Let's go over what we know.

Hifumi Ootake would wake up in a sweat. He would begin to take a couple of breaths, then go take a couple of back and forth looks around the area he was in. To his shock, it was his bedroom.
"I-i-'.... I'm in my room..?!" He would say, wearied. But he wasn't weary due to his past experiences that took place not only a couple minutes ago, but rather because he felt sleepy. To which he himself realized.
(I'm tired.... But just a couple of moments ago I was wide awake....) As he pondered to himself he then recalled the exact events that transpired seconds ago.
(M-MEI!!! Wait.... the WORLD! Wh-what happened?!?) Hifumi would come to remember his entire experience in his past circumstances. The disappearance of everyone in his town, Mei Kohaku using "Magic", and most of all, The very world itself coming to an end. He would pause for a minute, before starting to question the experiences.
(Mei cut off my arm then magically stopped the pain, started spewing nonsense about her being a "Warlock," then buildings started to circle around the sky... then... then....) He couldn't remember anything that happened after, like someone erased his memory, or maybe more like the event never existed in the first place. He would scratch and hit his head trying to remember, to no avail though. Eventually, he stopped abusing his head and decided to calmly think about the situation. It was quiet for a bit, before he heard footsteps coming from the stairs and trudging towards his room.
Suddenly the door swung open. It was his mother. She was about to say something until...
"I'm already up." Hifumi stated, still confused.
(Wait, if she's here that means...) He'd take a look at the clock and take a look at his mother, who's closing the door, Then another look about at the clock.
"What the fuck...."
"LANGUAGE!"
-6:00 AM-
(Does she seriously expect me to believe her "Magic" and that it's not just a fairytail, legend, or delusion...? Well... in that case Hifumi how could she suddenly lob your arm off with just the raise of her hand.. And then relieve the pain after...? And how did I go back in time?!) Right now he was currently brushing his teeth and doing all the stuff any normal person would when getting ready for school, thinking about Magic and the world ending.
Hifumi would then choke on the remaining bubbly tooth paste in his mouth due to coming to a realization, Why not just ask the very person he was questioning the actions of?
-6:30 AM-
He would start putting on his shoes and making sure his backpack was on correctly, not putting that much thought into his more personal features like his hair and face however. His mother quickly came around the corner and down the hall just before he left though.
"Hifumi, your dad said he'd be home late today so if you don't see him that's why."
"Yeah."
"And don't forget to turn your phone off in class I don't want you getting in trouble!"
"Yeah."
"And have a good day!"
"I-....I-" He'd stutter, and froze like a deer in headlights. Then he would slowly turn his torso towards his mom.
"Yeah." Hifumi said, running out the door and towards the train station, something he had never done before, not even in middle school or even outside of school.
Hifumi was now on the train, sitting down peacefully on the train. Besides from sometimes at home this was probably the most tranquil section of his day. School was too noisy, Home could sometimes get loud whenever his father would watch movies on the living room television. His father would always turn the television up to near maximum volume, his excuse would always be "I can't hear unless I do it!" but him and his mother both knew otherwise. All of this added up to why the train would be the most peaceful part of the day. No distractions, No ruckus' or noisy televisions, and certainly no people to bother him, Is what he would say on any other day. However I suppose this wasn't exactly "any other day".
"Mama mama I can't wait to go to the movies today!!" A young girl would announce to quite literally, everyone on the train.
"Sweety, what did i tell you about shouting in the morning..." A weary mom would say back, her weariness would rival that of Hifumi's when he first woke up.
"Oh.... I'm sorry mama!!!" She would shout again, almost as if she was doing it as a bit to a joke.
Hifumi would begin to turn up his volume on his phone. Sure, he could still hear the mother and daughter arguing however that wasn't getting past his invincible Love and Daze plus Train combo technique. If he applied the tranquility on the train with Love and Daze's music it would mean just about nothing could annoy him, Is what he would say on any other day.
"Mister mister, what are you listening to!" The little girl would run up to him and point at his phone, to which he'd try to ignore but the sweetness of the girl would coax him into taking off his earbuds. Hifumi was still frightened about the incident at the school when Yuuji Takehiko called his friends over to go laugh at his taste in music.
"Nothing." He would say to the little girl coldly, turning his head away from her.
"Then why did you have earbuds on...?" she replied, not as coldly.
"...."
"....?"
"S-sweety come here!! I'm so sorry if she annoyed you." Her mother picked her up and started to lecture her about being polite and kind to others. The only thing Hifumi picked up from it was "treat others how you want to be treated".
...
"Yeah right."
-7:10 AM-
Hifumi walked into his class, walked over to his seat which was in the right middle-back of the classroom and would almost sit down, then remembering his idea.
(Shit... that's right I almost forgot!!! The "Magic" World ending, people disappearing... and..) Hifumi quickly turned his head towards the person he so desperately needed to talk to. "Mei Kohaku!!"
Suddenly everyone in the class turned their heads towards him shouting. They were a bit confused, not only since they haven't heard that name before but because they never heard Hifumi Ootake even say a single peep, not since even the first day of homeroom. They turned their heads back shortly after though and began continuing the conversations and topics they were discussing. Except of course the "popular gang" he so calls.
Hifumi would glare right at Mei Kohaku, and she would look at him back almost as if they were in a staring contest.
"Mei you know this guy...?" Satsuko Atsuko would state in a rude tone.
"No??" Mei would respond to her, quickly.
(??? Huh? what does she mean she doesn't remember me..? Is she lying...? why would she.... is it because she's trying to hide her identity of being a so called "Warlock??") Hifumi would process this but not very swiftly, so he would just be staring darts at Mei.
"Uhm hello??? can't you see we're in the middle of something..." Setsuko tapped a pause button on her phone, then turning her body to face Hifumi, giving him her now undivided attention.
(Craaappp... what do i say... I tried to think everything but this part..) As you could assume, He was never the type to talk to people. Even less start a conversation with a person, it's been years since he's done that.
"....Not gonna say anything...? Then if you would excuse u-"
"I-I I need to speak to you in private, Mei!!" Setsuko would try to finish her sentence before Hifumi shouted at both of them.
"HUH???? Excuse me but you're gonna have wait, she's busy right now." Setsuko exclaimed.
"P-please it's o-only gonna take a s-s-second and i-i t's really important!" Hifumi would plead.
"What do you want to confess to her or something...? Well sorry but you're gonna have to leave a shitty love letter in her locker- come on Kohaku I think i got the dance down."
"You know what i think I'll see what Ootake has to say before we restart again." Mei would call Setsuko off.
"B-but-"
"Real quick, promise."
(Wait... she knows my name...? but if i one of my theories that I got sent back in time is right, this should be her first time in the class...)
"Well... I'm waiting Ootake!" Mei would semi-yell, Her attitude was nothing like the cold and robotic demeanor she had when Hifumi met her during the "end of the world," this would catch Hifumi off guard, however put in on hold as it would just be another question to ask her.

"You know if you don't say what you gotta say we're gonna be late for class right...?"

"Y'know when you take someone behind the school your supposed to be ready to confess right...?"
"Y-"
"WHAT ABOUT THE END OF THE WORLD?!?!" Hifumi would shout, with his head down not facing Mei but the dirt and pebbles on the ground.
"wha?-" Mei would look stunned and confused.
"Y-y r-r-r-remember don't you??? The end of the world?!"
Mei would now put on an annoyed look.
"I'm sorry but I have to go, I don't have time for tricks on my first day here. I don't know who put you up to this but you better start manning up for yourself, bye." She would walk past Hifumi, bumping her shoulder into his.

(W-What now!?? She doesn't believe me... I screwed up!! but where.. am i just stupid?!? Damnit!!) Hifumi would yell at himself in his head, whilst mei was now about to turn the corner.
"T-THE 28TH WARLOCK!!!"
She'd pause.
"NOWTS!!"
"Y-YOU WIELD SILVER R-RIGHT?!?"

Mei Kohaku would Lunge and Hifumi Ootake with a box cutter, with said box cutter about to slice his throat. She held him from his tie with a grip of steel, If you were to describe what you felt when you saw her currently, the perfect word would be "Bloodlust".
"gh-"
"Who are you.?" Mei would say suddenly, back to her freezing cold attitude, like the one Hifumi encountered earlier. Her aura was completely different from what it was like just prior, It's like the green grass or leaves on the trees would start freezing if she so willed it to.
"I said, who. are. you. How do you know about Magic, about who I am."
"I-ii-I'm Hifumi O-oOotake!"
"Yeah, aware. I am asking about why you know what you know."
"B-b-b-b-becau-" Hifumi would stumble over his worlds and stutter. Obviously he wasn't used to deathly experiences and couldn't get his head thinking straight.
"Fine, it was interesting meeting you Hifumi Ootake." She'd grip the box cutter, readying herself to finish him.
"The end of the world!!! I come from t-the future, and the world ended!!!" Hifumi would utter with all of the strength he had, he would nearly be crying.
"What?" Mei would now release some restraint from his tie and grip on the box cutter, however not all of it.
"I come from the future!!! The world was ending and everyone disappeared!!! You and I were the only people left and Y-You used your Magic to cut my arm off and th-then you used it a-again to get rid of the pain!!! you told me that you w-e-were were the 28th W-Warlock and that you defeat evi-"
Mei Kohaku fully released her restraint on Hifumi Ootake, causing him to fall to the ground sweating in shock, however he wasn't the only one in shock.
"Future....? End of the world...?"
"I swear I-I mean it!!! You told me your name is an Alias!!"
"..."
"You're lying." Mei regained her balance.
"I-M NOT!!!" Hifumi screeched
Mei once again jumped on Hifumi, with her body pressing against his on the ground, she was about to stab him in his forehead with the box cutter.
"MY REAL NAME MEANS NOTHING, NIL!! THAT'S WHAT YOU S-S-AID!"
"..!!" Mei, again, released her forced from the box cutter and Hifumi and stood up.
"Nil... Nil..."

"Okay, Hifumi Ootake, I believe you." She would state coldly
"What- Why now?!"
"Because I have never used the word "Nil" before. Meaning it must be a code word or acronym for something." Mei would then put her fingers on her chin in a thinking position
(Seriously....? well whatever it kept me from me being killed.)

"I got it."
"What does it mean..?"
"Don't worry about it."
(tch.)
"Hifumi Ootake, Your confused about "Magic" and "Warlocks" and "Nowts", correct?"
"Y-Yes!!" He replied, finally looking for acknowledgement to his millions of questions.
"Well Listen then, I'm only gonna explain this once, I'm gonna give you the lite explanation."
"Magic derives from the very beginning of everything, and maybe even before that. Magic used to flow through every living organism in existence, before an event happened that only allowed "verified" usage of magic. This event that changed life I do not know of, so don't ask me about that. Warlocks of course, are people who wield said magic to a high degree, you can have magic aptitude or even have a spell under your hands, but that does not grant you the title of a "Warlock" It is a prestige title granted by the Phracea."
"Ok pause."

"Continue."
"Nowts are, as I am pretty sure my future self explained, beings that posses things that do not exist, whether it be events erased from reality itself, to things that will never exist."

"Holy shit. MAGIC REALLY DOES EXIST!!!!!"
"We're gonna be late for class, and the teacher is probably already wondering where the new transfer student ran off too, we'll meet during lunch break on the roof, I still have questions for you too".
"O-ok!!" Hifumi said trying not to express his excitement too much.
"Oh and don't walk into the classroom at the same time as me."
"Why's that..?"
"Because my reputation." Mei's voice would go up several pitches and have a cute like aura to it, which gave Hifumi whiplash from how fast she changed.
-12:30 PM-
(She said the roof right...? I can't believe I'm actually going to meet and eat with a girl...)
Hifumi would begin to walk up the steps to the roof, and opened the door to see the bluish silver highlights of Mei Kohaku shine in the sunlight. He'd stop for a second, then walk towards her. He sat down next to her on the bench that was placed facing the door he just came out of.

(IM TOO SCARED TO TALK TO A GIRL!!!)
.... Kohaku would still be eating her lunch at the usual pace anyone would.

"So... uhm w-hw-where do we b-begi- START. Starting talking..."
Mei Kohaku would put her chopsticks down then stare directly at him, with a piercing gaze.
"Let's go over what we know".
