A NIGHT TO REMEMBER

As we continued walking through the mansion, I found myself becoming more and more entranced by Ace's stories and the way he made me feel. I had never experienced anything like this before, and I couldn't help but wonder if this was what it meant to fall in love.

But as I thought about it, I realized that I had never really been in love before. I had never felt that deep connection with someone, that sense of vulnerability and trust. And yet, with Ace, I felt like I was experiencing all of those things for the first time.

I pushed the thought aside, not wanting to get ahead of myself. I didn't know what the future held, and I didn't want to assume anything. But as I looked at Ace, I couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement and possibility.

I remembered how Jenny had always pressured me to find a man, and I couldn't help but smile to myself. If only she knew that I had already found someone, and that someone was her ex. But I pushed the thought aside, not wanting to dwell on the drama. Instead, I focused on the present moment, and the way Ace made me feel.

As we walked, Ace pointed out a beautiful painting on the wall. "This was done by a local artist," he said. "I think it captures the essence of the city perfectly."

I nodded in agreement, taking in the vibrant colors and bold brushstrokes. "It's beautiful," I said.

Ace smiled, his eyes crinkling at the corners. "I'm glad you like it," he said. "I have a lot of art pieces throughout the mansion. Maybe one day I'll give you a tour."

I smiled back at him, feeling a sense of excitement at the prospect. "I'd like that," I said.

As we continued walking, I couldn't help but notice the way Ace moved with confidence and ease. He was a man who was clearly comfortable in his own skin, and it was incredibly attractive.

We eventually made our way to a beautiful outdoor garden, filled with lush greenery and vibrant flowers. Ace led me to a secluded bench, where we sat down together.

The air was filled with the sweet scent of blooming flowers, and the sound of birds chirping in the distance. It was incredibly peaceful, and I felt my nerves begin to calm.

Ace turned to me, his eyes locked on mine. "I'm really glad you're here," he said, his voice low and husky.

I smiled, feeling a sense of happiness wash over me. "I'm glad I'm here too," I said.

Ace's eyes seemed to bore into mine, as if he could see right through to my soul. I felt a shiver run down my spine as he reached out and gently brushed a strand of hair behind my ear.

"I've really enjoyed getting to know you, Lucian," he said, his voice low and husky. "You're an amazing person, and I feel like we really connect."

I nodded, feeling a sense of agreement. I had felt a connection with Ace from the moment I met him, and it seemed to grow stronger with every passing moment.

Ace leaned in closer, his face inches from mine. I could feel his warm breath on my skin, and my heart began to pound in my chest.

"I want to kiss you, Lucian," he whispered, his eyes locked on mine. "May I?"

I nodded, feeling a sense of excitement and nervousness.

Ace's lips brushed against mine, sending shivers down my spine. It was a gentle, soft kiss, but it sparked a fire within me. I felt my heart racing, my pulse pounding in my ears.

As we kissed, I felt like I was melting into his arms. It was like the whole world had come to a standstill, and all that mattered was this moment, this kiss.

Ace deepened the kiss, his tongue exploring my mouth, sending waves of pleasure through me. I felt like I was drowning in his kiss, but I didn't want to come up for air.

As we broke apart for a moment, Ace looked into my eyes, his gaze burning with intensity. "I've wanted to do that all night," he whispered, his voice husky with desire.

I smiled, feeling my heart flutter in my chest. "I've wanted you to," I replied, my voice barely above a whisper.

Ace's eyes crinkled at the corners as he smiled, and he leaned in to kiss me again. This time, the kiss was deeper, more passionate, and I felt like I was losing myself in his arms.
