While some walk a path lain with roses, laughter and humility, others tread a path of control, power and authority. The duality of worlds has blended seamlessly, the pen is no longer mightier than the sword but has become bloodier. Cordelia was destined to tread a path of power, knowledge, trust and bond but as mother fate is cruel her path was filled with thorned roses that pricked and bled her with each step. Seeing her kingdom reduced to meagre ashes and the people she cared for left as corpses she was left beyond broken. As her feelings faded from her finger tips she closed her eyes only to open them in a place that was familiar but...different.
