__________

But this last half-sentence makes the Perfect Replacement skill somewhat useless.

Because it can only be used on a character with **all** their memories. It doesn't mean having a general understanding of the character's life experiences. Instead, it requires possessing every memory from the beginning of their life to the end.

Rasa stared at the Perfect Replacement description with an expressionless face. This skill seemed tailor-made for him. He narrowed his eyes slightly, and a flood of thoughts involuntarily rushed into his mind. But soon, he forcibly suppressed those thoughts, just as he had suppressed the negative emotions during his grueling 896 work schedule.

"Oh, being able to come here is what I've always dreamed of. Now that I'm here, what am I still doubting? Really." Rasa's quiet mumbling echoed in the silent bedroom, so soft that only he could hear it. Then he stood up, stretched, and a smile reappeared on his face.

Yes, whether this skill was tailor-made for him or just a coincidence didn't matter. What was the point of overthinking when a system like this existed? Instead of living in constant speculation, scaring himself and adding unnecessary troubles, it was better to focus on working hard and leading the Sand Village to victory in the upcoming war. And, of course, fulfilling his long-cherished dreams.

[Perfect Replacement is bought!]

[Please choose a replacement. The current replacement target is Rasa of the Sand.]

"Choose Rasa of the Sand!"

[Ding, exchange successful. The host will now undergo a three-minute transmission. During this period, please refrain from strenuous activity and wait patiently.]

Rasa simply lay down on the bed, staring calmly at the ceiling, trying to sense any changes in his body. After a few seconds, he felt a new energy coursing through him. This power circulated through his internal organs, growing stronger each time it passed through his heart.

"Chakra?" Rasa continued lying on the bed, quietly feeling the power while muttering to himself.

[Ding, transmission complete! The transformation took a total of four minutes and thirty-nine seconds.]

Hearing this, Rasa silently stood up. He sat on the bed, feeling the additional ninjutsu techniques and, most importantly, the bloodline limit—Magnetic Style: Gold Dust—now ingrained in his muscle memory. Before this, although Rasa possessed all of Rasa of the Sand's memories, it was like watching a movie from a third-person perspective. He knew the effects of the techniques but not how to execute them. Now, it was completely different. Rasa knew exactly how to use those ninjutsu and chakra applications, as if they were innate abilities, like a baby knowing how to drink milk or defecate.

Rasa walked to the window and opened it. As soon as the window was opened, sand blew into the room, accompanied by the howling wind. Rasa ignored the sandstorm hitting his face. He slowly extended his right hand out the window and clenched it into a fist.

"Magnetic Style: Gold Dust!"

With Rasa's soft command, the sand on the ground outside the window rose and formed a sword five meters long and one meter wide. Rasa squinted at the sand sword and shook his head, 'Not enough. Not enough.'

As Rasa's thoughts echoed, the sand sword dissolved back into its original form. The dense yellow sand floating in the air looked both spectacular and eerie. Rasa stared at the floating sand, deep in thought.

The scope of Gold Dust's utility was still too narrow. Compared to the Third Kazekage's Iron Sand or even Gaara's sand control in the original series, it was underwhelming. It could even be considered one of the least useful Magnetic Style abilities. Perhaps its only practical use was gold panning, where the denser gold sand could be controlled. But what was the point of that? When Rasa had browsed the exchange page earlier, he had seen countless ways to make money. He didn't need to waste time and effort on something so trivial.

Rasa loosened his clenched fist, and the sand slowly fell back to the ground without a sound. He closed the window, sat on the bed, and began flipping through the exchange interface again. His skill points were depleted, but he estimated that in another ten minutes, after midnight, he would have nearly a thousand skill points again. He needed to find something that could effectively counter Aoki.

[Ding, Rem, Jiya, Mery, and others' favorability has reached 200, the upper limit of the top-grade favorability doubling fruit!]

[Pakura's favorability has doubled to fifty-eight points!]

[Yaksha's favorability has doubled to thirty-six points!]

"A total of 994 skill points obtained!"

Ten minutes later, Rasa listened to the system's voice in his mind. His eyes paused briefly before he continued flipping through the exchange page. The skill points he gained were roughly what he had expected, so he didn't dwell on it. His priority now was to keep searching.

By this point, Rasa had reached page 200. Along the way, he had marked a few interesting or potentially useful items, but nothing that could significantly boost his strength. The system, while powerful, lacked basic features like category or keyword searches. Rasa didn't know how to feel about that.

A few minutes later, Rasa glanced at the page in front of him. Just as he was about to move to the next page, he suddenly stopped and focused on the middle of the screen. He looked up and down several times, confirming he wasn't imagining things, and began breathing slightly heavier.

The exchange page displayed:

[Page 213 (213/900 billion)]

[Bloodline Limit Upgrade (50 skill points. Each redemption upgrades the bloodline limit to a higher level. Each subsequent upgrade requires double the skill points.)]

After a quick calculation, Rasa decided it was worth the risk and nodded.

"Exchange!"

[Successfully exchanged for 50 skill points. Magnetic Style: Gold Dust upgraded. Can now control smaller volumes of gold dust and conserve chakra when using it!]

Rasa took a deep breath. He knew he had made the right bet.

"Exchange again!"

[Are you sure you want to spend 100 skill points?]

"Sure!"

[Exchange successful. Magnetic Style: Gold Dust upgraded. Can now control a larger range of gold dust and conserve chakra when using it!]

"Exchange again!"

[Successfully exchanged 200 skill points...]

"Keep going!"

[Spent 400 skill points! Magnetic Style: Gold Dust upgraded to Magnetic Style!]

Rasa exhaled sharply. The system's voice was music to his ears, and he wanted to hear it a few more times! Although he had been confident in the upgrade path, he hadn't known how many upgrades it would take to achieve the desired effect. Fortunately, just as his skill points were nearly exhausted, he finally reached the level he wanted.

Rasa wiped the sweat from his forehead with his left hand and shook his head with a sigh.

"It always comes down to the wire. What a familiar routine."

After sighing, Rasa moved his left hand slightly. With the motion, dozens of kunai hanging on the wall flew toward him. More than ten seconds later, the sound of breaking wind filled the room.

Rasa reached out with his left hand, grabbed the handle of a kunai, and pulled hard, but it didn't budge. He increased his strength, but the kunai remained firmly in place. After a moment of thought, Rasa moved his right index finger, and an iron sword hanging outside the house flew to him. He picked up the sword, released his Magnetic Style control over it, and swung it at the kunai.

The iron sword shattered, but the kunai remained unscathed, without even a scratch. Rasa nodded in satisfaction. He knew he had a sure win in tomorrow's competition. The Magnetic Style he now possessed was one of the most powerful bloodline limits in the world!
