---

Alaric was walking within a large clearing north of Clifton, Bristol. He was finished with his little test of the power he bought.

'Wait.. speaking of the item I bought.'

'Boar, Dog, Bird, Monkey, Ram.'

"Summoning Jutsu!" Performing a few hand signs, Alaric comically yelled then dramatically placed his palm on the ground as black inked kanjis made a formation around his hand.

With a huge puff, he disappeared.

---

"Huh?" Alaric raised his brows, "Where am I?"

He looked around as everywhere he turned his head to were huge-ass trees that red leaves that looked like they were burning. The ground were also filled with ashes and red burning leaves. But what was odd with them was that there were no smoke from the fire.

"You must be Alaric Jonathan Kenway, my summoner..."

Alaric looked high up to see a huge Phoenix flapping its burning wings majestically as it screeched, making the youngest Kenway wince a little.

"My name is Emberis," The phoenix introduced itself as it floated in front of Alaric despite it not flapping its wings any more.

"Y-Yes," For the first time in this life, Alaric stuttered a little bit, "This... this is my first time seeing a mythical creature like you in person, you look... majestic."

"It's to be expected," Emberis replied while staring at Alaric, digging deep into the young Kenway's soul, "It's my first time seeing a human like you."

"Like me?"

"You heard correctly," Emberis continued, "I don't have the knowledge of the reason, but you are my summoner."

"Ah... yes," Alaric sheepishly replied, "Are you against it?"

"..."

"I see... it seems like you ar-"

"No," Emberis cut off Alaric's statement as it continued staring, "I've been alone for quite some time... eons."

"Having a summoner like you will give me some form of entertainment."

"Oh, that's good to hear," Alaric smiled as he felt like his memories was being looked at.

"Weird, I can see some parts of your history," Emberis stated while trying to probe more into Alaric's memories, "But there are parts that I'm unable to view."

"..."

"Anyways... you are currently in Solaraeth," Emberis said while slowly floating to a direction, "Follow me."

---

Minutes went by as Alaric followed Emberis to wherever the Phoenix was planning to lead him.

"By the way," Alaric broke the silence as he continued walking, "Do you have any Phoenix Tears? I kinda need it to heal someone."

"..."

"..."

"I know you're a sage, you can procure one." Emberis replied coldly.

"I don't really wanna cry..."

"..."

Emberis tried to ignore Alaric but from what he was able to read from the boy's memories, he didn't seem someone evil. "Don't take it too literally, your blood is your own Phoenix Tears."

"Oh... so, if I want to heal someone," Alaric asked, "I need to cut myself and feed them my blood?"

"You can, if you have that kind of kink," Emberis replied nonchalantly, "A drop of your blood to the flesh can heal any living being of their wounds, a drop of your blood consumed will heal any living being of their diseases... no matter the gravity, but you need to be in your Sage Mode to do that."

"You cannot die, unless you want to. Due to you being a sage, you will always reborn once killed. Once reborn, you will come back stronger... as to how much, that I do not know."

"As I can see from your latest memories, you do not know how to control your powers," Emberis finally stopped and stared at Alaric once again, "And for that, I am here to help."

"..."

The youngest Kenway took all of this information in. He knew about the contents of being the Phoenix Sage due to the system, but hearing it from a Phoenix makes it a lot more exhilarating.

"By the way," Alaric looked around him and then back at Emberis. "I have not seen another Phoenix aside from you ever since I got here."

"Yes," Emberis replied while nodding its bird-like head, "In this dimension and the world you live in, I am one and only Phoenix."

"Damn... that's cool, but that's kinda lonely."

"Yes, it is lonely. However, I am the essence of Immortality and the Eternal Cycle over Life and Death. There can only be one Phoenix."

"But there're lots of dragons in other dimensions though?"

"And I have devoured many of them, the only one who can match my power is the Dragon God," Emberis replied as it sighed, "But alas, no matter how much we fight, we cannot kill each other... for we represent the balance of Creation and Destruction. While I symbolize the Eternal Cycle of Life and Death, the Dragon God symbolizes the Will of War and Strength. We are the two sides of the same coin."

"Umm... Okay?" Alaric replied, 'I didn't ask for the Dragon God though?'

"You asked about the Dragons," Emberis replied, seemingly reading Alaric's thoughts, "I am entitled to talk about whatever I want."

"Hey, why the fuck are you reading my thoughts!?"

"The... fuck? Fuck you!"

"..."

"..."

"Damn... okay, I mean... sure."

---

After what seemed like an eternity, listening to the Phoenix lecturing about how he wanted to kill all the dragons and the Dragon God, and about discussions of training... Alaric was now able to return to the large clearing, right where he used the Summoning Jutsu.

"Damn... who knew Phoenixes are talkative," Alaric sighed, "Must be a result of loneliness..."

Alaric shook his head as he looked around to see that it was still night time. "Okay, seems like there's difference between the time here and in Solaraeth."

He then walked towards the Penn Estate, activating his Foresight Pulse, 'The massive increase in my stats really did affect everything.'

An hour went by as he took his time arriving outside the Estate. There seemed to be people within the first floor, so Alaric just decided to use the tiniest amount of chakra on his lower body to jump through the open window to his bedroom.

'Success!'

He got in his bedroom and looked around, then at the Shadow Clone, making it dispel. 'I'm not utilizing the Shadow Clone Jutsu to its true potential... well, I'm not Naruto.'

He then went to the wardrobe and opened it, revealing a bunch of clothes that suited his five-year old body. He then took a simple sleeping attire and went to the bathroom.

Getting excited, Alaric didn't waste time and immediately undressed, placing the sleeping attire next to a side table.

'Ahh...' Alaric smiled as he submerged himself in the bathtub, 'I will never ever get tired of this.'

---

As Alaric wore his sleeping attire, he immediately channeled wind chakra through his hands. Feeling the slightly strong wind coming from the said hands, he then brushed his hair until it dried.

'Somehow... I'm making powers from the Naruto anime for my convenience, nothing's wrong with that... right?'

After drying his hair, he then lied down on his bed, tucking himself under a blanket. 'Due to money, I became somewhat strong and fortunately encountered a rich captive... that rich captive became my business partner, making me earn more money. Now... I don't actually need so much more, but it never hurts earn lots. I mean... no one can steal my money... literally.'

He thought all this things as he closed his eyes.

'One thing's for sure though... I need to train.'

'Reuben and Thulani too.'
