At that moment, all the chaotic sounds of people passing by and talking seemed to disappear and blur out.

In my world right now, it was just me and Evangel...staring at each other for what seemed like an eternity.

Her pure-white pupils were like a black hole, threatening to suck me in and make me vanish from this Earth.

I couldn't even see the reflection of myself in her eyes...all I could see was her.

Snapping back to reality, I finally shifted my head, being the first to break eye contact, and awkwardly pointed at the plant she was holding.

"A-are you g-going to buy that...?"

Looking away from me, Evangel raised the plant to the height of her head and silently stared at the petal for a couple of seconds.

She didn't talk much...I was probably the cause of that.

Surprisingly, Evangel suddenly leaned forward, pressing her nose to the Lily, and stood still for a couple of seconds.
