Feeling utterly disheartened, I called the Gevano Family, the wealthiest in Los Angeles:
"I'm willing to marry the deceased young master of Los Angeles. Please help me leave Donavan."

"This fellow from Gevano Family, he's willing to fake his own death to get what he wants. Such a sly and devious character won't truly care for you, especially since you've only known each other for a few days."


"You've reminded me. Since you're here, you might as well sign the divorce papers before you leave. Otherwise, I'm afraid I won't be willing to let Mr. Shaw leave New York City."


"Gentry, don't think I don't know. You didn't bring anyone with you today. I'd rather kill you and go down fighting with the Gevano Family than let you steal my Seraphina!"
