I. The Escape Plan
There comes a time in every maniac's life when they must make a choice—a choice that could change their fate forever. Or at least, that's what they think.
Ahmed, completely fed up with the circus of Laressa and Clayra's constant bickering, decided to make a bold move. After all, what's the worst that could happen? He was already turned into a doll-like 7-year-old, so what was the point in sticking around? It wasn't like he was getting any closer to his original life. And so, with a devilish smirk, Ahmed made a decision.
"Fine, fine," Ahmed said, crossing his arms and putting on his best act. "I'll go with you, Clayra. But don't get too comfortable. I'm only doing this because I'm too tired to argue anymore."
And just like that, he flipped the script. His voice, once high-pitched with frustration, suddenly turned smooth and sinister, like a cartoon villain plotting his next move. And, of course, his chibi face looked absolutely ridiculous as he made the most fake, adorable expression possible.
He puffed out his cheeks like a little kid, giving the ultimate fake cute face—the kind that makes people want to smack you across the face. He twitched his nose and gave a cheeky wink. His cheeks were bright red, the color of a ripe tomato, and he tried to look helpless.
"I guess I'll come with you, Clayra... if you really want me that badly," he added in the most dramatic, over-the-top voice, barely able to hold back his laughter at how ridiculous he sounded.
Laressa, standing off to the side, could practically smell the sarcasm in the air. Her hands went to her hips, and she glared at him, the heat of her gaze searing him. "You're not fooling me, Ahmed. You may act all cute now, but don't think you're getting away from me that easily."
Clayra, on the other hand, was utterly bewildered by his behavior. She had expected tears or pleading, but instead, she was met with a fake, mocking face that could have been straight out of a children's cartoon.
"Oh, look at you," Clayra said, stifling a laugh. "Trying to act all cute to get your way? You really think that'll work on me?"
She shook her head, smiling in that way only noblewomen can. "You're a bit of a handful, aren't you?"
"You're damn right I am," Ahmed muttered under his breath, still holding that ridiculous pose.
II. The Great Escape Begins
And so, with his fake cute face firmly in place, Ahmed allowed Clayra to escort him out of the orphanage. He walked behind her, putting on the most sincere face he could muster. The act was so over-the-top that even he couldn't hold it together. He was practically giggling to himself, trying not to laugh as the System's voice echoed in his head.
[SYSTEM ALERT: HOST HAS NOW EMBRACED HIS CUTE FORM. HOST IS MAKING GREAT PROGRESS IN EARNING POINTS. SYSTEM IS PLEASED.]
"Oh, shut up, System," Ahmed grumbled, rolling his eyes. "This is ridiculous, and I can't believe I'm going along with this."
Clayra glanced over her shoulder, raising an eyebrow. "What was that?" she asked, clearly curious about the muttered complaint.
"Oh, nothing," Ahmed said sweetly, grinning as he flashed his fake cute face again. "I'm just so happy to be going with you, Clayra! You're like, the best! I just love being part of your noble family!"
Clayra looked at him with a mix of confusion and amusement, clearly unfazed by his antics. "Right... sure... let's just get out of here."
Ahmed, on the other hand, was already planning his next move. His mind was racing, wondering how long he could keep this fake act up before he broke.
III. A Moment of Reflection (Sort Of)
As they walked down the road toward Clayra's noble estate, Ahmed took a moment to reflect. He was escaping the orphanage, but did it really matter? Did it matter that he was now on a completely different adventure in a world he didn't understand? Or that he had become the ultimate cute doll that people were starting to treat like a pet?
"Ugh," he groaned, inwardly screaming. "Why does this always happen to me? How did my life go from bad to worse so quickly? One minute, I'm playing cards with my friend at the maqha, and the next, I'm stuck in an alternate world, turning into a toy, and trying to fool everyone with this ridiculous face!"
Clayra, oblivious to his inner turmoil, looked at him and smirked. "You're really something, you know that?"
"Oh, you have no idea," Ahmed muttered, but then snapped back to his fake cute face and added, "But seriously, Clayra, I am so happy you chose me. I'm like, your perfect little son, right?"
Clayra, struggling not to laugh at his ridiculousness, simply nodded, playing along with the charade. "Yes, yes, you're absolutely adorable. I can't wait to get you to the palace."
Ahmed rolled his eyes, internally fighting the urge to shout in frustration. But no, he couldn't do that. Not yet. Not with this new life he had to navigate.
[SYSTEM ALERT: HOST HAS GAINED 1500 POINTS FOR COMEDIC PERFORMANCE AND SUCCESSFUL FAKE CUTE FACE.]
"Really?" Ahmed said, completely defeated. "Is this how my life's going to be now? Just a walking point generator?"
But as he continued to smirk evilly to himself, secretly plotting his escape from this ridiculous situation, he couldn't help but notice one thing: Clayra was the perfect target for his next prank.
IV. The Calm Before the Storm
And so, as they continued on their journey to the estate, with Ahmed's fake cuteness on full display, one thing was clear—he was playing a game of his own now. The tables had turned. And while he may have been stuck in this strange new world, at least he still had control. Kind of.
Clayra, for all her nobility, was in for a ride she never saw coming.
