Tia spent the morning helping Carina plan logistics for Duncan & Luna’s Ascension Ceremony. She was up to her eyeballs in seating charts and RSVPs when Luca mind-linked her. It was time to pick up Gabriella. He was waiting for her in the car. He looked in a bad mood.﻿ 


“Bran nearly had my head when I told him you were coming, and I am not thrilled about it, either. Why are we taking unnecessary risks?”
