Chapter : 2 : The Ultimate Bond System : 2

She braced herself but knew she wouldn't be able to move in time.

Her vision blurred.

Her legs were too weak.

She closed her eyes, waiting for the inevitable.

But the attack never came.

Instead—

BOOM!

A fiery explosion erupted from the side, consuming the attacking wolf in blazing inferno. The air crackled, the scent of burning fur filling the battlefield as the beast let out a tortured howl before collapsing in a heap of smoldering ash.

A sharp voice echoed through the clearing.

"Inferno's Fury!"

The wolves turned in unison, their glowing eyes locking onto the source of the attack.

Aiden stood at the edge of the battlefield, his hand still raised, wisps of residual fire dissipating from his palm. His silver hair gleamed under the moonlight, his crimson eyes blazing with excitement. He grinned.

"I was looking for a fight. Guess I found one."

The horde growled in unison, their collective rage shifting toward this new threat.

Aiden rolled his shoulders, loosening up. The thrill of battle coursed through his veins.

"Alright then… let's dance."

The wolves charged.

The Clash

Aiden's instincts roared to life. He dodged the first beast by mere inches, feeling the rush of air as its claws missed his throat.

He countered immediately.

"Stormsurge!"

A violent whirlwind erupted beneath his feet, ripping through the battlefield. The winds howled like a vengeful spirit, lifting the attacking wolves off their feet and hurling them in all directions.

CRACK!

One slammed against a tree with a sickening crunch. Another tumbled through the air before landing in a twisted heap.

Aiden grinned, flicking his wrist.

"Damn, this power feels good."

A low growl caught his attention. He turned—

Too late.

A massive wolf lunged at him from behind. Its fangs were bared, aimed straight for his throat.

But before it could strike—

SNAP!

A blur of black fur intercepted it.

The injured female wolf had moved, her weakened body a blur of speed as she sank her fangs deep into the attacking beast's neck.

Aiden's eyes widened.

She was protecting him.

Blood sprayed across the dirt as she twisted violently, throwing the enemy wolf aside. She panted, her legs trembling, but her blue eyes never left Aiden's.

"You're… helping me?" he murmured.

The wolf let out a weak whimper but remained standing.

Aiden smirked, feeling a strange warmth in his chest.

"Heh. Alright then. Let's finish this together."

He turned back to the remaining wolves, his expression hardening.

The horde had regrouped. Though injured, they were still dangerous.

They growled in unison, preparing for their final attack.

Aiden clenched his fists.

The wolf beside him braced herself.

Then—

DING!

A glowing panel appeared before Aiden, its golden text illuminating the battlefield.

---

[WOULD YOU LIKE TO USE IGNIS?]

YES / NO

---

Aiden's lips curled into a confident grin.

"Hell yeah."

He raised his hand.

"IGNIS!"

A blinding storm of fire and wind erupted from his palm. It surged forward like a raging inferno, devouring everything in its path.

The wolves barely had time to react.

WHOOSH!

The flames engulfed them in an instant.

Their howls of agony echoed through the night, but within seconds—

Nothing remained.

Silence.

Aiden exhaled, his breath ragged. His heart pounded against his ribs. The ground beneath him was scorched, wisps of heat rising into the air.

He turned to the injured wolf.

"We won."

Before he could react, the wolf pounced on him.

Aiden yelped as he hit the ground, his back slamming against the dirt.

The wolf's large tongue ran across his face, her tail wagging furiously.

"Alright, alright! I get it!" he laughed, pushing her away.

She stepped back, sitting in front of him like an obedient dog. Her tail still swayed happily, her blue eyes filled with warmth.

Aiden wiped his face, chuckling.

The system panel reappeared.

---

[NOTICE: WOULD YOU LIKE TO TURN HER INTO YOUR TAMED BEAST?]

YES / NO

---

Aiden looked at her for a long moment.

She had fought beside him. She had protected him.

A bond had already formed.

He reached out, running his fingers through her fur.

"Would you like to be my partner?" he asked.

The wolf let out an excited yip, nudging her head into his palm.

Aiden smiled.

"System—do it."

Aiden expected something dramatic—a surge of mana, a powerful light show, or maybe even a dramatic proclamation from the system. Instead, another tab popped up in front of him with an almost casual ding!

---

[WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO NAME HER?]

[NAME: ______]

--

Aiden blinked.

"A name?" He muttered. "Wait... wolf's a girl?"

He turned his gaze back to the wolf, who stared up at him with those deep, soulful blue eyes. Even with her fur matted in blood and her body trembling from exhaustion, there was a certain grace to her.

Aiden scratched his chin, lost in thought.

"A name, huh? Let's see..." He mumbled, tapping his fingers against his arm.

The wolf tilted her head, ears perking up at his voice, waiting in anticipation.

"Luna," he said after a moment, tasting the name on his tongue. His lips curled into a grin. "Yeah… Luna Nightshade."

The moment he declared it, the wolf let out an excited whimper, her tail wagging furiously. She panted happily, her tongue lolling out like an obedient dog pleased with its master.

---

[NAME: LUNA NIGHTSHADE]

[NAME ACCEPTED]

---

For a few seconds, nothing happened.

Then—

Aiden's breath hitched.

Luna's entire body began to glow.

Her injuries began to heal.

The soft radiance started from within, spreading outward like ripples on the surface of a pond. Her fur shimmered with light, then—it began to recede.

Aiden's eyes widened as her transformation unfolded before him.

Her form shifted.

Her limbs lengthened, becoming slender and elegant, her paws stretching into delicate hands and feet. Her face reshaped, her snout pulling back as her jaw refined into a beautiful, undeniably human visage. Her eyes, once fierce and lupine, repositioned slightly, becoming wide and expressive, framed by thick, dark lashes.

And yet, she retained her inhuman traits.

Her sleek, jet-black tail remained, swishing through the air behind her, and atop her head, her sharp, wolf-like ears twitched.

The glow around her intensified as her transformation neared its completion.

Her hair—long, black, and smooth as silk—spilled down her back like cascading ink, reaching her lower waist. It shimmered under the moonlight, each strand flowing like liquid midnight.

Then—

Aiden gulped.

Her chest swelled.

Her newly formed, supple breasts grew, rising into full, generous curves that stood high and firm against her pale, porcelain skin. Her waist narrowed, impossibly delicate, while her hips flared outward, sculpted and undeniably feminine.

Every curve of her body was perfection incarnate.

Her transformation completed.

And there she stood—naked, bathed in moonlight, and breathtakingly beautiful.

Aiden couldn't move.

His heart pounded violently against his ribs.

Luna slowly opened her striking blue eyes, blinking as if adjusting to her new form. A soft, almost dazed expression graced her delicate features.

She looked at her hands, flexing her fingers in wonder. Then she ran them down her own body, tracing her curves, her lips parting slightly as she realized the sheer magnitude of her transformation.

Aiden swallowed.

Hard.

Luna's gaze lifted, locking onto his. Her expression shifted—no longer dazed, but focused. Warm. Affectionate.

Then—she spoke.

"Master..."

Aiden stiffened.

Her voice was melodic, smooth, and deeply intimate. It rolled over him like silk, sending an involuntary shiver down his spine.

Luna blinked again, as if her own voice surprised her. Then, realization dawned.

Her lips parted into a wide, joyful smile.

Her tail wagged furiously behind her as she took a step forward, crawling.

Then she crawled another step.

And another.

"Master!" she said again, her voice rising with exhilaration.

Aiden took a cautious step back.

"Hey, now—"

Too late.

With a gleeful cry, Luna launched herself at him.

"Uwah—!"

Aiden collapsed onto his back, the impact knocking the air from his lungs. The soft, supple warmth of her newly transformed body pressed flush against him—every inch of her perfectly sculpted form molding against his.

His hands instinctively shot up, only to be met with the softest sensation he'd ever felt.

Her breasts—full, warm, and impossibly plush—were now squished directly against his chest.

Luna buried her face into the crook of his neck, her tail wagging wildly, her arms wrapped around him in a tight, innocent embrace.

And yet—nothing about this felt innocent.

Her breath, hot and heavy, tickled his skin.

Her body pressed harder against him, molding to his every contour, her curves flush against his lean frame.

"M-Master..." she murmured, her voice laced with sheer joy.

He tried to push her away (tried and failed miserably) as she nuzzled deeper into him, her soft lips brushing against his collarbone.

"Master, master, master!" she repeated over and over, each time her voice growing sweeter, needier.

Aiden gulped.

His hands hovered uselessly in the air. He had no idea where to place them.

Luna giggled, her fingers curling into his clothes.

"You're so warm..." she whispered, her breath ghosting over his skin.

Aiden finally wrapped his hands around her

"H-Hey!"

Luna only tightened her grip.

Her tail flicked behind her, her blue eyes filled with unwavering devotion.

She wasn't letting go.

Aiden exhaled sharply.

This was going to be a problem.
