The Chosen

Derek was hit so hard that he returned to his original size. Before Derek flew very far, he crashed into the ships of the raiding force, there the raiding force gawked at his sudden presence surrounding them. Those inside the ships were preparing to advance when it was all over but they never imagined that the battle would last so short, they didn't expect a silver-haired giant human to lose so badly.

"Who are you all, you look ready for battle, if you can't survive an attack as heavy as a mountain retreat," Derek said.

Derek looked around him, the troops were fully dressed, ready to fight, and there were six people dressed in full armor with features not from this world, namely traces of technology.

He assumed that the six were heroes. Derek who suddenly came was surrounded by everyone who was there. There are heroes other than me, I see, everyone who is summoned will pass through this white space not just me, amazing, they must be useful Derek thought looking at them sharply.

"Who are you, why are you fighting with Leviathan, who are you affiliated with" Edward came to the front of the siege his expression threatening, he held his sword which he kept in his belt.

"I fight in the name of force peace, who I am is none of your business," said Derek who had stood up despite being surrounded.

"Don't be presumptuous, he is the first prince of the rising sun chaos, we are an alliance army" said a soldier who shouted at him.

"Shut up Oberon, we are not in that situation right now," Edward said shutting the mouth of a soldier who told a lot of stories.

"Yes, Your Highness" The soldier retreated behind Prince Edrwad holding his weapon tightly in his hand.

Derek looked around, he saw a High Elf, a woman full of light. She was a woman dressed all in white, wearing a hood. Derek assumed she must be someone closely associated with this world's beliefs.

"Get out of my way, he's not done with me and I'm not done with him either," Derek said trying to get out of the encirclement.

"Get out of the way all of you [Void Aura]" Derek continued to activate his ability. He made the common soldiers fall. The heroes in front of her retreated out of fear and the high Elf was stunned into silence because of it.

"Please forgive our rudeness, you are very strong, I didn't expect someone to be able to give off such an overwhelming aura of oppression, let me introduce all the representatives, Miss High Elf, Eleana Sylvyn, Saintess of the Theocracy of Justice Isabella"

"Heroes, Satou Rentaro, Dimitri, Adam Malik, Phoebe Akemi, Fumiko Ana, and Bob Anderson, we are all Leviathan invasion troops, representing the western continent mainland," Edward said, continuing to introduce everyone present there.

He felt there was no point in engaging with them now. He had no time, Leviathan would be coming towards him any minute now, he was sure of it, his opponent was a giant battle junkie monster, and he had already gathered his mana back.

"The voice was back, and he was looking for the silver-haired one who ran away from him, he was going to crash into him again Adam Malik spoke again in a louder voice.

Derek's hearing Adam Malik's ramblings made him realize there was someone here who could understand him. He was having a hard time talking to him, and his eyes were starting to turn white, which Derek didn't see coming.

He understood one thing that was happening: He had no way of giving her a big attack that could knock him out in one hit. In a situation like this, the fight between him and Leviathan would last a very long time. He could not let that situation happen.

"Are there any of you heroes who can give a power boost, we don't have long, according to this little guy, he will come to me in a moment" Derek said to the heroes whispering among them.

One of the heroes came forward, she was Phoebe Akemi who was near Adam Malik. She was dressed more or less the same as saintess Isabella. Her outfit was more like a paladin armor with a white-on-white saintess fashion style.

"I can do it for you but the boost only lasts for 10 minutes then you will run out of power, the boost will give you five to six times the increase," Phoebe said.

"Anyone else can help," Derek said looking at all the heroes who were still hesitant to come forward.

"I can help by giving you a replacement doll if you die" Dimitri stepped forward.

"My shield can give you additional protection twice, after that the shield will disappear," Bob Anderson said.

"You other heroes, if you have an attack that can make the iron mountain crumble in one attack then come attack it with me, I will bring it to attack" Derek added reassuring those who were still hesitant.

From Satou Rentaro's point of view

He was on a flying ship, he was so excited because he did not think that he had a chance to realize his dream of having superpowers like the anime he watched. He wanted one power more than anyone, the power that made her light, kick as fast as light. When he learned that a job focusing on light existed, he did not hesitate to choose it.

He had the unique skill [Weapon Maker] which allowed him to create weapons from any material at hand. With all of this, he would become the master of the power of light that he had dreamed of. This was his big chance to show himself and his rare power of light to everyone with a new weapon similar to a lightsaber grip.

"Let me go forward with you, my power can ignore any defense, I think I can do it," Satou said.

"I will also advance, a true swordsman will not retreat from battle," Fumiko Ana said.

"I can't protect you two if you're attacked, so just dodge," Derek said to the two who advanced before him.

"Alright, we are prepared for any consequences," Satou and Fumiko Ana said simultaneously in reply to Derek. Derek stepped forward towards them. Derek, Satou, and Fumiko Ana were given [Power Boost] by Phoebe Akemi, [Puppet Sacrifice] by Dimitri, and [Reflective Barrier] by Bob Anderson.

"Get ready, I'm going to jump" Derek embraced the two which made Fumiko blush slightly, and Satou who was nervous inside. Derek jumped out of the ship taking them both with him.

"Heaven's Wrath" Derek's body was covered in purple aura and his body grew 50 times bigger than his previous size, he finally understood [Power Boost] would make him bigger than before.

Everyone who witnessed it was shocked by the size of Derek's body who activated his skill, while everyone turned their heads, Fumiko and Satou fell into the sea with no place to land at all.

"Fly" Eleana gave Fumiko and Satou wind magic that made them fly.
