After reading the manhwa I decided to read the novel, Thank you wizard_kitten for translating this masterpiece
Leaving this unknown to many people looks like a crime!!!, This is literally one of my favorite tropes in a manhwa/manga/manhua, Mc transmigated or Isekaied to the past and retained their modern knowledge to the past and used it to their fullest advantage.

Like surgeons, you will need a strong stomach to read the realistic details of early 19th century medicine and surgery. Doctors or ducks? The mysterious eastern medical student has to establish his credibility (actual knowledge counts for nothing) with the limited means at his disposal.
