Without hesitation, Bibi Dong looked at Flender, who was lying on the ground, and showed no mercy. She immediately began delivering a series of punches, aiming specifically at his face—especially his glasses.

"I said I'd smash your glasses, and I meant it," Bibi Dong declared as she unleashed her fists.

"Ah... ah..." Flender, wrapped up like a dumpling, let out a scream with the first punch, followed by a continuous stream of cries that echoed throughout Arena One.

As a speed-type Soul Ancestor, Flender's strength lay in his agility and attack power, but his physical endurance was relatively weak. Unlike Zhao Wuji, who was a power-type Soul Master and could have broken free from Bibi Dong's Death Spiderweb Bind, Flender stood no chance.

Moreover, Bibi Dong's soul power far exceeded Flender's, leaving him completely helpless.

The rhythmic cries of pain even made Lin Yongming feel a pang of pity for Flender.

"Hmm, so violent... Blue Silver Emperor is much gentler and kinder," Lin Yongming thought to himself, shaking his head slightly.

Crack! A distinct sound rang out as Bibi Dong finally shattered Flender's glasses.

"Ouch~ Poor Cat Eagle. This match can be declared over. Wrapped in such a durable spiderweb, the Cat Eagle has lost all ability to fight back," the commentator explained.

"Ouch~ That's really brutal."

"One got blasted to the ground by Asura, and the other is being beaten up like a dumpling. These two brothers are having a rough time."

"This is the War Goddess—terrifying!"

After dozens of punches, Bibi Dong finally stopped and released the spiderweb bind. Flender lay on the ground, his face swollen and bruised, his glasses shattered into pieces.

"Little kitty, do you admit defeat? Still think you can reclaim your pride?" Bibi Dong asked, hands on her hips as she looked down at Flender.

"Just you wait. One day, I'll surpass you and come back for revenge," Flender muttered, covering his face but revealing a pair of gloomy eyes.

"Hmm?" Bibi Dong raised her fist again.

"Ah!" Flender flinched, quickly scrambling to his feet and stumbling off the擂台, still covering his face.

"Haha! Our Cat Eagle contestant has left the擂台, conceding defeat. Therefore, the winners of this match are Asura and Rakshasa!" the commentator announced.

"Bibi Dong, you scared him off. Well done—you really did smash his glasses," Lin Yongming said as he walked over to stand beside her.

"Piece of cake. Though, flying Soul Masters are indeed tricky. Good thing I have a control skill and a defensive skill. This Spirit Arena is quite interesting," Bibi Dong replied with a smile.

"Alright, let's get out of here," Lin Yongming said, grabbing Bibi Dong's hand and quickly leaving the擂台.

Soon, they reached the main entrance.

"Why are we running so fast?" Bibi Dong asked, confused.

"If we don't, the audience will block the exit," Lin Yongming explained.

"Why would they block the exit?" Bibi Dong still looked puzzled.

"Asura's running away again! Quick, block the exit!"

"Asura, wait for us!"

A commotion erupted behind them, accompanied by the sound of hurried footsteps.

"See what I mean? Let's go!" Lin Yongming pulled Bibi Dong along, quickly escaping the Great Spirit Arena.

"Wow, are they really that crazy?" Bibi Dong asked, recalling the audience's reaction when Lin Yongming entered the擂台.

"We're safe now," Lin Yongming said after turning a corner and running down a street.

"Good. I'm exhausted," Bibi Dong said, patting her chest.

After resting for a couple of minutes, the two headed back to the Spirit Hall.

Unbeknownst to them, a shadowy figure emerged from the darkness—Ghost Douluo.

"Is he really blind from birth?" Ghost Douluo wondered, watching Lin Yongming's retreating figure. He couldn't help but doubt it after witnessing Lin Yongming's performance in the擂台.

"Despite being born blind, he defeated a Soul Ancestor as a Soul Elder. Is he truly a natural-born fighter?" Ghost Douluo pondered, unable to make sense of it.

With that, Ghost Douluo vanished into the shadows, following them back to the Spirit Hall.

"Blindie, get some rest early," Bibi Dong said.

"You too, Holy Maiden," Lin Yongming replied.

The two returned to their respective rooms, washed up, and went to bed.

Under the cover of night, with only the patrolling guards awake, Ghost Douluo quietly entered Lin Yongming's room. He approached the bed with a clear purpose.

Dressed in black, with long black hair and cold, dark eyes, Ghost Douluo's face showed a hint of curiosity.

"Let's see if you're truly blind," he murmured, lifting the black cloth covering Lin Yongming's eyes.

He paused, observing Lin Yongming's eyelids. Gently, he lifted one eyelid.

"Such dark eyes—darker than mine," Ghost Douluo muttered, seeing the pitch-black orbs.

As he lifted the eyelid further, the center of the eye seemed to swirl, emitting an inexplicable gravitational pull.

Ghost Douluo froze, finding himself in an endless dark space, staring into a terrifying red eye.

A chill ran down his spine, and he quickly withdrew his hand, stepping back in alarm.

"What was that? It devoured my spiritual power," Ghost Douluo thought, his heart racing.

"This boy must have a huge secret. His blindness is likely connected to it. How else could a child from a ordinary, powerless village possess innate full soul power? Something must have attached itself to him," Ghost Douluo speculated, taking a deep breath.

Not daring to touch Lin Yongming's eyes again, Ghost Douluo replaced the black cloth and left the room.

"Well, he's part of the Spirit Hall now. Yesterday, he rushed to protect the Holy Maiden from a Soul Sage's attack, so he must feel a sense of belonging here. As for the rest, I'll report this to the Pope and let him deal with it," Ghost Douluo decided before disappearing into the night.

Lin Yongming slept soundly, completely unaware of Ghost Douluo's visit. Even if he had sensed it, he wouldn't have stopped him.

The next morning, Lin Yongming went about his usual routine, having breakfast in the main hall before being dragged out by Bibi Dong for another day of shopping.

Three days later, the new bishop sent by the Spirit Hall headquarters arrived at the main hall, accompanied by three assistants.

"Owen pays his respects to the Holy Maiden. By the Pope's order, I have brought three assistants to report for duty," a middle-aged man said, kneeling before Bibi Dong.

"Bishop Owen, I've heard of you. A Soul Sage and former deputy bishop of the East Hall in Spirit City," Bibi Dong said with a calm yet authoritative tone.

Her demeanor carried the air of a leader, a result of being groomed by the Pope from a young age.

"Since you were personally appointed by the Pope and have experience in management, I hope you will learn from Torres' mistakes and not follow in his footsteps," Bibi Dong said coldly.

"Your words are wise, Holy Maiden. I will uphold the Spirit Hall's principles and avoid corruption. On my way here, I witnessed Torres' fate," Owen replied respectfully.

"Good. I won't say more. I'm sure the Pope has already given you all the necessary instructions," Bibi Dong said, standing up.

"Yes, Holy Maiden. I will take Torres as a warning," Owen said, bowing.

"Very well. Familiarize yourself with Suotuo City quickly. From now on, you'll be in charge of all affairs here. We'll be leaving soon," Bibi Dong declared, stepping down from the main seat.

"Lin Yongming, let's go. It's time to settle your matter," Bibi Dong said, turning to Lin Yongming.

"Yes, Holy Maiden," Lin Yongming replied with a nod.

"Holy Maiden, won't you stay a few more days?" Owen asked.

"No. If we hadn't been waiting for you, we would have left already," Bibi Dong said, waving her hand. She then led Lin Yongming and four members of the Judgment Team out of the hall.

Of course, Ghost Douluo followed in the shadows.

"We bid farewell to the Holy Maiden!" Owen and his assistants called out respectfully.

As the carriage left Suotuo City through the north gate, it was already past noon.

The road to Balak Kingdom's capital was smooth, allowing the carriage to move quickly.

"Blindie, do you think that Soul Sage who's after you is at home?" Bibi Dong asked curiously.

"I'm not sure. He might still be searching for me city by city, or he might be at home, sending people to track me down," Lin Yongming replied.

"If he's home, that's even better. With two Soul Sages, two Soul Emperors, and Ghost Douluo on our side, I doubt they'll dare resist," Bibi Dong said with a cold smile.

"Thank you for standing up for me. Otherwise, I'd have to hide until I was strong enough to face a Soul Sage," Lin Yongming said gratefully.

"Don't be so formal. We're on the same side. If we didn't help you, you'd probably lose faith in us," Bibi Dong replied.

"Mm."

The carriage sped along, arriving in Balak Kingdom's capital around five in the evening.

The city was much larger and more bustling than Suotuo City.

"The sun will set in about an hour. We'll have to stay here for the night," Bibi Dong said.

"Fan He, find us a hotel," she instructed the driver.

"Yes, Holy Maiden," Fan He replied.

After driving through the city for half an hour, they stopped at a luxurious hotel near the city center.

"Holy Maiden, will this do? If not, I can find another," Fan He said.

Bibi Dong glanced at the hotel and stepped out of the carriage. "This is fine. We'll make do for the night."

As Bibi Dong and Lin Yongming entered the hotel, Bibi Dong paused at the entrance.

"Wait, Bi Shi, you don't need to come in. Go and find out where Kuanghu's mansion is located," she instructed one of the Judgment Team members.

"Yes, Holy Maiden," Bi Shi replied before disappearing into the crowd.

Inside the hotel, Bibi Dong booked five rooms—one each for Lin Yongming, herself, and Ghost Douluo, and two shared rooms for the other four team members.

After settling in, Bibi Dong turned to Lin Yongming.

"Blindie, rest for a bit. Once Bi Shi finds Kuanghu's mansion, we'll head over."

"You seemed really tired during the carriage ride, like you were about to fall asleep," she added with a smile.

"I'm not used to riding in carriages," Lin Yongming admitted awkwardly.

About half an hour later, Bi Shi returned with the information.

"Holy Maiden, I've located Kuanghu's mansion. It's four streets away from here," Bi Shi reported.

"Good. Tell the others to have dinner in the hotel's dining hall. We'll meet at the entrance in half an hour. Once we're full, we'll go cause some trouble," Bibi Dong said decisively.

"Yes, Holy Maiden," Bi Shi replied before leaving to inform the others.

"Blindie, Ghost Elder, let's eat," Bibi Dong said, leading the way to the dining hall.

Half an hour later, the group gathered at the hotel entrance.

"Let's move out," Bibi Dong ordered.

Under Bi Shi's guidance, they made their way to Kuanghu's mansion, an imposing European-style building with a tiger statue at its entrance.

"This is the Kang family's mansion, no doubt about it," Bi Shi confirmed.

"Then what are we waiting for? Knock on the door," Bibi Dong commanded.

"Yes!"

Bi Shi stepped forward and delivered a powerful punch to the heavy doors.

Boom!

"Who dares to cause trouble here?!"

A deep voice roared from behind the doors as they slowly swung open.
