"F**K! I'm dead!"
That was the first word I muttered after regaining my memories from Earth.
Reincarnating into a world of cultivation should’ve been a blessing. Adventure, immortality, power—what’s not to love?
But then I remembered what my family did.
My sister just broke off an engagement with a crippled young master—definitely a future protagonist.
My mother ripped a Dao Bone from my cousin and gave it to me—guaranteed future revenge arc.
And me? I’m already a third-rate villain: bullying weaklings and flaunting my Bai Clan name.
Worst part? Despite the Dao Bone, I’m still trash at cultivation.
My only hope?
The System... which I’ve had for years.
“I just never realized... It was in English!”
In testing I love the idea, as long as the mc stays a villain and the author doesn’t make him a anti hero or something it will stay a 10/10 recommendation from me
he is an idiot, inconsistent, incompetent, and has no clue what he wants. is also hypocritical but that is a bit more understandable
Like 30 chapters in. I don't like the MC, emotional and stupid. Lots of classic Manhua clichés like enemies with anger issues. The interactions and progression feel boring and linear. Although the concept isn't the most original, I like it anyway, but now I just feel let down
Waste of Time.... MC is a Sore loser and a coward who is utterly afraid of everything.... aside from causing some minor disturbance not much action taken as a villian or taken any action seize the opportunities of the protagonist .. if fact he utterly afraid of them....
an interesting and unconventional protagonist egged on by the system to break down cliché main character shenanigans. The cons are of course like every other story in the current era AI is extensively used, sometimes more than simple grammar edits where it feels like AI generation is used on the whole scene but hopefully author edits or phases this out with more experience...
can you tell me the raw name..............
giving a review because I didn't realize this had such a low rating since I've been caught up for a while. It's honestly not as bad as people are saying it is, some stuff is definitely a bit typical for these types of novels but its not nearly as cliche as people say and the mc is not as hypocritical as people say, at least not enough to make me drop it, and I'm the type to drop things easily. Regardless, I think this gets better as it goes along so that's probably why people drop it early, I'm on ch88 and I'm ok with the story so far. Up to you but I had to give it a rating to offset how low ppl are rating it.
Great book. It's Just that the update tempo is so slow that it's killing part of the joy from reading this gorgeous book............
Well the story is good and the villain character is super good I like the fact that despite being a villain a having a system he is not that powerful yet.(read till ch 33 for now)
Reveal Spoiler
I'm really enjoying this a lot! So much so I even bought a few chapters *ahem*. Genuinely a fun read tho, nothing mind breaking but enjoyable enough to have a good time. I'll follow it from now on 👍 (I'll go cry now tho, used all my coins 😭)
I like the story but why is every update just adding to the stockpile of pruveleg chapters. There hasn’t been a single readable chapter for a week.
I rate this 5 stars hoping that he will become better in the future. It may be one of those slow burn books that I love 🔥 Well, seeing the negative reviews, let’s check it out until the latest chapters and see. I will post an another review after reading it properly not yapping after 20-30 chapters like the guys below
a fine read. nothing to complain about really, other than the damn cleches in this story. it is unoriginal and the characters other than the MC are unintelligent at best, downright fools at worst. I have read up to 20 chapters. it is not my cup of tea
Pretty fun read, mc is super arrogant which makes it quite entertaining to read.........................................................................
