The Prince Reckoning.

As Muchen and Aria walked through the ruined gates of the Xing Sect, a wave of nostalgia washed over Muchen. The once-majestic buildings now lay in shambles, a testament to the devastation that had occurred. Muchen's heart ached as memories of his parents, Xiao Xing and Fang Xing, flooded his mind. He remembered the day they were killed, the pain and helplessness he felt as a child.

Muchen's eyes began to well up with tears as he knelt down, overcome with emotion. Aria knelt beside him, her hand on his shoulder, offering comfort.

The people of the city, who had gathered around the sect, began to murmur among themselves. "Is that...?" "It can't be..." "Where has he been all these years?"

Suddenly, a voice shouted from the back of the crowd, "The prince is back!!" The crowd erupted into cheers and applause, with some people crying tears of joy.

Yong Xing, the elder of the Xing Sect, and Bao Xing, Muchen's younger sister, pushed their way through the crowd, their faces etched with shock and joy.

Bao ran to Muchen, throwing her arms around him, and sobbed uncontrollably. "Brother, all these years... where have you been?"

Muchen hugged his sister tightly, trying to comfort her. Yong Xing approached them, a warm smile on his face.

"Muchen, my boy, welcome back," Yong Xing said, his voice filled with emotion. "We thought we had lost you forever. You and Aria are welcome back to the Xing Sect. We will rebuild and restore our sect to its former glory, together."

As Yong Xing hugged Muchen, the crowd cheered and chanted, "Long live the prince! Long live the Xing Sect!"

Muchen smiled, feeling a sense of belonging and purpose. He knew that he had a long journey ahead of him, but with Aria by his side, and the support of his people, he was ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead.

The sun began to set, casting a warm orange glow over the ruined sect. Muchen stood up, his eyes scanning the crowd, and his voice rang out clear and strong.

"Let us rebuild and restore our sect! Let us bring back the glory and honor of the Xing Sect! Together, we can do this!"

The crowd erupted into cheers and applause once again, as Muchen and Aria stood together, ready to face the future and rebuild their home.Yong Xing's expression turned grave as he approached Muchen. "Muchen, I need to speak with you about something," he said, his voice low and serious. "The Heavenly Demons will not give up in their pursuit of the Divine Artifact. They will stop at nothing to claim it."

Muchen's eyes narrowed, his jaw clenched in determination. "As long as I'm here, nothing will stand in my way," he said, his voice firm and resolute. "And I've already taken revenge for my parents' death. I've killed the Demon Lady who took their lives."

Yong Xing's eyes widened in shock, and he took a step back, his voice trembling. "You did what?!" he exclaimed. "Killing a Demon Lady will bring the wrath of the Heavenly Demons' masters upon us! We are in grave danger now!"

Muchen's expression remained calm, but a hint of concern flickered in his eyes. He knew that killing the Demon Lady would have consequences, but he had not expected it to be this severe.

Aria stepped forward, her eyes flashing with concern. "What do you mean, Yong Xing?" she asked. "What kind of danger are we facing?"

Yong Xing's face was pale, and his voice was laced with fear. "The Heavenly Demons' masters are powerful beings who will not hesitate to destroy entire cities to avenge their minions," he said. "We must prepare ourselves for the worst. We need to gather our strongest warriors and prepare for battle."

Muchen's eyes locked onto Yong Xing's, a fierce determination burning within them. "I will not back down," he said. "I will protect the Xing Sect and its people with my life. We will face whatever danger comes our way, together."

The air was thick with tension as the weight of Yong Xing's words sank in. The Xing Sect was on the brink of war, and Muchen was ready to lead the charge.
