Betrayed

The thug leader gave Natalie the necklace under Alexi's oppressive gaze. He and his team scurried to a part of the room in a rather cowardly manner.

"We are sorry Mr. Cross we didn't know..." He tried explaining but Alexi cut him off,making Natalie skeptical about his identity as her boss had left his office to welcome with he was really not someone to be triffled with, she thought to ask him after sorting these sleazy men.

" Enough... What's going on here Miss silver" He asked with a softer expression yhat wasn't completely accommodating snapping her off her thoughts.

"Ehmm... Mr. Cross, my father owes their boss a large percentage of money" She explained shyly her eyes to the designs of the tiles. He looked at her for a moment then the whole room.

"How much" He asked, Natalie's eyes snap up in disbelief.

"Five hundred thousand euros sir" The leader of the thug gang said immediately, Alexi gave him a somewhat complicated gaze. "I thought asked to shut up" Alexi questioned, the leader could only mumble an apology "I'm sorry sir".

"Go ahead and give them the money they are disturbing" Alexi said uninterested, he walked towards the open plan kitchen to make coffee.

"You are kidding me" Natalie said in a daze, a slight smirk appeared at the corner of his lips.

"Depends on my mood, so do you want to owe me a favour or... I don't know be about your pride and refuse no rush think deeply I can ask for anything" He said as a devilish grin played leisurely on his lips.

Natalie took in deep breaths as she gave a deep sigh, her eyes glued intensely to meet Alexi's blue ones that looked very deserted with no hint of warm in them. "Fine, I need your help".

"You are not so feisty are you..." He said flatly but she suddenly smiled at him before taking precautionary steps towards the kitchen table.

"You think that's what I'll say I haven't ran out of option and you don't think I'm foolish enough to trust you, a complete stranger... I'll find your money give me two hours" She spoke up meeting Alexi eyes before looking at the thugs to say her last sentence.

"This will surely be interesting" Alexi said and sat on the couch like a king with a mug filled with coffee.

Natalie ran out the apartment with the hope of getting the money but even the heaven seems to sympathize with her cause almost immediately did an heavy rain started in the previously clear sky. The heavy rain didn't stop, she kept running and shaking like a fish terribly.

She got a door and saw the inside light on making her smile, she came to mason, her boyfriend house. She knows how much he loved her and he had always proved that they are recently at odd because she refused to give him her V-card.

She twist her hand nervously before knocking on the door but the door wasn't even shut so she just made her way inside. There were three plate of unfinished dinner but that didn't catch her thought, it was the littered clothes and numerous wraps of c**dom on the floor she wrinkled her nose as the smell of alcohol and hard drugs hit her hard. She walked towards the room where they were ear deafening moans was heard from, she pressed on the handle with a click sound the door opened, the time seemed to move very slow and finally she opened the door.

"What's going on here" Natalie found her voice after five minutes of her standing there, the three people oblivious to her snapped out from their pleasure and Natalie eyes and mouth widen that an ostrich egg could fit in them.

"Kc, Mason, Chris... What the heck" Natalie made to run but Mason quickly held her hand, she looked at the hand and caught sight of the glistening carrot size thing which doubled her anger.

"It's not like it seems to be" He tried explaining with a sheepish smile, his eyes looking at her with total lust as her cloth clung unto her body.

She yanked her hand off and gave him three resounding slaps.

"You are an animal... I must have been a fool to love you. Explain why you and your best friend is in bed totally naked like a newborn with my best friend... What were you doing cuddling, watching Netflix. There is no friggin explanation so don't try fooll me" Natalie yelled angrily wishing the ground could just swallow her up.

"You do expect me to be a fucking celibate cause I love you... My bad it was just a moment of lust and infatuation, so what right do you have to get angry" He yelled back.

"Go wear a damn cloth peanut, I want a five hundred thousand compensation worth" She stated in a sulky tone.

"What" He halted in his walk hearing her outrageous request. "Why would i pay that when you are not even worth a single penny."

"Stop being delusional and get out Natalie... If you can't behold a treasure when you see it what makes you worthy" Kc said as she got down from the bed and started giving Mason blowjob while he groaned shamelessly. Natalie looked at the shameless duo with disgust before rushing out to the rain outside, the tears she didn't know she was holding fell freely,her phone rang.

"Time up Miss silver, let's meet at the national airfield in thirty minutes" Alexi oice echoed at the other end. He hunged up without awaiting her reply. The national airfield takes up to an hour but he gave her half an hour.

She couldn't help but think of every thing that happened to her as she raced towards the airfield relentlessly. Her mother left her and her father when she was ten years for her mother supposed ex-husband. People around them still humiliated her father for being a duck lusting after a swan,sge can't understand why her mother would do that as her mother was always lively, carefree and independent,so you can't say she left for money or happiness she can't even decipher what the truth is and now she had no luck to have dated a good for nothing jerk.

"Arrghh..."Natalie yelped as she fell down to her to the ground, she had been so trapped in her thought that she wasn't focusing on the road. She couldn't even take note of her surroundings as her head hit the ground making her slip into the looming darkness, in the middle of nowhere the rain strokes beat her heavily.
