it to the other romance books in the app, in a good way. It's unique, a breath of fresh air, and something that is fun. Something that will not give you anxiety and a heart attack while reading HAHA! If you know what I mean. This is light and different, surely a good read and a must-try!
The author is a good friend, who always has great ideas, although sometimes she can fail in the execution. In this case, although it has flaws, the story is very enjoyable. The well-developed missions show us an interesting, semi-fantastical, and somewhat realistic reality of an underworld that seems passionate (I love underworlds), although what caught my attention most were the mysteries surrounding things like the archive, the crimes of the past, and those small but powerful mysteries surrounding them (and the organizations of this). Without a doubt, if you like crime stories, I think you should read it.
I love crime stories that involve secret organizations and missions with mysteries. They bring back strong memories of the mafia and similar novels I love. This is one of them. I like both main characters, and so far, the missions make me want to read more. Also, I feel like the idea of "The Archive" has much potential. It could be exploited very well to develop an amazing world. I hope you have prepared a good world for me, I like good worlds. I'll keep reading.
What I loved the most was the personalities of Zephany and Kendrick. The right-left situation was funny when I imagined it. Then the world and how it worked. The mission world, I mean. The mystery just keeps growing with this kinda world. How big would the explosion be... Also the level system was something new. And oof! When they dropped... Their backgrounds, and characters were really well written to be felt. Those 2 hedgehogs! It was cute reading them, huhu. Looking forward to when they romance.
The story is embroiled in mystery from the very beginning and it hooks you right in from the first chapter. The need to know what is going to happen next keeps you reading. Zephany's character is hilarious 😂 I loved her. She is smart and funny with a knack to turn serious situations into funny ones. Kendrick was more serious kind, but I am sure he will open up more. The way you have detailed everything from the alarm systems to their tasks, it was a treat to read. Updates are steady and writing quality is top-notch. You are doing amazing 😍 so keep going. 🤗
