I've finally found you.

The woman in Lin Wei's arms was a minor internet celebrity from Jiangcheng.

On the night Lu Han had fought outside Night Color Bar, she had been at a nearby nightclub for a party and had witnessed the commotion up close.

She had found the man familiar earlier and now recognized him, unable to contain her excitement.

"Are you the Night Color Warrior?"

Lin Wei looked at Lu Han, his contempt fading into nervousness. He had also seen the video and discussed it with his friends, marveling at how this man had taken down a dozen thugs armed with metal pipes and baseball bats with just a few punches.

Because the incident occurred outside Night Color Bar, they had privately nicknamed him the "Night Color Warrior," and the name quickly spread among their circles.

He hadn't expected to meet the man in person today…

Lin Wei regretted his earlier bravado. On one hand, he feared getting beaten up; on the other, he worried about offending someone untouchable.

Rumors suggested that the instigator behind the incident was Ling Mo, a somewhat well-known second-generation rich kid in Jiangcheng. Although not as wealthy as himself, the fact that Ling Mo had been forced to kneel and act like a dog, and afterward behaved meekly without daring to retaliate, indicated that the "Night Color Warrior" wasn't someone to be trifled with.

"What Night Color Warrior?"

As Lin Wei felt uneasy, Su Qingli looked up at Lu Han in surprise. "You were the one who fought outside Night Color Bar? I thought you knew."

"I assumed you knew too, but this nickname is new to me," Lu Han shrugged, his tone tinged with self-deprecation. It seemed Su Qingli had also watched the video but hadn't recognized him.

No comparison, no hurt. Lu Xue was indeed better…

Thinking of the girl's concern for him, Lu Han's gaze toward Su Qingli grew distant. An unfeeling fiancée with no emotional foundation was indeed unreliable.

Su Qingli sensed something was off with Lu Han but couldn't pinpoint what it was. She only felt that despite standing beside him, there was suddenly an insurmountable distance between them.

She felt inexplicably guilty and anxious.

Lu Han released his hold on Su Qingli's waist and slowly lit a cigarette. "Apologize to her," he said calmly, directing the command at Lin Wei.

Though reluctant, Lin Wei decided it was best to avoid trouble. He put on a smile and said, "Ms. Su, I spoke out of turn. Please accept my apology."

He thought it was over since Su Qingli had turned away, seemingly unwilling to pursue the matter further.

"Is that all? Not sincere enough," Lu Han remarked, his eyes mocking.

"What do you want then?" Lin Wei's face darkened. Even a clay figurine has its limits. He was uncertain of Lu Han's background but didn't want to provoke a fight he might lose.

Lu Han exhaled a thick cloud of smoke, his eyes half-closed. "Kneel and slap yourself twice while saying 'I'm sorry.'"

"Who do you think you are?" Lin Wei exploded, pointing at Lu Han. "What if I refuse? You can't—"

Before he could finish, Lu Han kicked him hard in the stomach.

Ugh…

Lin Wei managed only a stifled groan before flying backward, landing several meters away. The pain in his internal organs made it impossible for him to speak.

By now, people around them were watching, most dressed elegantly, some holding auction invitations. They gasped at the scene, recognizing the "Night Color Warrior." Impressive!

Despite being weakened by indulgence, Lin Wei was still about six feet tall. To be kicked so far by one blow demonstrated immense strength.

Su Qingli hadn't expected Lu Han to act so swiftly, leaving her no time to react. She instinctively rubbed her temples. What was supposed to be a minor incident had escalated.

"You! How dare you hit someone!" The minor internet celebrity finally reacted, rushing to Lin Wei's side but failing to help him up, tears streaming down her face. "Young Master Lin, are you okay?"

"I'm fine!" Lin Wei regained some composure but couldn't stand yet. He glared at Lu Han with hatred. "Tell me your name, coward."

This was clearly a threat.

"My surname is Lu, single character Han, meaning cold," Lu Han replied boldly. He even welcomed any trouble he could cause for his stepfather. Walking closer, he looked down at Lin Wei. "I know you're not easy to deal with, but I advise you to follow my orders. Afterward, you may have a hundred ways to make me regret it, but right now, I can easily cripple you."

"Will you kneel, slap yourself, and apologize, or will you end up bedridden for life, unable to take care of your basic needs? Your choice."

A madman! This guy is crazy!

Everyone present thought so, yet strangely, no one doubted his words.

Lin Wei's expression fluctuated as he struggled internally. After a few seconds, he decided to back down. Given Lu Han's proven track record, he dared not gamble.

His family was wealthy, and he was young. Even if he died indulging in women, it would be a glamorous death. Being crippled here would be worse.

Especially the thought of never again freely enjoying women made him feel more miserable than death.

"You win! But you'll pay!" Lin Wei spat, forcing himself to kneel and slap himself twice, enduring the humiliation. "I'm sorry," he said to Su Qingli.

Su Qingli felt a complex mix of emotions, finding it surreal that such a proud heir had been reduced to this state.

"That's better," Lu Han remained calm, extinguishing his cigarette. "Now you can leave."

Although smoking was prohibited here, no security guard or staff member dared to intervene.

Lin Wei shot a hateful glance at Lu Han before crawling away.

With the drama over, the crowd dispersed. However, Lu Han noticed a beautiful woman standing amidst them, tears streaming down her pale face, creating a poignant scene.

As the crowd thinned, Lu Han caught sight of her. Their eyes met, and the air seemed to freeze.

Lu Han felt a pang in his heart. Damn, why is she here?

Before he could ponder further, the woman approached him, tearfully smiling. "Lu Han, I've finally found you…"
