Theodore was wide-eyed. On one hand, Tartarus, from Greek mythos, alone was an insane powerhouse in myth. He's read all the guy's mythos, and he had only a baseline concept view of how powerful he really is based on it. He's the father of the Primrodial giants and the Typhon, the bane of the Olympian gods.
Then there's Fenrir, from Norse myths, whom he had never thought was female, but he wasn't complaining. Also, he was aware enough that it took basically all of the Aesir gods just to restrain her, that's if her mythos is to be believed.
'And they want my help?' Theodore thought to himself. 'Who am I to refuse such powers and gifts with such a minor condition? Plus, I would be getting hella wishes granted by literal Primordial gods!' this doesn't seem like it happens every Tuesday, and theodore should know a thing or two about that. Considering he died on one.
"In addition to the three wishes," bBefore he could answer, though, tartarus, thinking to spice up the deal more, spoke up. "You will gain a blessing from the both of us. You will have access to them—."
"I agree," Theodore interrupted, finally deciding on his decision. "I agree to become your son."
"Very good," Tartarus, who had thought he would need to sweeten the deal, nodded. "What shall be your wishes from me? They must be within my realm of power or, at the very least, achievable to acquire."
Theodore, who had been given ample time to think of his wishes, had decided on what he had to pick.
"First," Theodore looked at Tartarus. "I want an Absolute Conversion ability that allows me to convert others into something like me with no problem."
Theodore had chosen this because he knew he would need it in the long term. He wasn't sure where he was going to reincarnate to, but he's read enough reincarnation novels to get an idea what he'll encounter. It was better to have this trump card in case something happens.
"I'll grant you this, but first you must bond with and become my son. Your other blessings from Zagreus' daughter take a lot of room in your soul — You;ll need the extra spirit space for 6 more wishes," Tartarus said, with a hand held up.
Swallowing hard, Theodore agreed, nodding. At this moment, Theodore was still an energy of light ball. He had no body, so he couldn't really nod — Or move any limbs, but that didn't mean Tartaus, a Primordial lord of spirits and souls, wouldn't be able to tell he was making the gesture.
"This will not be a painless process," Fenrir stated, matter of factly/ "Only the strongest of wills can survive the process. If you're weak-willed, you will die… Permanently. Good luck."
"Wait… what?" Theodore asked.
Sadly, in answer, Tartarus snapped his finger and a ball of greenish black nether energy appeared in his palm. It was barely the size of a tennis ball, but Theodore barely had time to process this before it was hurled at him at untraceable speeds.
Upon contact with theordore's energy ball form, it began its integration process, merging with Theodroe in a most painful way. It felt like his very being was being erased and rewritten in the most painful way possible and then repeated. If the pain received from his time in the office of truck-Kun was easily15 out of 10, then this pain was easily a 25 out of 10 — it was just that painful.
After what felt like an eternity, but must;ve only been a few moments, theodore came to, his form changed once more: Instead of being a basketball sized energy of gold-white light, he was not a basketball sized ball of green and white light, pulsating with a minor aura of both death and life.

"Good, the process was a success," nodded Tartarus.
"Never doubted my son once," said an excited Fenrir.
"Now that you're bonded, you are one," Tartarus stated. "Your soul is stronger than most, making it durable enough to your blessings now. Now tell me your final two wishes from me.
Blinking as best as he could to alleviate the pain, Theodore nodded. "My second wish, I want my own ever expanding private realm that grows alongside my progress."
"This—," Tartarus began eye twitching at Theodore's words. He sighed heavily. "This borders on my elder sister's domain, but it is doable. I'll just have to talk to her about this, that's all. She owes me a favor, anyway," he said, but it sounded more like he was convincing himself rather than explaining it to Theodore. "What is your final wish, my son?"
"I want a Temporal Authority," Theodore stated. "A will over time itself, if possible."
This had tartarus setting his jaw. 'This isn't as simple a wish as it may seem. I'll have to cash in the favor I was saving from my elder brother, Chronos. Damn it.'
Chronos was the first Primordial born after Erebus, Nyx and Chaos. Not to be confused with Khronos, that brat of a titan king, Chronos came first, long before the titans were even an idea. To have a favor from that time god was hard to acquire — It took Tartarus eons before he was even given such an opportunity, and this brat was forcing him to call it in!
Still, all it took was a single dangerous deadly glance from Fenrir hidden behind the fakest of smiles for Tartarus to cave in.
"G-granted," Tartarus acknowledged.
Theodore, oblivious to Tartarus' and Fenrir's deadly interaction, only felt a chill run down his non-existent spine. He felt a sense of danger, as if he were suddenly prey and something predatory was nearby. It only lasted a few nanoseconds, so he dismissed it as a non-existent blow of the wind.
"Wonderful choices, my cub," Fenrir gave Theodore the purest of smiles, so dazzling and contagious, in fact, that he had to admit, he wanted to suddenly show his own dazzling whites…. Sadly, he couldn't; he had no body. "I suppose it's my turn to grant wishes, no? What three wishes do you have for me? If they are within my realm of dominion, I will grant them."
Theodore, who had already come up with his wishes in his head, spoke. "First, I want to be the equivalent of a Beast Monarch amongst the wolves and the beasts. Second, I want Superior Instincts, be they for survival, perception, reaction speed or beastal."
"Both are within my will to grant," chuckled Fenrir. "You have one more wish. Ask away, my cub."
"Finally, for my third and final wish," Theodore nodded, taking a sigh. "I want to manipulate the energy of Destruction."
This surprised Fenrir. Most were avoidant to go down the path of Destroyer, especially mortals. For one to be bold enough to wish for it, though? Unheard of, it was. Destruction was a force held by the most powerful of gods. Even amongst the Primordials, those with its power can be counted on 10 fingers.
Still, her cub made the wish and she made a promise, so it wasn't like she could deny him. She wouldn't want to let her pup down. That said, she knew she couldn't just 'give' him the power of Destruction. If she did that, then the Gods of Destruction club wouldn't be so exclusive, now would it?
That said, she could ease him into the club slowly…
"Partially granted," Fenrir said, nodding. "I can't let you have the full power of destruction, so you'll have to work your way to harnessing its full power, starting with the touch I'll give you."
"That fair," Theodore nodded. 'I didn't expect her to even give me partial destruction energy, honestly, so this is still a plus in my book."
With the snap of the hands each, both Tartarus and Fenrir willed Theodore's wishes to embed themselves into his being. Interestingly enough, the process had only hurt as it had when he was with truck-kun, so barely a 15 out of 10, which was much more preferred than that of the pain he'd received earlier. It still hurts like hell, though
