The Fall of the Ruffians

He came close to his daughter and sat beside her. "Nomil, your mother is worried about you. We have to go home," said the middle-aged man, gently patting his daughter's head.

"But..."

Seeing the hesitation in his daughter's eyes, the middle-aged man interrupted her before she could finish.

"The nurse will take care of him. I have work to do, and you need to finish your college assignments. Let's go," he said in a stern tone.

The teenage girl reluctantly nodded and followed her father. Both of them stepped out of the hospital, headed toward the car, and soon drove away.

Meanwhile, at the garbage recycling factory...

"Yadav," called a man with a dark complexion in a stern tone.

"Brother, I'm here," a young man stopped working and hurriedly ran toward him.

"Yadav, go and check out what happened this morning in the market. I want to know within ten minutes. If you're late to inform me about what happened in the Erragadda Sunday Market, you can forget about this month's salary," shouted the man, irritation clear in his voice.

"Okay, brother," Yadav nodded and rushed to his bike. Without wasting a second, he rode toward the Erragadda Sunday Market.

After half an hour, he reached the market, parked his bike, and started asking the vendors about the morning's events. After gathering all the details, he quickly returned to the factory.

Inside the factory...

Yadav parked his bike and walked toward the leader overseeing all the work.

Seeing Yadav approaching, the leader adjusted his sitting posture and turned to face him.

"Brother..." Yadav gestured respectfully.

"So, tell me, what did you find?" asked the leader in a stern tone.

"This is what happened..." Yadav began to recount everything he had learned, slowly and in detail.

A few minutes later, Yadav finished and took a deep breath, staring at the leader with awe and fear.

"Those bastards dared to tease and make trouble with our young miss. They must have a death wish," the leader murmured inwardly, displeasure evident on his face.

He took out his phone and dialed Nomil's father.

After a few seconds, the line connected.

"Anil, did you find out?" asked Nomil's father in a stern tone.

"Yes, sir... this is what happened..." Anil, the leader of the workers, began explaining everything he had heard from Yadav.

"The moment they dared to touch my daughter, they're dead meat. I never want to see their shadows in this city again," said Nomil's father calmly, as though their lives were worth no more than ants to him. He disconnected the call.

Du... du... du...

Anil, dazed by Nomil's father's words, snapped back to his senses when he heard loud sounds from the factory. He turned to look at Yadav, who stood silently with his hands folded, fear and respect in his eyes.

"We have an important matter to deal with. Get everyone ready. We leave in five minutes," said Anil, glancing at his wristwatch.

"Yes, brother," Yadav nodded and ran into the factory.

He reached the work area and shouted at the robust male workers, "Giresh, Malesh, everyone come with me!"

"What happened, Yadav? Where are we going?"

"Is it slitting throats or cutting hands? What do we have to do?"

Robust men, one after another, curiously kept bombarding him with questions.

"Stay silent. We just have to follow orders. Don't talk too much," said Yadav sternly and headed toward the entrance.

Soon, they reached the entrance, boarded a Bolero, and drove toward the street where the ruffians lived.

After an hour, the vehicle reached the street. One by one, the men hid weapons in their clothes and moved toward a nearby ruffian's house.

Knock... knock...

"Who is it?" An annoyed voice came from inside, but the door remained closed.

The men knocked again.

Knock... knock...

"What the heck? Who the heck is knocking on the door?" shouted the ruffian, opening the door shirtless, with a half-naked woman sleeping on the bed behind him.

"Who are we? We are demons, here to take your life," said Malesh with a sinister smile, slicing the ruffian's throat. Blood sprayed out as Malesh kicked him, and the ruffian collapsed to the floor, blood soaking the ground. The robust men menacingly glared at the woman, who woke up from the disturbance, and made a slicing gesture at her with their thumbs.

Terrified, the woman covered her mouth, choking on tears as she stared at the dead body, terror filling her eyes.

The men took one last glance at the corpse, then silently stepped out of the house and moved toward their next target. It didn't take long for them to silence all their targets. Afterward, they walked back to the vehicle and boarded it as though nothing had happened.

Anil, already waiting in the vehicle, gave them a questioning look.

Yadav took the initiative and said, "Brother, we took care of all of them."

"Nice," Anil nodded with satisfaction, took out his phone, and called Nomil's father.

After a few seconds, the call connected.

"Sir, the work is done," Anil said confidently.

"Good," Nomil's father answered nonchalantly, as though it were no big deal, and disconnected the call.

Du... du... du...

Nomil's father tapped on his contacts and dialed the SI (Sub-Inspector of Police). When the call connected, he calmly said, "Sir, there were a few rogues who dared to mess with my daughter, so I took care of them."

The SI frowned for a moment but immediately relaxed and responded in an affirmative tone, "Okay, leave it to me."

The call disconnected.

Du... du... du…

These so-called police officers are just watchdogs for the people with wealth and power, so they only have to nod their heads at whatever is said by these individuals.

Then he passed his orders to the constable under him to look into the matter and deal with it carefully before going back to his work: sleeping.

Meanwhile, at Napollo Hospital…

The treatment was done, and the teenage boy was recuperating on the bed with a pained look on his face.

The nurse would visit him from time to time to give him medicine, and the rest of the time, he was alone on the bed, thinking about the teenage girl he had saved from the ruffians.

Even though he hadn't cared about her at the beginning, after she took the initiative and put so much effort into getting him to the hospital and even paid for his treatment, he was touched and moved by her kind gesture toward him.
