I understand the need to use chat GPT to edit your novel, it’s a great tool. But over dependence ruins the novel. You can’t ask it to be creative and make your fanfic shine, it forgets stuff and doesn’t follow the plot from prior chapters. It feels dead and like what other readers have stated, dull. At this point the character doesn’t draw any reader towards him, we get a plain narrative style chapter after chapter, it’s repetitive with plot holes everywhere. I suggest rewriting the novel with less use of Chat GPT.

The story feels more like a narrative account than a novel. Very little is shown about the protagonist’s surroundings. Did he have parents? Did he have a mother? Was the one who took care of him his mother? What was the name of the village where he lived? Why didn’t the person who awakened his martial spirits try to recruit him? Why did he reveal his martial spirits when asked,? Etc
