Archer's Noble Phantasm – Heaven's Black Rain
Rank: A++
Type: Anti-Fortress / Anti-Reality
Range: Extreme (Can reach targets across vast distances)
Maximum Targets: Everything within its line of fire
Description
Heaven's Black Rain is not a mere attack—it is a conceptual weapon designed to obliterate existence itself.
Unlike normal arrows, which are fired with physical force, this arrow is forged from pure destruction—an amalgamation of all the hatred, grief, and despair that has ever existed in the world. It is said that once it is loosed, nothing can stop it.
Manifestation
When Archer activates her Noble Phantasm, the sky darkens, as if mourning what is about to happen. Storm clouds gather, but instead of rain, the heavens seem to bleed shadows. The very air trembles, as if the world itself is afraid of what is coming.
Then, Archer raises her bow.
A single massive arrow forms—pitch-black, pulsating with an ominous light. It does not reflect light; it devours it. The moment it is drawn, a terrifying pressure blankets the battlefield, pressing against everything with the weight of impending doom.
Once fired, the arrow does not simply fly forward. It erupts.
It moves beyond the speed of sound, beyond the constraints of the physical world. To the human eye, it looks like a tear in reality itself, streaking across the battlefield like a comet of annihilation.
Anything in its path begins to disintegrate before it even makes contact. Space warps, time distorts, and all things caught within its wake are reduced to nothingness.
Effects & Weaknesses
Absolute Destruction: Unlike conventional Noble Phantasms that deal physical damage, Heaven's Black Rain unmakes its target, removing them from existence rather than merely destroying them. This makes it exceptionally effective against Regenerative, Undead, or Eldritch entities.
Unavoidable Fate: Once fired, the arrow cannot be dodged in the conventional sense. It does not follow physical laws—it follows inevitability. However, it can be countered by spatial manipulation, conceptual defenses, or equivalent Noble Phantasms.
Immense Mana Cost: Heaven's Black Rain is an A++ Noble Phantasm, and thus, drains a significant amount of mana from both Archer and her Master. Overuse could risk leaving Archer in a weakened state.
Final Words
Heaven's Black Rain is a Noble Phantasm meant to end wars, to silence gods, and to erase nightmares. It does not leave corpses or ruins—it leaves emptiness. If one were to ask Archer what it truly represents, she would only smile and say:
"It is the arrow of despair. Once loosed, there is no salvation."

Archer's Second Noble Phantasm – Celestial Judgment
Rank: EX
Type: Anti-Evil / Anti-Concept
Range: Global (Can strike targets across vast distances)
Maximum Targets: Anything tainted by evil
Description
Celestial Judgment is not merely a weapon—it is an act of divine retribution. This Noble Phantasm does not simply kill; it erases the very concept of evil from whatever it strikes, whether it be a person, an object, or even an entire region tainted by corruption.
Unlike Heaven's Black Rain, which destroys everything indiscriminately, Celestial Judgment is selective. It only targets those deemed "evil" by the laws of the world. The moment Archer activates it, the very sky shines with a blinding radiance, as if the heavens themselves are watching.
Manifestation
When Celestial Judgment is activated, Archer's bow undergoes a transformation—becoming a construct of pure golden light, pulsing with divine energy. Instead of drawing an arrow, she raises her hand, and a lance-like projectile of radiant energy forms between her fingers, glowing like a miniature sun.
The moment the arrow is fired, the entire battlefield shifts. Time seems to freeze for an instant, and the area becomes bathed in holy radiance. The arrow moves beyond human perception, faster than light itself, appearing as a streak of divine fury.
Upon impact, the effect varies based on the target's nature:
If the target is inherently evil: They are completely annihilated, body and soul, with no possibility of resurrection.
If the target is corrupted but not entirely evil: The corruption is burned away, stripping away all darkness and leaving only their purest form.
If the target is pure or neutral: The arrow passes through them without harm, as if they were never its intended target.
The attack is inescapable unless the target possesses conceptual defenses beyond divine judgment itself. Even beings that normally regenerate cannot recover from its purging effect if they are deemed irredeemably evil.
Weaknesses & Limitations
Conceptual Targeting: The attack only affects "evil" targets. If a being is not considered "evil" by the world's standards, the arrow will ignore them entirely, even if they are a direct enemy.
Immense Mana Cost: Being an EX-ranked Noble Phantasm, Celestial Judgment requires an enormous amount of mana. Archer cannot use it repeatedly, and excessive use could render her temporarily weakened.
Moral Ambiguity: The arrow does not judge based on personal belief but by the world's definition of evil—meaning it may not always align with Archer's own views. If a villain is not classified as "evil" by fate, the attack will fail completely.
Final Words
Celestial Judgment is not just a weapon—it is an act of divine execution. Those who have embraced darkness cannot escape it. Once the arrow is drawn, fate is already decided. Archer does not revel in its power—she merely carries out the decree of an unseen force.
With a calm voice, she whispers before releasing the arrow:
"Let judgment be passed."
