Chapter 2

Amanda was in the hospital for a day, and she rushed out of the hospital to return to the film crew. In her previous life, she was arrogant and bossy, relying on her family background to ignore anyone on the film crew, making everyone hate her. On the contrary, it serves as a background for Elena to be kind and gentle.

Living again, she doesn't want to return to her previous incomprehensible appearance, because at least there are a few people she needs to treat well.

In the female lead's dressing room, Amanda sat in a pure white costume, used her cell phone to turn on the back camera, then placed the phone against the wall and practiced her lines enthusiastically.

Someone suddenly pushed the door in without warning. Amanda frowned at the interruption and turned around to glance at the person approaching him.

"Mandy, I came to visit you."

Elena carried a cup of hot coffee and walked in with a concerned look on her face, with several people following behind her.

Amanda squinted her eyes and silently took a deep breath to try to suppress the hatred in her heart. She did not answer but only used her unwavering eyes to look at Elena slowly.

Elena stepped closer to her, looking at her with a shy expression.

"I'm sorry, I was so scared that I just ran to find help. I didn't mean to leave you alone.

Are you okay?"

As she finished speaking, her eyes were already wet with tears, looking as weak as the morning dew. Outsiders looking in would probably think she was bullying her.

"Really!"

Amanda said the two words neither salty nor bland, her eyes still staring at Elena for a moment, making her feel awkward, tears threatening to fall from her eyes, but they couldn't.

"It was me who was wrong, right Mandy? Then I'm sorry, please don't be angry with me?"

This tone of voice is as if suffering from great injustice...

Sure enough, Amanda glanced at her and saw an actress in the group come to protect Elena and then looked at her with disgusted eyes.

"Amanda, you're a bit too much. Lena was kind enough to come visit you. How could you be so cold to her?"

Amanda crossed her legs smiling.

"Did she really run to find someone to save me? Yet she could still search for two days here on the set!"

Elena's eyes filled with tears, she pursed her lips and choked in response.

"It's because I'm not good. I should have asked the director to take a day off to visit you.

Mandy, don't be angry with me."

The actress next to her saw that Elena was about to shed tears and then angrily shouted at Amanda.

"You're really asking for revenge, but do you know how Amanda's been acting these past two days? It's as if Elena is the one doing the wrong thing. Can you stop being so unladylike?"

Amanda, without any disturbance, curled her lips and smiled contemptuously.

"It was originally her who was wrong!"

The actress suddenly became speechless. Elena, who was about to cry, was also shocked and lost her composure, glaring at Amanda.

Amanda, on the other hand, was calmer. She crossed her arms over her chest, looked straight at Elena and mockingly said: "It was she who pushed me into the lake and left as if nothing happened. Elena, don't say you didn't." You know I can't swim, right? You make me think you're trying to kill me!"

The bottom of Elena's heart fluttered slightly. Indeed, she had that intention, but she didn't expect that Amanda was lucky enough to be saved by a passerby.

She thought that if she said some sweet words, this idiot wouldn't prosecute her.

But it seems that Amanda has no intention of letting her go.

Elena bit her lips and lowered her head.

"I don't have it, Mandy.

I really ran to find someone to save you..."

"Stop!"

Amanda coldly interrupted her fake words.

"Whether you think that or not is up to you, but now please leave here, I don't have time to listen to you cry."

Elena clenched the coffee cup in her hand, why is this idiot so difficult today? When provoked by others, I don't get angry like usual.

Elena's eyes flashed slightly. She took a few steps forward, her back to the group of people behind her, and cautiously passed the coffee cup to Amanda.

"Then you can take this, okay?"

Amanda looked at her acting and was a little annoyed. She raised her hand to take it and was done with it. Who would have thought that she had just touched the edge of the cup when suddenly the coffee cup tilted and landed on Elena's hand.

She just heard her scream in pain, tears falling like angry rain looking at her.

"I know you're angry, I'm sorry, but even the cup of coffee I gave you makes you want to compare yourself with me like that!"

After saying that, she covered her face and ran out, looking pitiful and miserable, and soon the sound of whispers continued to ring out.

"Who does she think she is? Elena was kind enough to give her coffee, but she mercilessly threw it away."

"Hey, did you see it when she jumped? Elena's hand was already red."

"You're truly a difficult lady to serve."

"We'd better stay away from her in the future."

The actress tried to protect Elena. She couldn't help but get angry and point directly at her face.

"You really are unreasonable. If I were Lena, I would let you drown in the lake."

Hearing the word "drown", Amanda's eyes suddenly darkened and coldly glanced at the group of people.

"If you don't shut up, the next person to get thrown coffee at will be you."

The whole group immediately shut their mouths. Even though they were angry, they did not dare to speak because they knew that Amanda could do what he said.

The whole group was speechless, Amanda seemed to have just calmed down a bit.

Winter went out to buy things and when she heard about what had happened, she quickly ran inside and asked worriedly:

"Miss Amanda, are you okay?"

She knew that Amanda liked to be clean, so a cup of coffee like that would more or less stick to her body.

Amanda slightly lowered her eyes and looked at the white dress stained yellow by coffee. She slightly pursed her lips and stood up.

"I'll change into another dress."

"Let me help you."

Winter put down the things in her hand and hurried over to help her but was stopped by Amanda.

"There's no need for you to help. I can do it myself."

"Yes but..."

Amanda looked at the girl who was always cautious and careful with her and couldn't help but sigh softly and say:

"Go process that video, I need it tonight."

Amanda pointed at the cell phone that was always on video recording mode. Because she had the phone facing the wall, Elena didn't know that all of their actions were being recorded.

Winter heard her soft voice and was surprised. She quickly obeyed and went to work.

Amanda curled her lips and smiled sarcastically. Elena likes to act like this, but it's a bit of a waste only for her to watch, isn't it?
