Confession

Genevieve, after her passionate night with Edric, noticed that he was still holding back.

She decides to get answers for her to get to the bottom of what Edric is hiding from her. She heard of a prisoner who might know about Edric's past; she then decided to visit him in the prison. Sneaking through the corridor late at night, careful so as not to be seen, Genevieve moved swiftly in the dark to get to the dungeons.

On getting to the dungeons she was directed to the prisoner's cell. Genevieve's eyes locked onto the prisoner, her heart racing with anticipation. She had secretly arranged to speak with him, hoping to uncover the truth about Edric's past.

The prisoner was a tall and weary man, he looked up at her with a mixture of curiosity and wariness. " What do you want to know, your Majesty?" He asked, his voice barely above a whisper.

Genevieve urged herself to stay calm so she could get answers to what had been bothering her for a while now.
